Much better experience 10 years ago in 2010/2011 than now in 2021. I now go to the Walmart pharmacy on NC 55. Very rude employees both at the pharmacy and in the store. Please avoid this pharmacy and the store. They definitely both need brand new management.

The staff in the pharmacy in Apex, NC, has always, in ALL ways been top notch! Aside from helpful and knowledgeable, the pharmacists are thee most gentle with a needle! (No tears needed for vaccines!)

Visiting this pharmacy is always an excellent experience. Linda and Kimberly specifically are the best in the business and are always friendly and really helpful. Absolute stunning pharmacist is often on duty and in addition to her beauty is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Walmart pharmacy in Apex is the best!!!

Ive been satisfied with the service I get from Walmart pharmacy, Apex. The staff is nice and helpful.

I have been getting my prescription filled here for a few months now, it is normally about ten minutes longer than it should be, but the staff are always nice to me.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Nothing is never ready by the time you get there. Would not recommend coming to this pharmacy.

Very rude staff and unprofessional. They are supposed to help you not hinder you. The head pharmacist refused to call the pharmacy line to help me with my prescription. I do not recommend.

Walmart pharmacy is the worst. I recommend you never use them.

Some are rude and get this way when asked I them to repeat themselve because I did not hear them the first time. Every time it is alway my fault when the pharmacy does not recieve a new or update to my prescriptions from my doctor that I have already verified with the doctor that it was sent. Something is wrong with their receiving procedures.

The staff is rude and unproffesuinal, customer service is exactly in line with what you get at every Walmart, lackadaisical and unmotivated staff. Ive never been so Rudely treated by techs and pharmacists, who refused to extend be 2 pills of my prescription because it is a controlled substance, which literally no other pharmacy has ever told me and its an anti about drug called celexa. I went to Walmart pharmacy because of the prices, and I got a group of individuals who dont care about patients or their health, who wont go the extra mile, and who wont go out of there way to help people

They gave me the wrong prescription

Took them 1.5 hours to give me painkillers I needed immediately.
