Very please with the way these guys took care of my service. I wanted to make my quad street legal and had to add license plate light and horn. They were very quick and inexpensive servicing my quad.

I rarely write reviews for business or products I buy, but this is one exception I am making because of my experience at Arizona Kawasaki. I purchased a Ninja from Arizona Kawasaki this weekend after shopping around at different dealers. Arizona Kawasaki was able to beat another major dealer’s price on the same motorcycle by a few hundred dollars which led me to purchasing there. My salesman, Matt Simpson, got the paperwork started before I arrived so I didn’t have to spend much time in the dealership handling that aspect of the purchase. After buying the motorcycle, Matt introduced me to the service and parts departments where I ended up purchasing other items for my bike. Everyone at Arizona Kawasaki was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I initially came to the dealership just to purchase my motorcycle and leave, but after having such a nice experience, I will be using them for all of my service appointments in the future too. All of the employees I met at Arizona Kawasaki were far more personable than the other major chain I was initially going to buy from, so they have definitely earned my future business. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this business to other people interested in buying Kawasaki products.

Ive dealt with Kellys Kawasaki (same company as AZ Kawasaki) for many years. They know my Slingshot as well as my Vulcan very well. Service is managed by Josh, good guy, knows what hes talking about. Good display of Kawasaki s and Polaris products.

I am always very happy with the treatment I receive from this dealership and especially from the service department. It is hard to find people that go above and beyond in todays world and these guys do just that. They are great at completing service work in a timely and professional manner. I had a couple of special requests that most dealerships would say no to without listening and these guys not only listened, but were able to help me. If you arent happy with your current dealer, I would recommend giving these guys a try.

First visit in 2012 with a broken bolt in a passing lamp bracket on a brand of motorcycle they do not sell,it needed to be drilled and tapped out if not i couldnt use the entire outfit so money out the window right ? So i meet Sam the mechanic for the first time,not only does he stop and listen he takes the passing lamp out back but performed said task but charged a very fair price.came back a little farther down in time to trade and two motorcycles later(present ride 2013 concourse with 98500 miles) bought new there and service has been great thanks to Sam, Ryan and Josh and to parts man Mat.The owner of az Kawasaki and Kellys Kawasaki is a friendly fellow rides concourse too so we compare notes!sales staff very helpful as well so if your looking for a shop you can trust look no further!! Updated review... while the sales floor seems potentially under-staffed, the service guys are great. They got me right in and out when I brought in a wheel and tire from one of my bikes to have mounted. The price was very fair (unlike the dealer where I bought the bike).Another update... I bought a bike here last weekend! Very impressed with this entire dealership now. Not only did the salesman I spoke to months ago call me back when they had a demo available, he was super helpful in every way. Got a killer deal on a leftover 2017 model.

I am pretty picky about my possessions, so I’m generally a bit skeptical of buying anything used online, especially something like a used motorcycle. I temporarily suspended my skepticism and I emailed and called Arizona Kawasaki Slingshot, because I was interested in a Vulcan EN500C they had for sale online.I wound up speaking with Dan Schwartzman, a salesman at the dealership. Dan was wonderful to work with, sending me multiple photos of the bike, and even video conferencing with me so I could hear it run, zoom in close on certain things, etc. Basically just accommodating me any way he could to help me get comfortable with the bike I was interested in.Well, after all that, I decided to take a chance and trust that he was telling me the truth that it really was a nice bike, so I bought the bike in Arizona from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas – a good 1100-1200 miles away. It took almost a week to get it shipped, but when it arrived, I was so incredibly pleased. Dan said it was really nice, and man was it ever! The bike was actually much nicer and cleaner than I could’ve ever hoped for!Dan Schwartzman is a man of honor and integrity. Also, a quick shout out to Cesar Montez who handled the paperwork and the wire transfer in a most professional manner. These guys at Arizona Kawasaki did EXACTLY what they told me they would, with no exceptions and no BS. Very refreshing to find a place that does business the right way.I would not hesitate to buy another bike from these guys sight unseen. You have made a believer out of this former skeptic, Thank you guys!

Very informative awesome employees courtesy and pleasant love that place

Had engine failure on my 2018 Ninja 650 at the beginning of Oct, threw a rod. They towed the bike on the 5th and I expected a diagnose pretty quick. Yet 2 weeks went by before even looking into my bike so I had to go buy a car with the bike being my only transportation for work. Finally they got into my engine and said Kawasaki will cover the parts, which was good to hear, while I pay labor. Thats $2000 in labor for an issue I hadnt caused. And only just hearing of my bike being finished now, 2 months later. Its going to have to wait and sit there cuz I had to buy a car and service/repairs were extremely slow. Friendly people but maintenance/service seems to be obsurdly slow. Not to mention even the first service on the new bike wasnt free. Wont be returning for any service once I get the bike back.

Good experience buying a quad. Be careful about getting warranty work. They sold me a quad and would not fix a problem I had with an item that was sold on the quad when purchased. Will not do business with them again.

This is a FANTASTIC clean friendly motorcycle dealership with an amazing Kawasaki crew team! they go beyond out of their way to assist & help me out with any and all issues that i maybe having on each of my visits at this Dealership. They also have a wide brand new selection of Kawasaki vehicles in inventory on their showroom floor as well as a Nice selection of pre-owned units to select from. On my most recent visit this young man Kris made me feel very welcome and directed me personally to the appropriate person that I was seeking, regarding about getting my Kawasaki Motorcycle service Maitiance done. I go out of my way to travel to this location purposely just because of their services when highly suggest this motorcycle dealership to anyone regardless of which manufacturer that they choose, Kawasaki or not!

By far the best service in the valley for Polaris slingshot needs, I purchased my slingshot from another dealer in the valley and had such a horrible experience with the service I joined a Facebook group and met Josh a service manager at Arizona Kawasaki. I have never in my life received such excellent service from anyone else other than here, I get voicemails on updates on my vehicle, I always get an instant response and satisfaction for service and they always care about their customers. I honestly regret purchasing my vehicle from another dealership after experiencing the customer satisfaction I’ve had here. The manager Cesar is even an excellent gentleman to work with, you will not be disappointed if you make any purchases here or take your current vehicle in for service, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Walked in just to look at a Victory Cross Country Tour and bought it the next day. NO PRESSURE SALES!! Rikki presented me with a great deal, no haggling necessary, I couldnt pass it up! They gave me the accessories I wanted at a discounted price, when I took it back for the 500 mile service they remembered who I was and had it done before the time promised! Great selection of new and used bikes, ATVs, quads and side-by-sides. Do yourself a favor, stop here first! You won;t need to go shopping anywhere else.

Just to get a new rear tire on .price 195$ upon inspection after the work was done... key note they did not put the cotter pin in the axle shaft!!!!!!!! they bent my brake lever mechanism!!!!! an adjusted way too tight!!! burning up my brakes.... upside friendly staff good prices poor mechanics.

Great place to do business

Will never do business with. Called willing to make a 6 hour drive to purchase a side by side. First off, advertised price is no where near the actual price. They want to take off multiple discounts, ok I was fine with that and understood the $250 military discount it states I didnt qualify for. Now where I do have a problem is them tacking on almost $1500 in additional fees for shipping and setup.Having worked in the business as both a tech and a salesman, I know for a fact that setup usually includes pulling it out of the crate, filling with fluids, and in this case likely installing the roll bar, 6 whole bolts. Then taking it for a drive around the parking lot to ensure everything is functional. Not a $900 job which by the way must be completed before they can even fathom selling the vehicle.Now I also know having worked in the business and having purchased over 20 ATVs UTVs etc. in the last 3-4 years for my own business that no other business I have ever dealt with has been willing to loose a sale just to tack on their erroneous shipping and setup fees. As a matter of fact every one I have found has been willing to come in under their advertised price as long as they were making money rather than keep a machine on the lot.Well thats about the end of the rant, but just figured I would let people know what is going on before they waste their time, not to mention get rudely insulted by not only the salesman, but the sales manager of a business whom I would have been willing to spend hard earned cash with and even make multiple purchases had they been reasonable.

I recently waited on hold for the parts department to finally be assisted by a gentleman that was less then helpful. After a 2 to 3 minute hold I promptly gave him the VIN in order to get the correct parts. One of the items needed was engine oil, when I inquired as to how much I would need he responded with I have no idea, I then told him to please place the spark plug, oil filter, and the correct amount of engine oil in will call and we would be over later, he responded ok. When my parts driver arrived no one had any idea why she was there or what she wanted, they finally figured it out and proceeded to tell my driver and then me that they dont have a parts will call (the first dealership I have ever heard of with no will call). He then asked me how much engine oil we wanted, I responded how much do we need his reply I have no idea I didnt check. Im sure everyone can see where I am headed with this. Poor service, poor communication, zero effort and minimal product knowledge. Not a recipe for success. Fortunately there are other dealers around that I can try.
