This location is always excellent with customer service. Today was really excellent. I wanted something fruity and frozen and the recommendation was on point and my normal is to get a pink drink. My husband got a decaf white chocolate latte and they recommended to get it with oat milk. It was like drinking oatmeal and very tasty with the brown sugar syrup. He also recommended the Impossible breakfast sandwich. I am very pleased. The 2 people that stood out was Vee and Kb. Hats off to these 2.

Dont know what is going on at this location. Multiple times a week they have a handwritten paper sign posting the hours for that day. Nothing more frustrating than driving here and find out 5hat they are going to open 2 hrs late.

I love coffee and I especially love coffee. If you have been to one Starbucks, you have been to most if not all of them. However, I wouod highly recommend staying far away from this location unless picking up your order as the drive-thru is packed and extremely stressful. Otherwise, the staff is fantastic and the quality of the products are what you come to expect.

Was refused service inside. No sign saying that. Said we had to order on an app. or the drive through, was rude. Went to drive through and they were out of caramel for a CARAMEL Macchiato We had masks on too. Went to another Starbucks, could go inside but they were out of whip cream. Are you kidding me????

I dont usually have Starbucks, but I was craving it this morning. They didnt have the pistachio latte. I find out on Google that it is a seasonal drink. Why couldnt they have just said that, instead of we dont have it? Then I tried to order a hazelnut iced latte. They didnt have hazelnut either. Its 11:30 on a Saturday morning. Come on now.

Just left there Arriana was absolutely the best representative for Starbucks at the drive-through. She was very personable very joyful. Great personality. need more employees like her working at Starbucks

Stayed in drive thru for almost 45 minutes! While the line was not moving I called and I asked what’s the delay and was told they’re understaffed. Starbucks should hire more staff in this location. They’re drive thru on the weekends is always so busy and always so so slow. You would think by now they would have figured out they need more staff on the weekends. Management should do something about this, it’s way overdue. Will never come here to pick up my coffees on the weekend again.Please note however that The staff member at the drive thru window was so sweet and clearly multitasking at high speed. Seems like it’s a scheduling issue to me.

This location is drive-thru only! I stopped at this location over the holiday weekend, walking in was greeted by staff stating mobile pick up or drive-thru only..... inside closed..... Not the first time staff was rude at this location so i stepped out thought about mobile app and how the other location 3850 E State Rd 436, Apopka, FL 32703 is always friendly open for orders inside and drive-thru and decided no more starbucks

The service I received was great! I get cream on the side all the time for my hot coffee. The barista making my grande Pike Place introduced me to steaming the side of cream. I tried it and loved it! Thank you!

Sincerely the nastiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Ive lived near here for a year, and I have not ever recieved a coffee that tasted good. How do you make a caramel Frappuccino, and its not sweet at all? Everything from here is just disappointing. So somewhere else or go to Foxtail coffee, its closer.

The most inconsistent drink making ever. My coffee tastes different every single time, and it undrinkable 9/10 times.

This place is not super sanitary. They are constantly blocking the entire parking area and more for the entire complex with their customers in drive through. The prices have gotten beyond expensive.They need to move to a different area to help people be able to reach the other businesses in that area. That or have people order and part out back in the Walmart parking lot so that they can bring the drink/foodOut to them.Their drinks are ok but not worth the cost and chaos.

They keep saying they don’t have caramel to make the drinks for some reason that is of course out of their hands but that is a lazy excuse when their is a Walmart right behind them and they can easily go buy some. Not to mention if you do settle for your drink to be made incomplete they don’t even give you a discount.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff is nice and attentive and the drinks are always made correctly and as expected! From a latte to a passion tea, they always get my order right with that expected awesome taste! They are one of the best around the area! My favorite 😊

Used to think it was overrated but now Im a gold member in their rewards programs. With a variety of drinks to try and having such a great reward system you get something back from buying their food and drinks

Only the drive through is ever open here not the cafe or even the mobile app. I wouldn’t bother stop, just go to a different location.

Hours constantly changing and app not always updated. Order food from app and have to substitute or cancel due to being sold out when we arrive. Has a long line 50% of the time. No credit offered when they mess up unless you ask. I have had a few good experiences here but my most recent was unacceptable. Placed my order for 2 drinks before ever leaving home, got to the store, sat in line at drive through, got to the window and sat there waiting and watching them make other drinks I presume for people behind us before making ours. Meanwhile the inside looked dead, no customers at all, people behind me have drinks melting, and my drinks still arent even being made over 20 minutes after I placed my order. I ask if they have any type of credit for the inconvenience and some guy with a major attitude comes to the window and tells me next time if I dont have time to wait in the drive through then to come in the store. At which point I told him it wouldnt have mattered where I waited because even after getting through the speaker and to the window, I waited for a good 10 minutes without them ever starting to male my drinks. If I had gone inside, they still wouldnt have been done. He didnt say another word and stormed away with an attitude.

Well my sister granddaughter love Starbucks so we went to get her some delicious Starbucks frappuchino with whipped cream 🍨 chocolate syrup and caramel and she enjoyed every sip of it oooh she always said venti size please. Everything was okay but the line was too long couple cars dropped out the line.

I was warned about trying this place but since the card was a gift I thought I’d try. After 20 minutes I got to the screen and ordered a plain black large coffee. After another 15 minutes I got to the window and wouldn’t you know I got down the road and had someone else’s order. How hard is a black coffee. Piss poor at best…. Gave the card to someone and the crapaccino to someone else. Dunkin’ totally saved the day.

Staff is really nice but the drinks here are awful. Not worth the money for drinks that taste like water. Ive come here once a week for 4 weeks just to keep trying... just got worse everytime. Rather drive to the other one 10 minutes away.

Ordered ahead ten minutes before we got there. App said it should be ready in nine minutes. Arrived and it wasn’t busy at all. Went inside and friendly staff asked if they could help me. I said I was there for mobile order. They went to the printer and took the stickers off and made the drinks while I waited... Hopefully this isn’t how they normally operate. Drinks were correct and very good but expensive. No dine in.

I came to Starbucks right after a long day of having a court custody with my baby daddy.I CAME to this starbucks expecting to order my Venti caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel.ITS CRAZY TO ME how they have been out of caramel for a week.This girl name Tia by the grace of god whippied me a Mocha cookie crumble frappe.lOVE THIS GIRL Tia, she was amazing.Honestly i wont be coming back until i get the caramel back but she was and did great.First time an employee is nice and helps me out.

Unique location. Fantastic team members who serve with kindness. My vanilla bean is always on point. Navigation through the parking lot. It can be tricky. The drive through is order panel. Located in back of building and its tight squeeze in a car do trucks take cation. The parking lot is tight but manageable.Is it work going to. YES! This locations staffing the smiles and good hearted team. That delicious 😋 food and drinks. Ohh ya its worth it all.

Pretty good! Everything is clean, and despite the lack of people due to the pandemic, they managed to maintain the standard Starbucks atmosphere. The service here was quick, and friendly. They also had the impossible sausage in stock, but they noted that it is in high demand, so calling ahead to confirm would be wise.All around though, this was a good little Starbucks tucked away in a rather unexpected location.

Seemed like the menu was a point of conflict; and the last thing I want to do first thing in the morning is argue with the cashier about what you call a large and be corrected on how to pronounce it then have everything else become awkward and tedious and argumentative. And because the drive-thru was something much less than friendly, I was instantly rethinking and regretting my purchase before I even paid for it!Damn good stuff that coffee, but the sausage muffin sure was tasting somewhat commercial despite being delicious just the same.Ranks low for hospitality and friendliness.

Since COVID-19 No ones service is up to standards! Food was fine & service was slower than usual with No One ahead of us.

Its bold coffee was Italian. So I ordered a tall,bold, hot Italian! Sounded good ^^even though it was only a coffee!

Held a small business meeting here, lasted about 3 hours and in total our party of 3 bought 3 drinks. No one gave us any issue for holding our meeting here.Theres one large table that seats about 9 with 2 outlets near it. Theres four, 2-top tables with minimal outlets and a small comfy seating area. Outside are about 6 tables, one has a 4-plug outlet at its base.A touch small inside, as with most Starbucks, but we made it work. Not too busy on a Wednesday evening around 6p.

They are rude, restroom closed, tables & chairs inside, seating outside was not socially distanced. This was the terriblest experience EVER! I rarely write a bad review.

Great customer service

This is a great place to buy coffee whether on the go or you have time to stop by to enjoy relaxing with a friend. They also have a large selection of food to eat. The service is good and the staff very friendly. I certainly recommend stopping by to enjoy the goodies.

The Team Members here are usually pleasant and efficient (had that same experience today). Every once in awhile, Im WOWED by something exceptional. Although that didnt happen today, nothing to complain about.

Ok, why, besides to trip people up, would you limit the birthday reward to the day of? Not everyone can make it to redeem these on the same day. Just a new reason to stop coming. At least Wawa gives you 30 days to redeem, and their coffee is just as good.

BAD SERVICE

I love Starbucks. Card carrying customer for years. I found it strange that I wasn’t greeted upon entering. I found it strange I wasn’t greeted when I approached the counter. I find it unacceptable that while at the counter one worker looked right into my face and said nothing, then that a second worker went from register to register registering, or whatever, and didn’t have the courtesy to even look up nor say “someone will be right with you,” as is the norm in our society. I’ll def keep going to Starbucks, just not this one. You guys suck.

If I could put no stars, I definitely would for this location. It’s sad that the 1 female barista ruined a whole morning due to her attitude. Had a wrong order, came in to have it remade, no apology, and very rude. Glad that the other customers witnessed it as well. I was so embarrassed, and ended up leaving with another wrong drink so I did not have to deal her negativity. I see that her sarcastic, loud, voice was also used toward someone else in these reviews. I will never come back to this location.

Im here most every morning. Its like home (with a better espresso maker). I only get espresso so I cant get an improperly made drink, so I really have no complaints.

I enjoy going to this particular Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, smiling and sociable, and they remember me. I have a particular drink that I always order and a few of the staff even remember it, which is really nice, because it does have a lot of ingredients, with specific measurements. My family says that I am a baristas nightmare (lol) but its a great drink, and Ive been drinking it for 9 years now.

Every time I come here something is wrong. I don’t understand how you can mess a drink up every time. I went thru drive thru and drink was bad again so I went inside to get it fixed and we were treated terrible by a lady named Ashely on 3/2/2020 at 8am. She made the drink again and didn’t check to see was it okay and we just stood there for 20mins for her to help us fix my husband and I drink once again to just be ignored. Thank God another employee help us after 20mins. I think Ashely was annoyed and I don’t know why because we were nice even though we had to come inside to fix drinks already. I don’t understand how you can treat anyone the way we were treated. It was extremely humiliating and embarrassing. They definitely need to work on making fresh coffee to serve even for ice coffee and also to make drinks better. I think there pumps for syrup is broken. And need to read checks that say extra cream so they don’t forget. Customer service needs major adjustment immediately. Needs change or I will spend my money elsewhere. Take pride in what you do because if you don’t it really shows.

I really hope this review gets the attention of someone. I will not be returning to this location. The rudeness of the large, blonde barista with glasses was completely out of line this morning. She treated this couple so low and disrespectful. I truly was in shock! The woman looked so embarrassed, and I told her in front of everyone else that I will call to complain about the baristas attitude!
