No pressure, warm and welcoming purchasing experience. This group was very upfront on what services they recommend and would skip. Whatever I said yes or no to, they accepted and we moved on. I had issues with my ignition switch on my 2018 FLTRXS. I took the ignition switch down to Mike and the service team and they help correct the issue so I could keep riding over the weekend. They had to realign the ignition mechanisms internally and it solved the problem! They didnt even charge me for the 5minute job, make me wait all day, or tell me I needed to schedule an appointment. Ive taken my bike there for service before and they are always professional and courteous. True definition of the HD family. Thank you!!

Bought my first motorcycle used and found that the front tire wouldn’t keep air pressure. Very glad I brought it here! Rob was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything they needed to do to fix the wheels properly so that the new tires would mount correctly going forward. Recently moved to AZ and began shopping all the Harley shops near me. Found Superstition and shopped them for over 3 months looking for the right bike. I worked with Marlon and came in on Saturdays just to check out the inventory and he spent uninterrupted time showing me bikes that he thought would peak my interest. Eventually this last weekend I walked in and sitting next to his desk was was the bike of my dreams. Still he never took advantage of that, just told him it was an amazing looking bike, sat on it, checked the details left without any pressure. I went home made the decision and called him the next morning. I called him first thing in the morning when they opened and he put the bike on hold for me until I got there. Again, showing up to test drive and check out my trade in still there was no pressure. Finally pulled the trigger after the test drive and it went off seamlessly. Cant give these guys enough praise! I bought a used 2014 V-Rod Muscle from this dealership and once I got the bike I discovered it was missing the airbox cover and the passenger footpegs and mounting brackets were not on the bike. In discussing this with Mason, the sales manager, told me that used bikes are considered AS IS I was not aware of this and although he told me this was mentioned to me IT WAS NOT. To replace these parts cost $400.00 I thought he would be willing to work with me on that but he was not. My brother was considering buying a NEW TRIKE at this dealership but now that he sees how Mason treats his customers he has decided to go to another Harley Dealership.I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO HARLEY DAVIDSON HEADQUARTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE, MILWAUKEE, WI.

This is my very first bike and I am so happy with my purchase! A 2014 FLD Switchback! Marlin my salesman was helpful and informative.

Their employee, I believe the sales manager, Mason is a person that thinks wrongly that a sale by any means is OK. This man stood in front of myself and my wife and the sales person and insisted that the Motorcycle we were interested in was A rental Motorcycle. Several times! At the closing of the sale, I asked Eric, finance manager I believe, if it was a rental unit and he checked to see the status. IT WAS A PREVIOUSLY OWNED USED MOTORCYCLE. I refuse to do business with an organization that supports this type of sales tactic. Caveat Emptor I suppose

I purchased several birthday cards and other small items online, not a big sale for an HD dealership. My order was shipped so quickly, packaged so nicely, I was so happy! Its obvious that Superstition HD is a company that cares about its customers and knows that small sales can lead to bigger ones if the client is treated with respect and care.

Had to go in for service today. Dropped the bike off and went for breakfast. The dealership seems to always have something going on, and lots of bikes and people around.The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Go see Tim if youre looking to buy a new or new to you bike. Hes a great guy and will take good care of you. Large Harley dealership on Apache Trail. Huge inventory of bikes and gear. We made our cutomary tee shirt purchase. The Superstition logo trees were on sale, so that was a bonus and we got several.

Some of the friendliest staff I have encountered at a HD dealership. Place is clean and prices are right. I visit every time I am I visit from Michigan. One of the top rated HD dealers in the country in my opinion.

The in store is fine however the online store needs serious work. My order was shipped to the wrong address which is an issue on USPS, after reaching out to Superstition to correct this issue I was called a liar and hung up on, over a very seemingly passive conversation. I would not recommend online orders as there is no guarantee you will receive any product or any form of return.

My Brother bought a 2014 V-Rod Muscle and decided to change the air cleaner and upon opening the fairing cowl he discovered that the air box cover was missing and also noticed that the passenger foot pegs and mounting brackets were missing also. He talked with Mason, the Sales Mgr and got the runaround about all of their used bikes are sold as is now he was never told this and it was not advertised as such. My personal feeling is that when you buy any bike from any HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALER ALL PARTS OF THE BIKE SHOULD BE ON THE BIKE OR YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT THERE ARE MISSING PARTS!!!! I WAS CONSIDERING BUYING A BRAND NEW HARLEY DAVIDSON TRIKE FROM SUPERSTITION HARLEY DAVIDSON, BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

Medicore service with high-end prices. Bike selection aint terrible but that is not what makes a dealer good. Its about the after-care of your bike. They dont do a great job of that here so I dont recommend them.

After I contacted several Harley Davidson dealers in the valley, I was getting nothing but the runaround. From textbook Bait and Switch to flat out lies about what they had in stock. The one dealer that stood out and REALLY earned my business was Superstition Harley Davidson. Specifically because of sales professional (Jason Stiernagle) and Sales Manager (Mason Feaker). They answered all my questions (with no BS). Presented me with the EXACT motorcycle I wanted (color, options, etc.) and followed through to a T. It was their upbeat personality, knowledge of the product and, most of all, refreshing honesty that sold me. Im 60 years old and have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. This was one of the smoothest, most pleasant cycle buying experiences I have ever had. Honorable mention to Eric Luttermoser (Who took care of the financing) and Johnnieray (Parts) one of the most knowledgeable and patient parts guys Ive ever encountered. I purchased a handbag from the Harley Davidson shop I love the bag it’s beautiful. I have no problem paying the price that it was the price is the price when it comes to Harley however I don’t approve of the company having one price tag on the item and selling it for a more expensive price . When I called and questioned the Price the lady told me the price went up that day she didn’t want to have to re-tag it. Sounds fishy to me. It’s acceptable and they thought that I wouldn’t notice that they cross the price out in black marker but I did. I put the picture up for proof do yourselves a favor compare prices these people are thieves and they upped the price on you

Solid experience. I bought my 2014 Heritage Softail here. Bought a few clothes, had some maintenace done, etc. Harley Davidson is pricey, but worth it. The staff is friendly and expertly knowledgeable. I would recommend it highly.
