The food court pizza is pretty good, and you dont need to be a member to buy it!I prefer the cheese pizza to the pepperoni - they put less cheese on the pepperoni side.

What is there not yo love about Costco? The bulk items are worth the trip. So many choices and things to try. Costco at the Apex, NC location is my favorite. Todd who checks your receipt and IDs is one nice guy!! I look forward to seeing him, always a smile on his face, very professional. Jeffrey another great employee who is always smiling and treats customers very kind. Costco at Apex, NC is a great location!!

This Costco branch has big parking space, clean facility, and wide selections of products. Coming here is like treasure hunting at times. There seems to be an unpredictable rearrangement of some items to keep you moving and searching, and at times you end up picking products you didn’t plan to buy. Quite tricky marketing style. Once you’re on the counter, you feel hungry already. And oh, the delicious chicken bake and pizza, we like it so much. Well, Costco has been a go-to place for my family for our supplies. Through the years, Costco is cool.

Jimmy in the self check has a real attitude. Until this week all during the Covid crisis, the employees have rung up our items or have the wand for us to scan items with. He was fixing the check out stand when it was my turn. He said. “I scanned your big items, you do the rest yourself”. Then he took the wand. I asked if I could use it as I did before the crisis and he said No. His tone and manners were what I took exception with. I can scan my own stuff like before, lay off the attitude. Then I got to the door and one of the items he said he scanned was not scanned. We were embarrassed and kept waiting longer to have to get someone to scan this item. We were told new management! I don’t like this. I live an equal distance from all three Costcos. I will choose more wisely next time on which to go to.

Has the usual great Costco stuff and this store is always very busy as well as their gas pumps too. However, they know how to move these lines very fast and for that it negates a lot. The attached photos are of New Years Eve at Costco around 3 to 4pm, which no way reflects the lines are Costco during non holidays store hours. Dont get me wrong I still luv my Costco....

If there is one thing I enjoy about this location, it’s most definitely the team members. Monterio is a manager/supervisor, and he is ALWAYS so full of energy and super positive. I consistently see him checking on things and doing his utmost to ensure things are running smoothly. There are too many other amazing team members to name, but definitely a shout out goes to Eric for always being a friendly face, and for Jordan in the tire service for his knowledge and patience. Thank you three and all the other amazing staff!!

Cant say enough good things about Costco. I like to go through the whole store just to see what new food items clothes etc is around. Food court hotdog pizza chicken bake and fruit smoothie are all great choices. Employees are super helpful and nice whenever I go! The few returns Ive had to do were painless and Costco has a great return policy.

You wont see this (no cars lined up waiting for gas) unless you go just before closing.

Costco is the best way to go. Selection is excellent. Awesome prices. High quality products. If youre not happy, simply return it. Excellent customer service. Well worth the enrollment fee.

I purchased new tires online (good value) and booked the appointment to replace them. Well, my tired brain thought I booked this Thursday, but I actually booked the FOLLOWING Thursday! Taylor was pleasant the entire time, doing his best to search for my appointment, able to kindly let me know of my mistake. At the end of it all, he said they could squeeze me in!! They were able to replace my tires in under an hour, and everyone was so pleasant (even though I probably kept them late at work, sorry!). Thank you!!

Huge and had no idea the layout on the order for rapid delivery marked refund near been stampeded 😉 was on opposite side warehouse the remaining 2 items left to complete on 8 to 10 item order. I liked doing the whole warehouse picker experience. Rated three star my pick time

Great place to shop for a big family like mine. I love to by groceries here, sometimes clothes, home stuff, seasonal gifts and decor. My husband and kids enjoy electronics the most. Prices are very attractive too

Great store, so busy! time to build another one somewhere! The staff are always helpful and friendly, checkout is like clockwork, but ..... the lines are still ridiculous and this store is PACKED all the time. I even try going on a Thursday or Friday afternoon and its nuts. Only other ding is that they move stuff around constantly, so finding the same item on your next visit can be a lot like treasure hunting. Otherwise - a great store!

Its Costco. So seeing people shopping like for dooms day is regular atmosphere. Store is little small with limited parking. Worst part of it traffic. In order to get out you need to cross state highway 64 which is quite busy with 55 mph speed limit. Wish there was a traffic light for better safety of the customers

I found almost everything on my shopping list! I didnt realize that you could only get ONE of every paper product! It wouldve been nice for customers to get alerted when you first go into the store by the employees or a big sign!

Better than BJs and Sams. They stopped carrying my favorite pimento cheese due to social pressure if todays society. They have not stocked the garlic infused olive oil for several months, Kirkland tomato paste is out, again. Always a hit or miss if my favorite items are in stock.

Trying to reach Apex, NC. Nobody picks up phone, after picking up they don’t transfer. The options they provided are not useful. The simple answer is sorry. Multiple times same answer. Bottom line go to shop and waste time.Customer satisfaction is not important for them, because they have enough business. May need to change other warehouse.

Definitely smaller, but the aisles are easy to walk through (a plus). Although I have to say the guy at the register tells me to unload while hes checking out the customer ahead of me...THEN HE tells me I dont have to unload clothes or soft items....(which one is it)? Its just fine.

There was only one person working the cellphone kiosk and he couldnt be any slower if he was unconscious.

No signs to isles. Too crowded to be walking up and down isles looking for items. Would have been nice to have some direction with signs at each isle.

My 1st time to a Costco. I was totally blown away by the lack of parking spaces. We spent a good fifteen minutes driving around the parking lots to find a place to park. I dont suggest going there on a Saturday afternoon. The store was just a busy inside with long lines at the customer service center, but it moved right along . Same with the lines for the checkouts. Just letting people know to be prepared when you go there.

You have to love Costco, friendly staff, good products and good prices. The only downside is that your always buy more than you intended to.I only wish you can buy gas with the digital card, you still have to use the physical card or ask an atendad

First time in Costco. Pretty entertaining. Seemed nice with plenty of ways to blow my paycheck.

Costco is a good place to shop for certain items. However, employees can be rude, especially at the gas pumps. Ive been to many Costco stores across the nation, and the one in Apex, NC has the surliest personnel yet experienced. I would go as far that at the pumps that during my latest visit (2021-08-10 @ 0935) a gas pump employee was so incompetent and negligent of duties as to be a health hazard to customers and the environment when dealing with a spill. Spoke to Manager of store about incident. Will be interesting to see if attitudes and personnel are changed. Not renewing membership is being contemplated.

It’s comparatively new in RTP as compared to the others 2 in Raleigh and Durham. FYI if you are looking to buy something from thanksgiving deals I will highly recommend to go first 2 days of deals starting. Some high demand stuff goes out of stock quickly while same being available at other locations(personal experience). They do have disinfectant wipes and spray in stock.COVID safety protocols:1) They used to have the special one hour morning slot for senior citizens.2) carts sanitized3) always crowded so don’t expect social distancing.4) shields on billing counter for touch less payment memberships card scanning.

To sum it up COSTCO membership provides value for money. The deals are lucrative, and one stop for all the monthly needs!Cleanliness at its best and they are very customer friendly!!

My favorite of club/wholesale warehouse type store!High quality produce, meat and cheese selections. Then theres the whole store to shop from.Checkout is fast because the employees are very fast!

You gotta love CostCo. Its always clean; the aisles are spacious and easy to navigate. The only annoying thing is that the stock rotates so it can be difficult to get exactly what you want sometimes when they arent selling your item or the exact variation of the item you need. Because this Costco is located next to a highway but lacks a traffic light at the closest intersection, taking a left turn onto the highway can be difficult. One can take the back road out of the parking lot to avoid this but it is a bit annoying. Speaking of the parking lot, it can often be packed to the brim during high traffic days.

Got an Executive Rewards certificate In the mail but can only redeem it in person. Got one of these a while back and made the two hour trip to the store. Went to the membership counter and spoke with an associate who said she would put a notation on my account for certificates not to be sent but gift cards instead. Then I could place my order online and redeem the gift card and not have to make the two hour trip. I called about getting this second certificate instead of the gift card and was told I was misinformed. They can’t send a gift card. I still have to make the two hour trip. I only go to Costco once or twice a year. It would be so much nicer to have the option of doing all my shopping there online. Not renewing my membership. Tried of employees not being on the same page and getting misinformation. Love the store but getting too old to drive the distance. Gonna have to make the switch to closer big box stores. Sams and BJs are closer. Gonna miss you Costco but you’re too far away

Love the shopping experience but every time I have to talk to customer service it’s always a bad time. Also, signed up for a membership this month and today there was a promotion for turning on auto renewal. Since I just signed up already had it on, so I didn’t not qualify. Really hate it when companies hold promotions that block benefits for customers that already are members, have certain feature they are targeting on, etc.

Was eating my lunch today at Costco as I enjoy having a hot dog now and then. While eating a man sweeping the floor around me sends the broom under the table and between my legs! what’s even worse is Ricky the manager basically doesn’t doesn’t care and acts like I’m bothering him and tells me the guy is trying to do his job. Well, I think shoving a broom between somebody’s legs while they’re sitting is beyond stupid.

Costco is so reasonable comparing to other wholesale stores…must try!!

This costco has Halal meat (duck and lamb). If you prefer halal meat, they have uncooked lamb chops and leg, cooked lamb shank, and frozen duck!

Been disappointed last 3 trips with Apex Costco. Many staple items I buy regularly have been not available. Disappointing after a long drive to get there. Going to start driving to only Raleigh store, farther but they always have those items available. No longer going to go to both in same day to get those items.

Great products at very good prices. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. The store is clean and not as crowded as other locations. They also have a good selection of products and good deals on clothing and electronics. Good value for great quality products!

Ordinarily I have no problems at this store in Apex North Carolina but for some reason today at checkout there was a problem. The manager whose name is Mr Lane told me to go to a normal checkout line instead of the more speedy checkout line and it was based on the amount of groceries I had in my cart. He said it was because his staff has to touch the groceries but all of the Costcos staff have to touch the items so I didnt understand it. I specifically asked him was he refusing my service to go to the speedy checkout lane and he stated yes that it was their policy at Costco but I knew he was not being truthful. When I challenged him and his policies he decided to follow me to the main checkout line and I had to tell him to stop following me. He just wasnt professional in any way shape or form and hes a supervisor because its identified on his name tag.

Most of the times it is crowded. good discounts without need of coupons, weekend food samples, food court . Earlier the gas prices were low but now they seem to be no much difference from local ones. I have used optical, vision center, tire services. Indian panneer available in this Costco.

A bit crowded today. We didnt even go into the milk frudge because there were so mamy people in the aisle. Checkout was pretty quick though.

Registration service needs work. We stood in line only to find we were in the wrong line. Perhaps there was a sign we somehow missed. Fine, but after being told to stand in the right line, no one was registering new members for a while. After we finally got that done, we had to go out of the store and then back in. Then we found that what used to be cheaper prices in bulk, most items were either as expensive or more so than elsewhere per the amount you get. The meat looked good and fresh. The muffins had one container front and center with a missing muffin, yet no worker walking by noticed. The store was very crowded and while front was wearing masks, many were right on top of each other and in many cases, were clearly not part of the same shopping group. What made matters worse, we were trying to get a couple of hotdogs, a couple of slices of pizza and two drinks, but apparently theyre not putting onions on hotdogs. Someone was right on top of us as we walked out, so much so I felt I had to cut them off with my cart so they didnt step on the person I was with. Unless you need something in bulk or cant find something elsewhere, then go for it.

We are Costco members from past 4 years and like the awesome variety of products available here when compared to other stores...However, recent experience at the store was not that great...went there to buy Fitbit versa which I did not find in the aisle..I could not find anyone who could help me initially but finally got a chance to meet 2 associates near the smart watch area... they could have been more helpful and atleast looked up for the item in their system to let me know if the product is available at store or if they could take in an online order on my behalf...they were least interested, rather they asked me to go the busy front counter and check with any of the associates there to see if there was any returned item available for me to purchase...I left the store and finally ordered the watch online via Amazon..expected much better customer support by the associates at the store but rather left the store disappointed...

It’s a good place to find a little bit of everything. The staff was helpful, The only thing that was missing was having in mind the actual time we are in, there was no antibacterial gel around.

New, well organized, very clean. Staff is everywhere, friendly and very helpful.

The Pizza was good, the hotdog are all beef, we did not like the churros. We ordered a two cake for baby shower. They was cheap and big for the price. Busy place but they have good deals. I like the parking lot big parking spot, I know thats kind of a crazy thing to put in a review, but I hate when people slam the door in the side of your car then drive off because theyre they just dont care.

I went to Costco to buy a tv. Price shopped by going to Best Buy. Ended up back at Costco 5 inches more for $30 less.

Great addition to the area. I purchase for personal and business use. This business has a lot to offer, and 9 times out of 10, I’ve had very pleasant experiences with the team. I think people forget that we are all human, including the Costco team members. Show them some patience and much needed appreciation. Every place is gonna have a bad apple or two, but the overwhelming majority is awesome. A lot of the folks greet me with a smile and take care of me, but it’s a two-way street. I want to give a special shot out to Rodney in the Tire Center. Thank you for having the patience and making the time to help me out with my flat tire. It’s little acts like that that go a long way. I appreciate you and the whole team!!

Love Costco in general. Great place to shop. Premium quality products at wholesale price.Gave 3 stars as some staff here are extremely rude. Had couple of experiences like that when trying to ask for some clarifications. Some of the staff are extremely helpful and nice, so not all are rude.Will still shop here, as I like Costco and dont have to rely on staff much except for checking out.Havent really gone and shopped during COVID times. When I do will post an update here. Been ordering deliveries home.

Overall very good but seriously the 🥐 croissants can you leave them less burn because at the end of the day many put them again in the oven so it would help A LOT to have them less cooked please!!!!! I buy them in other places like Walmart and sams and I though I prefer Costco the croissants there are way better not overdone so please Costco 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Unless you earn back the cost of the membership fee you have paid by buying their products, I really dont think it is necessary to shop there. Either their products are really super cheap, or they are genuine organic food, so it depends

Not too bad but sams club has all the same things and cheaper. The premium membership is more expensive than sams club with less rewards. I just dont see the appeal of the place. 60 dollars for regular membership is high and 120 for the top.. not worth it.

So just about everything Ive purchased from Costco has been of very decent quality (tires, tools, food, clothes, etc)...except for a very nice L-shaped grill and smoker ($,$$$). After 2 and 1/2 years, 2 burners went out and there was significant rust. It was also discontinued shortly after I purchased it. I went back to Costco, hoping they might be able to get free/discounted replacement parts or something like that. They said it should not have broken like that, and gave me a FULL REFUND (after inspecting it and all). They really stand behind their products, and make it right if something is faulty or bad. Great customer service!

I go here a lot. I love Costco a ton i live like 5 or so minutes down the road and this one always has what i need when i go and the customer service here is outstanding and the employees will always be there to help you out. If you don’t have a Costco membership I highly recommend you getting one to go.

Its a Costco so its pretty standard. Its not crazy crowded typically, which is nice. They do seem to rotate done items occasionally/seasonally and not just produce (e.g. frozen mixed vegetables they didnt have for the longest time and now its back). Price-wise its standard Costco, which is good on somethings but not unbeatable. Ive found better prices at Trader Joes for some items.

Great customer service.

The clerks are very approachable and usually know where stuff is. They are very helpful. One thing to notice is that the aisles are organized and not just out of order.

Okay I have to admit that I love Costco, Im definitely an addict. But the store look clean and I saw two guys actually disinfecting carts with some sort of spray which definitely put me at ease. Everything was stocked nicely and the registers moved fairly quickly. The gentleman at my register even made me laugh saying that this was a race and that we were trying to get everyone out.

Spacious store with a wide variety of items. However it would be helpful to have some sort of arrangement to let the customers know what items can be expected in a particular aisle like in Harris Teeter.
