AWESOME customer service. Called Friday am and received clarification from a very helpful guy, ordered a few minutes later and it arrived Sunday. Will definitely do business with them again.

I attempted to contact the supplier 3 separate times and in each case the individual indicated they would call back and never returned a call. They were quick to make the sale however, when there was an issue there was no customer service. The customer service reps were disrespectful and of no help. It was all about the sale and after that you no longer mattered. Not only would I not recommend them I would never use them again even if it meant paying more.

I had a problem with my kitchen pantry storage and organization. The problem was not that I did not have enough storage, the problem was accessing the items in the back of the shelves, without having to empty the entire shelf first! I contacted CFCS with my storage problem, and they quickly offered me a couple of easy, and practical solutions. I am so happy with my new pantry storage system! I can completely customize the space between the drawers, because of the pilaster system we chose. Thanks to Eric and Alex, and their staff~ from helping find the solution, the ease of ordering all of the parts and pieces for me, to walking me through our DIY installation~ CFCS is THE BEST! Several years ago Eric helped us with our kitchen remodel. This was a major job with a complete tear down to the studs. The cabinets that we got thru Central Florida Cabinet Supply were state of the art. Even with several years of wear and tear the cabinets look brand new. The customer service and follow thru has been amazing. With every issue that arose there was an immediate resolve. I feel we got a very fair price for a high quality cabinet.

I have been doing business with Eric and the team at CFCS for 11 to 12 years now. Although they are not the closest cabinet supply to my shop I have no reason to look elsewhere. Their prices are fair and they provide professional service in a friendly atmosphere. More than once they have gone out of the way to help me out of a jam. Working with someone for so long there is bound to be a mistake but on these rare occasions Eric has quickly corrected the issue. They know their products and offer good suggestions for accomplishing various projects but are not hard sell. I would highly recommend CFCS to professionals and DIYers alike.

After seeing the positive reviews, my wife was excited to stop by & take a look at the cabinet selection for her kitchen remodel. Eric was not helpful at all. We went with the intention of getting pricing for a full set of kitchen cabinets, & left with disappointment. If you need hardware or cabinet supplies, this might be the place for you. If you are shopping for a new set of kitchen cabinets, you should spare yourself the disappointment.

Im not a cabinet maker, but on two occaisions Ive had some realy weird cabinet and funiture parts break and need to be replaced. This most recent part was from some custom furniture my afather made me. The lady that helped me was diligent in searching for the part I needed in quite a few catalogs, even asking other employees where she might find this wierd little drawer slide. She spent a lot of time helping me for what turned out to be $13 worth of parts. I gave them a 5 star rating for customer service and would recommend them.
