I was in need of a bed quickly for a family member being discharged from the hospital. With stress of a pandemic adding to the stress of a sick loved one, I was not looking forward to picking out a bed! However CarolAnn came to my rescue! I told her what I was there for and before I knew it we had it scheduled for delivery! What a wonderful shopping experience in a time of stress! I will definitely return to Mattress Firm when I need another bed!

Maisson was very helpful and patient with us. We needed to exchange the mattress we purchased (no problem with it....just didnt work for us over time) amd Maisson helped us find a good resolution. No pressure to buy more expensive, but, rather an interest in making sure we found what would work for us.

I had a great experience. We had originally gone to Costco, which was right next door, to look for a mattress for our daughter. Since they were out of stock, we ran by Mattress Firm expecting to see much higher prices, but to our surprise, they were very competitive. Our salesperson, Mike Cooney was very helpful and quick! I will definitely go there next time Im looking for a new mattress.

Told him what bed I was looking at online and what my price range was, didnt try to up sell me into a bed I couldnt afford and did all he could to help me get the best bang for my buck.
