We were in need of a new king size mattress.We visited all types of stores around the area with mattress firm of Apex being our last stop. We just moved to the area, we do not know anyone here yet, so our 3 young children had to come with us. We worked with the manager Tom. Not only did he take the time to show and explain each matress to us in detail, but in between showing different options, he also went above and beyond to chat with and entertain our children so my wife and I could discuss each option. The next morning, my kids asked if they could go back to see Tom. That was my deciding factor. Other stores had similar options and prices, but the customer service we received here was top notch. I will 100% shop here again, no question.

Manager, Tom Humphrey, was super knowledgeable and helped us navigate the possible needs for both my husband and I so we could find a great mattress for both of us! He was able suggest everything we needed to make the most impact on our sleep and gave us plenty of space to make our own decisions about what items we wanted to include. I no regrets about what we decided to buy and I am looking forward to better sleep!

Since we needed a new mattress, we decided to go to Mattress Firm. We had not bought a new mattress in 12 years so we knew we needed to be educated in what was available now. Carol Crabtree at the store located in Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, NC was amazing. She was so amazing that I canceled my mattress order at another store and purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame from her location. Her service was the best I’ve ever had. I was so very impressed by the service and knowledgeability of MR. GAVIN DAVIS. I thought I had done my homework when I arrived at Mattress Firm. Gavin was nice, easy going, didnt hard sell me. Rather, Gavin listened to my health issues then went about picking out exactly what I was looking for... a PURPLE 3 BED! He gave me a fair deal (we know Purples dont discount well)! For some reason I wanted to buy from Gavin and thus Mattress Firm and before I know it he had everything arranged and answered all my questions. All in all (and being a Customer Service Instructor for a major Airline), I can tell you you have a wonderful representative in GAVIN DAVIS. I put buying a bed right up there with ironing and changing oil in my car, but Gavin made it a very pleasant trip finding the perfect bed for me through listening and connecting, and my buying decision is all tied in with a nice, friendly, representative named Gavin. Im excited about his plan for me to enjoy and rest well for 1/3 of my life starting the day after tomorrow!

I went into the store with one purpose only, to find a better pillow than what I had. What I didnt know was that I was getting a great pillow. The salesman showed me a couple different ones but, the Purple Harmony was the one that worked for me because Im a side/ stomach sleeper. But choice wisely because, your sleep matters.

I recently purchased a mattress from this location. Unfortunately, due to Covid and circumstances beyond their control, the delivery time for the mattress was delayed. Our mattress expert and salesman, Mr. Maisson Davis went above and beyond circumventing the delivery problem and gave us the opportunity to purchase a higher quality mattress at no extra cost. Turns out the second mattress of a higher standard and craftsmanship was delivered within two days from their warehouse. Needless to say that my husband and I are very pleased with the new mattress and very appreciative of Mr. Davis initiative to take the necessary steps within this company to please the customer. The sales person, Maisson, was very polite and gave excellent advice. I knew what I wanted, but he up sold me. I ended up getting a much higher quality mattress with a better warranty and better box springs. After all the discounts were applied, I ended up paying $10 more than what I had planned on getting. Im so glad I went in and didnt just try to do it on line. It was very pleasant experience and Maisson wasnt not pushy and gave me the details between the choices so I would be informed.

This was an excellent experience at this location the staff is friendly, helpful, and the environment is relaxed. They helped me find the best price and I was able to buy at the right time. The experience was positive and I will buy again from this location in the future.

I went to several stores that advertised Weighted Blankets, none of them had any. What’s the sense ? **Updated Review After Miserable Delivery Experience**Great experience overall! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and one of the only places to test the new Purple mattresses in the triangle.The delivery of the mattress and base that we ordered is a different story. So I am updating my review to include this being there were several areas of concern.First the delivery guys brought the wrong base into the house and started assembling it. I luckily caught the mistake and let them know before leaving. They disassembled and swapped out the correct base with the one we ordered which was on the truck.Upon inspecting everything before they leave, we noticed there was a rip in the fabric on the base. The sales associate strongly suggested we deny the delivery because these items cannot be returned once they leave.Naturally the delivery guys were pretty upset that they carried 2 bases up the stairs and assembled both, then had to disassemble both and carry them back down.Being they left with our old bed, we slept on the floor that night.The next day they attempted a redelivery which had a few hiccups in the arrival time. Then finally show up at around 8:00 pm on Sunday (Labor Day weekend) as we had guests over. The delivery was rushed and the guys kept telling up “they had 3 more deliveries to get to”. Ultimately, the right item showed up in good condition and we could finally use our new bed.The sales associate said he would refund the delivery fee and assembly fee. 6 weeks later and we still do not have a refund of any sort. He also hasn’t even returned my call.

Went in to see about getting an adjustable base twin bed because Im having spinal surgery and Gavin was great in taking time to allow me to to try different mattresses & explain the difference. Also no pressure for me to purchase the most expensive one he was very understanding of my budget but also the importance of what I needed for my health. I was able to find one that I think will be very comfortable & most importantly Im able to have it delivered & set up the week prior to surgery. Also got a great deal with in house financing. Id definitely recommend anyone looking for a new bed to check them out!

A week ago we walked in not expecting to make a purchase but to get an idea of what our options were. An hour later we walked out the happiest we have been in a while knowing we had just purchased the perfect mattress for us while not breaking the bank either! Harvey greeted us, asked what types of sleepers we were and recommended that we tried a few specific beds since we were both side sleepers. After trying three or four beds we tested the Sealy Hybrid Premium Plush and it took all of 5 seconds to know that was the one for us. Harvey walked through purchase and finance options with us, being very professional the whole time. He even added extra value by throwing a discount on our mattress protector! We took delivery yesterday and we couldn’t be happier.
