I’ve got no complaints about the store but the pharmacy is slow and inefficient. I can be first in line and still wait 15 minutes just to pick up a prescription. I’ve tried going at different times of day; both inside AND the drive-through. It’s always a lesson in patience.
Tehsheen in the pharmacy was very rude to us and very disrespectful. Hated her attitude. She was very nice with some people. I dont want to waste any more time typing about her and this particular store.
Extremely long waits for flu vaccines even with appointments. Send they are understaffed which explains it but maybe try elsewhere until they’re able to address it
Store was clean and well organized, however, no one was at the register when I came to this store. I waited 5mins or so but the store associates continued to stock items instead of checking me out. Obviously I left the store without purchasing anything. There needs to be retraining done here because ignoring customers is something I would expect from family dollar, not Walgreens.
Took an hour to get through the drive through and couldn’t go in because they don’t enforce the mask mandate. I do not recommend this location!
Worst location for Fedsx shipping. They don’t have even tape to pack the package.
Im new to the area and I am happy I chose this Walgreens for my prescriptions. I went at a nonpeak time, so there wasnt a crazy line or anything and was promptly greeted by Andrea, the pharmacy manager. She was very pleasant, helpful and informative.
Do not come here for photos. Get your pictures any where else!!! The walgreens app was not working so I came into the store to print out my pictures. I told an employee (James ) that the app was not working and that there was a coupon that I was hoping to use. He refused to honor the coupon even though it was the apps fault. Im not writing this because he refused to honor the coupon, im writing this because of the way he handled this situation. James was super rude the entire time! He kept implying that I was lying about the app not working saying that it was because of my internet. I told him that it wasnt because of my internet because I tried to order these photos throughout the entire day at different locations with and without wifi and his response was Thats impossible while chuckling . If it was possible dont you think I wouldve ordered them? Then he tells me that he checked online and there wasnt a coupon, he didnt believe me until I showed him. I feel like he was trying to get me at any angle he could the entire time. Ive been a Walgreens customer for years, Im very disappointed. Overall, this process was super time consuming, complicated and filled with terrible customer service. save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.
Extreme delay in getting COVID vaccination process, both of my shots almost took 45 min more after my reservation. Pl do not prefer this place for vaccinations.
The staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming!I never have to wait long when checking out.It is always a pleasure to shop in this store.
This will be my last time going to this pharmacy. They never have my prescription ready and always say it will take 10 minutes but I always have to leave and come back and as always another long wait and once again I have to come back because they don’t want to be a pharmacy
The pharmacy at this Walgreens is useless. They constantly call you if you have medications ready, even if you don’t need them and have never requested a refill. They sold my fiancé medicines for both of us that were not needed without explaining what they were and asking if we still needed them. My fiancé has a brain injury and processing deficits so he doesn’t always think to ask about things like this. This leads me to believe that they are just focused on making money off of insurance companies and individuals rather than helping and caring about their customers. We will be switching to a local, family owned pharmacy and I would recommend you stay away from Walgreens Pharmacy and do the same!
I presented to the labcorp in Walgreens in Apex, NC for a drug screening. I arrived at 9:58am and was in the aisle waiting to be called and/or texted for my turn. While waiting there were other people also in line waiting. There is no signage, seating area, or clear directions where to stand or be while waiting. The technician Crystal came to the door and was extremely rude to one of the gentleman waiting. He stated he received a text so he was waiting to enter. However there was another female waiting who’s turn it actually was to be seen. Crystal went on to bluntly state “ stand back 6 feet and I’ll call you when it’s your turn!” There was no customer service in her demeanor whatsoever. I received a text message notifying me it was my turn. I stayed where I was and when the female client ahead of me exited I continued to wait patiently. Approximately 45 seconds later Crystal reappears at the door and states my last name. I walk toward the door and present my information ( ID & Lab screen form). Crystal then makes an announcement for “ everyone to wait until she states everyone’s full name!” I have a unique last name, so I was well aware no one else in line has my last name. I asked Crystal if she could be nicer as her previous interaction with the gentleman in line was very curt and rude and she’s being rude to me. I informed her that her communication was so troubling that a different woman in line went to seek a Walgreens manager to report her behavior. Crystal became very upset after I told her this and went on to state that “ that has nothing to do with me! I’m employed through labcorp so Walgreens ain’t my boss!” I informed her I am a healthcare professional and that her behavior was not professional and very rude. She proceeded to start the drug screen process by asking me to lower my mask. I explained my reservation about doing this and Crystal yet again began to raise her voice and be rude. Crystal stated “ either you can lower your mask or we don’t have to do this healthcare professional or not!” I asked her to not speak to me like that and lowered my mask as she asked. Even after I lowered my mask she went on to rant about “not dealing with this today!” and make rude unprofessional comments. I again asked her to not speak to me like that. She said she would not proceed with my drug screening and had her co-worker complete my drug screening. Her co worker whom I believe was named Tameka was phenomenal. We completed the drug screening, however it appears that the system was still logged in under Crystal’s name as her name is on my post drug screening printout. I wanted to comment on my experience because it was just so negative and unnecessary. Crystal did not show any professionalism, customer service, or control of herself at all. I will not be returning to this labcorp location and will notify my colleagues ( MD’s, NP’s, PA’s, RN’s, & MY Patients) to not utilize this location because no one should have to feel the way I feel after my experience with Crystal B. the labcorp technician who worked on 12/30/2020 at 10am in the Walgreens location.
Awful customer service. Went to my doctor and they prescribed me 3 different medicines. One of them they had on hand at the office and the other 2 were called in to this Walgreens location. I picked up my prescriptions and when I was home I noticed Walgreens did not give me the other 2 prescriptions, they gave me the one I ALREADY have. So I paid $36 out of pocket for absolutely nothing and I still need my other prescriptions. They refused to give me a credit of any sort to be used at THEIR pharmacy. I understand the doctor’s office called in the wrong prescription to begin with but they aren’t the ones I gave my money to! All I wanted was a $36 credit to be used towards my other two prescriptions and the pharmacy manager and store manager flat out refused. Absolutely ridiculous.
Best Walgreens in a 30 mile radius. Knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the extra drive to come to this one. Stay away from the one on Williams Street Apex.
I really like this location compared to others in the area, the pharmacists are really nice, understanding and have your back. I cant say the same for other locations, which feel like theyve become rude and pushy when you ask questions, or have requests and/or concerns with medications. Sure, this isnt architecturally the fanciest Walgreens location, but its very local, distantly close and homey.
Very bad service, came here for passport photos and they asked to come a days later as they don’t have anyone, went there 2nd day as well and they say we don’t do passport size photos.
Relating to the pharmacy, the drive-thru is always fast and efficient. Ive never had a problem inside with waiting. Prescriptions have always been available after I receive notification from their App or via email. Everyone has been friendly to me.
This walgreens is the BEST yet. I shop here often and have always been given top notch customer experience. The staff is always welcoming and will help and guide if I have any questions. They will also help find the best deals even though they dont necessarily have to help me find coupons etc for items I am purchasing. Theyre always polite at checkout and mindful of my time when they have a line. someone always comes out to help expedite the checkout process. Cant say enough great things about this neighborhood Walgreens!
Always very friendly and helpful, with a hello as you walk in the door. The pharmacy is fast and courteous also.
Worst staff ever. We went to get a passport size picture for our 1.5 year old and within the working hours but they were outrightly negative on the hours and said to come the next day. When we retaliated, they agreed to click the picture with no cooperation. How can you click a picture of a small toddler without cooperating. We ended up not clicking the picture at all. Very bad people who do not want to work.
The pharmacy is awesome! The pharmacist Christy was outstanding in my time of need and many questions!! All people that I have worked with in the pharmacy are super nice and helpful. Great job guys!!
So close to my house easy in and out. Just wish they were open later.
Came in to grab a few things. Decent store. Was in and out quick.
This store should be called Walgreen Convenience store since there pharmacy is only open for a hour in the middle of the day.
TERRIBLE.. WONT BE BACK TO WALGREENS.. Just got out of the hospital and went to Walgreens to fill scrips so I could rest... I watched the pharmacist deal with customers one after another in a very angry manner as i was waiting to get my meds filled..Due to a serious medical problem, The doc put me on some very powerful meds and it was the most uncomfortable feeling I have ever had... the way she talked to me and acted, It was almost like I am a criminal.. I was close to walkimg out.. Sick as heck, waited for over an hour and felt like i was breaking the law.. she did not even give me a consult at first because she told the cashier, I am sure he has had this before.. I havent and she talked to me about the meds like she was disguested.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... SICK AND EMBARRESED.. SHAME ON YOU...
Clean location and excellent staff.
Tried to buy Co Q-10 priced on shelf at $21.99, cashier rang up price at least $10.00 higher. I walked out.Generally cashiers are superficially friendly but ditzy.
