Quiet place . Left my bike out and didnt get stolen.

Its an okay place to live but when they repair trailers they raised everybodys lot rent or something anything that you think gives a raise up the rent the bill to pay for the repairs they do to other trailers this is place is one big rip-off paying my trailer off and moving it the hell out of here first chance I get to some other property also they say we have a community Clubhouse not a community laundromat nah. Website is lies

The owner randy has alot to learn about being a manager and being professional. I inquired about the property recently and made an appointment to meet. On the night previously my dog had passed and I had contacted him that next morning to cancel. I did not provide the reason as it was not his concern. He stated he only shows by appointment and I thanked him . I contacted him back an hour later to reschedule and he then stated he was completely booked. He did this out of spite and if you would see the court it is nothing at all to be that way about. He should honestly be glad someone was inquiring to live there from the looks of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! PLACE IS A DUMP

If youre thinking of living here, forget it. The manager will kick you out of your trailer. the manager is not nice and he wants money out of everyone.Ive had my own experience where I am getting kicked out just because he wants the trailer.Its all about the money

Great place to live.. Great deals on mobile homes.. If your in the market for a mobile home that you want to fix up and make your own this is the place...

Its a little trailer park in a little town. Not much to say about it. People living there are friendly, lots of kids and no playground. mgmt is mediocre at best. 3 rows of mobile homes and 1 row of trailers RVs and 5th wheels. Yee haw.

I loved it it was nice and quiet

Never met a worse off place. The manager does not speak enough english to have a simple conversation, the pool was disgustingly green, the swingset is a pile of trash, the septic backs up in 4 location of the park seberal times EVERY year there thousands of mice infesting many of the trailers, 80% have roaches and bed bugs were popping up in houses left and right. I lived there for years and this is a first had account. 100% truth. Beware this park.

I would not live here too much drug use management rips off tenants book keeping is the worst when you are close to paying off your home you will get evicted

My family and I went into the park and it looks like a land fill. If I was living here I would pack my things and tell the other families to do the same. The manager comes off racist and sounds like he has no idea how to run a community.

Its pretty quiet here. The park is clean but no amenities.

This parks lot rent is way to expensive considering that the park loses power quite often not to mention the water quite often oh yeah in the sewer quite often backs up into your home you pay around $457 for lot rent and you have all these inadequacies doesnt seem Harley worth it and some of the rules are absolutely ludicrous and the bugs and the Scorpion problems are ridiculous to
