This place is a mess. Needs a good cleaning out, too many items you cannot find anything. New employees all the time who should not be left alone working. Owner needs to be present on weekends to run a successful business not leave it up to her staff who are not that knowledgeable. Also I have gone a few times when they should be open and they are closed. This business needs good managing which clearer it is not getting any longer.

If I could give no stars I would. Update your Facebook and or Google hours. Time is valuable to us. Went to your store after the many bad reviews on Saturday, said open till 7:00 you were not! Went again on Sunday....twice!! Not open!! If you are closed on a holiday weekend, change your hours online or add a voice message. According to reviews your business has gone downhill. Your lack of communication shows no respect towards your customers.

The owner/ operator is extremely friendly. Great prices for name brands. Reasonable buying prices for items Id just give away otherwise.

Always a great place to get lightly used clothes, shoes, sports equipment, toys and games etc. Come by and check out their great prices.

Brought an item here and got it sold for a decent price. Very quick and friendly and relaxed. The owner is sweet and her workers are too. Very good finds! They will hold your items for a couple days and keep it organized. They are also very clean. Best kids resale store in the area!

Very sad this store is not what is used to be. It is difficult to communicate with staff, owner was always present she is never there any longer. Communication barrier issue. Quality has gone down.

Was given a specific price on a specific item. When I came back later with my daughter to buy it, they raised the price by 50%….

Love this store. AlwYs has new things in however just wished the workers spoke English. They don’t understand anything I ask and it’s kind of frustrating when you need help with something. This has happened three times now.

Horrible experience. Stopped by 7/2, waaaay to much in this store. Clerk could not answer hours for holiday weekend as I wanted to return with my wife due to language barrier. Asked about selling clothes and to speak with owner, got the impression she is never in the store. Wont be returning. If I could give no stars I would.

Tried to go to this store twice after work on a Thursday, company information states open till 7:00 both times they were not open! Update your information if it is not correct so you dont waste peoples time. Went then on a Friday and with my wife over the weekend, store not organized and clerk not helpful could not answer any questions. Asked to speak to owner she said not here usually these times, this happened twice. If you want to run a successful business have staff that can run your business if you choose not to be present or be present to succeed !! Would be surprised if this place lasts, very poorly run business.

Disappointed in this store. Read many nice and promising reviews but they dont have enough staff ever on the weekends. Clerks are abrupt and down right rude. When asked to speak to manager/owner they said she is only there a few days a week. Unfortunately a poorly run business that had potential.

Absolutely dissappointed with this store. Will not return again! Dont waste your time bringing your kids items here. If you do... expect to only get a couple items bought from this place, out of a handful of things you bring in to sell. They are also such a scam... dont expect much but a couple dollars for your higher cost items! It will be a wasted trip for you!

Was there 2 days ago. If any parent or grandparent is concerned about possible Covid exposure, don’t go there. They are refusing to wear masks and when I asked about it the owner spoke rudely to me. They are not following the Orange or Seminole mandate. There is another children’s consignment shop a few blocks away who are friendly and taking measures for safety

Every single time I go to Trendy kids I have a great shopping experience. The owner is a very sweet and nice lady and shes very fair on prices in her store. She has a lot of great items and clothes for children. I highly recommend everyone to buy here for their children. 😉👍

Absolutely AMAZING!! I’m so freaking impressed. The quality of things are practically new! It’s just like once upon a child but high-quality! The owner Karissa, is super welcoming and friendly. I love the fact that she’s a small business owner that cares about her customers. I am seriously doubting ever shopping again at the mall. Love the fact that this place is right next to my gym.. location is super convenient and the place is bursting at the seams with practically new merchandise. I found so many things with the tags still on…

Great place to find gently used kids clothes

This place is amazing! Price is very affordable. Sizes from preemies to size 16 kids. Toys, kids furniture,clothes, shoes, diapers and pullups, hair accessories, books, you think of it is there....All gently used, some off the stuff still have tags on them....Great idea ladies!

I have been a faithful customer since this establishment open. I have drop things off to sell, as well as buying things from her store. recently I dropped off a stroller and a brand new Pair of children’s Nikes that were still in the box. When she called me to tell me that me things are ready, I explain to her that I had to go out of town for a family emergency and I will not be back for a couple of weeks. I have got in multiple times while she hasn’t been there, and one of her associates explained to me that she was unable to find it at the moment. So today I went in just to check up on it and I was going to Buy a few things while I was there. So I asked her if she knew where the shoes were in the stroller was that I brought in. She told me that she donated it because her policy is if it’s not picked up within 24 hours that she donates things that are picked up.This woman legitimately donated my belongings without my permission, which essentially is stealing for me. I will never be going back

Trendy Kids is a must go. The workers are very nice. I always find good clothing there and the price is not too expensive.

As for buying they have no problem taking your money when it comes to selling they are extremely picky about items. I went to sell some baby shoes and they wouldnt take a pair due to a stain at the bottom of the shoe that I couldnt get out, but a lot of their baby shoes that I saw had stains on them as well. There was even a size 5 shoe that had some sticky gum looking stuff on the bottome that they were selling. But my brand name show wasnt good enough for them. they also charged me $2 for 2 pairs of shoes but had the price tags already made up for the shoes and were charging at least $3 for each pair.

Great assortment of kids clothes, toys, bikes, strollers, etc. We got such an awesome deal on a pack in play and stroller! Highly recommend! The owner is wonderful!

I have children over the age of 10 that have outgrown so many things: bikes, costumes, toys, ect. I was referred to Trendy Kids by my neighbor that had a good experience with trading in some of her gently used childrens stuff. I called before I started packing things into my vehicle and was given very friendly customer service over the phone. The store is very congested but organized well and the owner is very picky about the quality of the items she chooses to take. I feel that I could have gotten more money for my items if I sold them myself, but I dont like the hassle. I dont need store credit since my kids are older, so the cash payout is less than the store credit offered (but not by much). The items for sale in store are a bit pricey when compared to Buy Buy Baby and the like. To give you an idea of what you get for your stuff, I brought in 8 Halloween costumes in good condition: Mario and Luigi, Full Body Skeleton that glows, Bumble bee, and a Disney Store Merida costume w/the matching shoes to name a few. Got $17. It was that or donate them.

I went into Amscot today and while in there I mentioned to the girl how busy their Plaza had gotten with new businesses. The first business she told me about was the one next door that didnt even have a sign out front called Trendy Kids a childrens resale store. Having four grandsons I thought I would go check it out I ended up walking out with three items that I was thrilled with the staff was beyond helpful and friendly and they were not even the owner. I was so impressed with the fact that the clothes were not so jam-packed on the racks I could not even look at them and that everything was displayed and clean. I will be back and I will be sharing about this business congratulations and welcome to Apopka.

Staff members are helpful and friendly the merchandise are gentle used, there price is reasonable, for all sorts budget.

Absolutely wonderful, so much to choose from and the staff was so helpful and polite. I would recommend this store to everyone and will definitely be back.
