Great service. Had all the ammo I was looking for. They also do concealed weapons permit classes for a very reasonable price.

I went in to sign up for the concealed carry course they were offering at the local VFW and found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and make some recommendations on products to consider in addition to what I was looking for.Having completed their concealed carry class and I just want to say that I feel everyone should take this class. Love guns? Take the class. Hate guns? Take the class. Ambivalent towards guns? Take the class. I have learned so much in this class that I never knew or even thought about before. Even if you never intend to carry or even own a gun TAKE THE CLASS. The knowledge you gain is well worth the 8 hours and low cost (its perhaps the least costly class Ive seen offered in the Phoenix metro area). The instructor is a veteran of the US military and has been a police officer for the last 20+ years. He makes the class interactive, educational, and entertaining (some of the videos he showed were hysterical - using humor to make a point). Im going to keep an eye out for their next class so that my wife can take it.

It was awesome! Lots of information, learned a lot of stuff I never knew!The instructor was very knowledgeable of all the laws, it was a little long but well worth it!

Great place to buy a gun, I have been going for years. You can even order a gun thru them at a very good price. The real reason I keep going back is that the staff is super helpful and just nice people.

Prices are too high, even used.Sometimes find something small thats priced right.You need to sell lots of guns but at +10%and compete for used market.If so you need a bigger store.

I have a rifle but I needed a 9mm gun to carry for my job. I have looked at every store and never felt like the sales people were really wanting to make sure I was purchasing the right gun for me. I walked into True Guns a week or so ago and the staff took their time with me and showed me several guns they thought I might like. They never hurried me, even as customers came in they would make sure I was being taken care of as I was thinking of what one I wanted. Their patience and knowledge on guns had me buying my first hand gun from them. Since then I have been back to buy holster, shirts and other accessories.

I bought a gun there in November. It was a good experience and the staff was friendly.The used gun was priced fairly, unlike other places in town.Just make sure your license or ID reflects your current address, that was the only hitch in the process for me.

Stupidity overpriced $16.99 box of 9mm was selling for $56 here...

I bought my husband a gun for Christmas and April was very helpful. It’s always nice to get real customer service which is rare these days.

All staff members are very friendly and the service is good. However I am a Christian and I noticed one of their highlights for the company on google states that they are LGBTQ friendly. For this I will not do business with them anymore.

My Wife bought me a rifle there for Christmas. So I went in to buy some ammo for it, when I saw they were raffling off a Glock 19. When I asked what it went to I was told the money went to the LDR foundation. which goes help kids in the community. Now Im hoping to win a new Glock 19 every one there was extremely help full. I also appreciate the way they took care of my wife.
