Wendy the manager is terrible. When I move here last November I put a fence up and srp did a scan to seed what was in the ground. They marked all spots that had something. In the back of my house they said nothing was in the ground where I wanted to put a patio. So I put a concrete patio there. Now Wendy says I have to remove the concrete and put down payers because there is lots of stuff in that area. Its not true according to srp. She has all authority to do or say anything she wants including evicting you in 20 days. The owner lets her do anything she wants and you are only allowed to talk to her not the owners. Dont recommend moving here if you have another choice

At first the managers were awful BUT AS OF NOW THERES A EXCELLENT MANAGER My mother has lived here for 12 yrs.Its one of the nicest and cleanest places that Ive been in around this area she has never had any problems whatsoever its a little dark at night but besides that its great its clean and she likes it

Nice place, country atmosphere. Away from downtown rush

This is a housing community. Friend lives somewhere in here. Its a nice area for a Trailer Park/Mobile Homes. Once your inside you cant even tell your not in a real house. I believe theres a community pool and its always clean if Im remembering correctly.

Its quiet, nice neighbors. Parking is very limited. Maintenance guy is very friendly asks knows his stuff. Its worth a look to see. The view around is nice. Trails to walk across the street. Its darker and can see the stars art night. I like living there.

I hAve been here at this park last 20 yrs!

I moved here 3 years ago from California. Purchased and paid cash for my home. They are strict on property being kept up, yards clean and no weeds. Limit on number of pets allowed per household. No parking on streets for more than 2 hours at a time. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.

Clean looking park, only problem is parking on streets not allowed but can hardly get through streets because parked cars on both sides of the streets making it only one lane for traffic

Love the neiborhood. Any time we have had maintenance issues frank has been right over to work on it! Front office is friendly and fair with the community rules. They are strict on keeping property clean and that had lead to a very nice looking area:) My family and I have been living here for over a year and we are very happy!

Stay away from this place they are crazy and the lady that runs the office needs to take some classes on how to run her offices. She also needs to learn how to treat people as she is nasty to people coming to looking at homes here. She dont know how to call people back. If they not like you, you will not get a home in there park. Dont waste your money trying to get a home here. Bridget was nasty every time I spoke with her. I will be calling the BBB letting them know as well as letting the world know how this company works.

We were looking at homes buy and came across this community. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and wide roads. Rich was very helpful and kind.

DO NOT TRY TO LIVE HERE! They will take your money run your background and credit check, keep you hanging for weeks, tell you they have all of your background checks back and everything is good and when you try to go sign papers you get the run around, they stop answering your calls then call you a couple days later and tell you that you have been denied. Their customer service is absolutely horrible

Boardwalk Estates presented with nice clean tidy roads, yards and homes.I saw a very nice playground and pool.

Rude employees and stuck up neighbors... Like, you live in a trailer park. Please get over yourselves and quit calling the cops (and wasting my tax dollars) on absolutely nothing.

Wow! Bridget Giles the community manager is extremely Rude. I honestly feel so bad for what an ugly and terrible perdonality she has. Do not purchase or rent from here. Very Gheto and trashy Representative. And imagine I was going to purchase Two of these homes cash as investments. On to the next. Im sry to those that already live here.
