While the majority of people working here are good folks, my experience with this business is not a good one. After paying a deposit on a mobile home they sold it to someone else then tried to give me another one for my purchase that was not identical to the first one. Then while I was discussing what we needed to do the manager came out of his office and refused us service even threatening to call the police on us. Then I had to get legal help to get them to return my deposit!!I would recommend not going here unless you have to and keep in mind they dont care if you made a down payment on a house, that doesnt mean they will honor the sales agreement in any way.

This place is a joke. Once the trailer gets to your land, they could care less about you or customer service. The Sheetrock job where the house was married together is absolutely terrible and uneven. I’ve been waiting for 6 months for them to come fix the cracks in the walls and ceiling’s. Both sides of the home has skirting already falling off of it. Every time I call them, nobody knows anything or can give me an answer for when they will be out to fix it. Don’t waste your time with them.. buy somewhere else if you want to be valued as a customer.

Nice selection of homes. Youre allowed to tour your on your own, which I especially appreciate; Ive been a homeowner for 30 years, I dont need anyone to point out an amenity. Assisting my son and his wife to decide on what type of home to purchase since home prices are through the roof right now. Very pleasant saleslady, helpful but not pushy.

My family has purchased two other mobile homes over the past 12 years with Worldwide and recently my daughter purchased a home with them. Wow! Mobile home prices have sure gone up since I last purchased from Worldwide 20 years ago! But sheesh, the homes are GORGEOUS 😍!!! The salesman, Robbie Stepfoot I believe he said his last name was, was so helpful without being pushy. I like that youre able to walk around the lot looking on your own if you want to. Also, a new thing..they have the name of the trailer written on the tongue so you know what to talk to them about instead of just, the 4th one over there lol. Will be back and hope I can purchase the home I loved! 81k for a single wide, but my gosh, IT. IS. STUNNING.!!!!! Real walls, vents in the ceiling, impeccable decor such as sinks, countertops, etc. Go look for yourself!

We purchased our new RV from worldwide, we were a bit skeptical but after visiting several other dealers we found out that you cannot beat their prices. I did appreciate the fact that they dont seem to employ high pressure sales tactics. Our sales rep was helpful and patient as we viewed trailers on multiple occasions and had many questions before making a final decision.

Bought a new RV paid Cash took them 4 my math to do warranty works which they didn’t do a thing but Piss us off ! Our out side plugs don’t work so out door kitchen has no power & all plug that connect To lift a cool power switch is the cut off and on for a short won’t come on for like in the bathroom the black and red buttons it that plug don’t work at all and it’s connected to the outside plug switch work not at all had my RV forever and nothing was done but made a bigger mess than what it was and when they closed it up and I slide and they didn’t put up my bunkbeds they ripped one of my bunkbeds and I’ll kinds of other things and now they do not do warranty work any more and I could care less about helping you find someone to do it and I paid cash money for it 40 ft RV!

It has been nothing but one lier after another,if jamey works there he dang sure is absent 100 percent of the time.The walk through was done and soft floors were noted verbally, oh we will send our lady out after delivery.They busted a window in transit, they didnt fix it for days and through rain storms. Floor damaged. No they havent done anything they said they would. The work that was done looked like a 2 year old did it.This company is the pits. Do not do business with any company that fails to stand by their products.

My wife and I have been looking around to buy a new house and when another company gave us the run around we decided to try worldwide homes. My wife spoke to Kerri Rains and she did everything for us showing us the houses, the financing struggle of getting everything to them and making sure we knew what was going on, what we were waiting on she was awesome.. We signed our paperwork and house was delivered next day.

Bought a home from them. Customer service was great at first and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy from them. That’s why we bought with them, felt very comfortable. However, after the sale the issues began. We never got our phone calls returned and have had hell trying to get issues resolved. We get the run around constantly and have had to contact the manufacturer direct to get anything resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. What a joke.

This place had a great selection of homes. My Sales lady Caitlin helped me figure out which home would be best for my family and budget. If your looking for a good price and good selection definitely go by and ask for her!

I purchased my mobile home at the end of June 2019. Kayla Blanchard was my salesperson and her husband Jamie was also there to answer questions if Kayla was unavailable. Kayla handled everything for us with the finance company and helped guide us in getting all the paperwork and documents we needed. It was definitely a GREAT HELP!!!We had our mobile home custom built from the manufacturer and Kayla walked us through every custom option choice we had. Took about 8 weeks to build. Our home is absolutely beautiful!!!It was so rainy and wet I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get our home delivered and set up. But these guys brought in mats and got it delivered, tied down and fixed minor issues due to travel in ONE afternoon. We called the A/C people and had air before the weekend!After getting moved in we noticed a few issues. Water leaking under home and one a/c vent not blowing. (Normal issues in my opinion) I called Worldwide and spoke with their repair dept, they had someone at my home to fix the problems within a few days!!We loved Kayla, Jamie, Megan and really everyone we had to speak to and have since referred other friends to Worldwide.

We dont normally post negative things about places of business but, when you have tried to get their attention numerous times, something has to change.Let me start by saying that the manufactured home we bought is really nice. It seems very solid and we will probably purchase another, at some time, but maybe not from the same place.The customer service is something else. I have never dealt with a place that will not give messages to people or take the time to call you back, when you have called numerous times.... My wife made so many trips up there to ensure paperwork was finished, had been sent in and to make sure that we were able to start making payments. Not sure why that was her job, but she did it.It really has been like pulling teeth to give someone our hard earned money. Again, great house, not so great customer service.

New to the area and was looking for a new home. Heard from a coworker to check them out, probably the best decision I made. The staff was warm and very friendly, I spoke with Kerri and she bent over backwards to make the deal happen. I couldn’t believe how much work she did to ease some of the stress off me. She kept in contact every step of the way and even followed after the deal was done. I tell everyone about them at Worldwide and Kerri so don’t be surprised when you get the same stellar experience.

We bought our home July of 2018. The home is SE and the quality is everything we expected it to be. We have had a couple of minor problems with metal roof leaking and our master shower leaking, but one call to worldwide and those problems were quickly addressed. After Imelda, we noticed leaking going on and called worldwide to see of they could give us a contractors name to fix since we knew we were out of our warranty. Worldwide fixed us up and they didnt have to! We are so very thankful that they came out and repaired the roof again. They didnt even have to. Not only that, but the carpenter fixed my cabinet drawers that we had broken. And was very respectful of my space when I couldnt be there to supervise him in my home. I trust this business and would absolutely use them again or tell my friends and family to use them. Thanks Jaime for all that you and your staff do for your clients!

Purchased new home from them last month. Compared every dealer in the area and they were far cheaper and really know the homes. Kelli helped we with picking our home and options. Her knowledge is unbelievable on putting everything together. After dealing with several other dealers is was refreshing to find someone with the experience and patience to go through and explain not only the home but the whole experience and what to expect every step of the way. Best purchase experience I have ever had. Bought a fifth wheel from Josh Guest. He made the transaction so smooth and easy without any pressure like you get from normal sales people. Purchased new home in June of 2018 and now april of 2020still waiting on the punch list to be completed from original delivery ( spoke to Jamie on two different times ) and also been in contact with service dept more than i care to NO FOLLOW UP . Unit was to come with a dishwasher per the saleman and was told after delivered that it didnt and when i brought this up they said that they would make it right for not having one - At this point just make the repairs and punch list 100%. Ive purchased the extended warranty also for this home and what good is a warranty if no one FOLLOWS UP.Very DisappointedRandy

Do not buy anything from this place. The people who work here will act so nice. But once the sale is complete. They could care less about you. If something is damaged on your home or camper right after buying it. You can basically forget about getting them to fix the problem. After they have your money they become very rude!

I bought a home from them earlier this year and had a wonderful experience! Kelli was my sales person and I strongly recommend her! She helped me find a home that really fit the needs of my growing family and thought of things that I needed and preferred in a home that I hadnt even thought of! She even help me pick and coordinate my colors :) Even after I had my home for months she helped me find the right people to contact for a warranty issue with my dish washer. Worldwide homes really went above and beyond from beginning to end for my family and me and I wouldnt bring my business anywhere else!

I am amazed that anyone gave them more than 1 star. I bought a new Cherokee camper from them and it was the most hell Ive ever gone through. The lies and deceit began almost immediately. They almost NEVER returned a phone call or met an obligation. In the initial sale, they promised the world, and then slowly back tracked. My salesman had my financing so screwed up that its a miracle that I was able to recover. Then I got notified from my bank that they hadnt paid off the trade-in on time so there was an additional fee for it being late. Had issues with the camper after I got it home and no one there would talk to me to try and help me. My friend bought Gray Wolf from them and they ripped his sofa before closing it and didnt tell them. Once confronted, they were told there would be one shipped to them immediately. Months later and still no sofa. They also had the same issue with returned calls. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer relations. Unwilling to deal with customers questions. Manager came in to answer question with his mind already made up, became adversarial, and instead of dealing with issue threatened to refuse to sell unit if I listed on forms item under question as missing. Could not give deposit back since owner had gone for the day so told to come back next day. Then owner said ladies that do that wouldnt be in until following week. No call to pass that on. Gave address to mail. Didnt receive in entire next week. Told it was mailed and to wait until end of second week. Finally got call that check was returned because they mailed to wrong address. Recommend you do your business somewhere else. They are taking advantage of Hurricane Harvey victims by giving poor service to people with their backs against a wall.

I love my home,but once they get your money you cant hey them to repair anything! Been trying for two years to get a few pieces of siding replace. No luck yet!!!

On 3/30/19 my mobile home was delivered. Upon delivery my culvert was damaged for which I paid to be replaced. Once the culvert was replaced I was able to have the water well people come to hook up the water. At this point I discovered that the outer water well casing had been damaged. This costed me an extra $750.00 but thanks to Randys Water Well Service it did not cost $1500.00 as originally thought. I called the mobile home dealership and spoke with Jamie a couple different times regarding this matter. I was told that someone would contact me to set up a day and time to inspect the damaged pipes. That was around June 2019 and we are no in January 2020. Never got that call, still waiting. Since delivery, the mobile home has been leaking around the windows. It progressed to the point that a crack has formed out of one of the leaks and is moving across the ceiling to the other side of the house. Despite my repeated complaints the problem remains unresolved. In yet another attempt to obtain a resolution, I called again and spoke with Paulette again. Paulette basically called me a liar, the exact words used were I seriously doubt that simply because she did not remember what she said in a previous conversation with me. I now recognize through her response to her own words it was another attempt to put me off instead of taking care of the problem.1 I was told again that she would call me back to set a day and time for the damage to be evaluated. Once again I never received a call, how ironic! Who is the liar here? For going on 10 months I have been patient and cooperative but that does not inspire them to want to resolve the problem but instead to continue to put me off, all the while the mobile home is becoming more and more unliveable due to the continued water damage. I made another attempt prior to Thanksgiving and had to be insistent to get them to send somone out to evaluate the damage. They sent two contractors out who caulked the vents on the roof and stated that it would have to dry out before any repairs could be made. That was the end of November, this now January and no one has made effort to contact me to schedule a day and time to come out to see if the damage is dry enough to be repaired or if the leaks have in fact stopped. The leaks in fact have not stopped. I have a job of my own and do not have the time to stand on top of them daily to make them do their job. If you are considering purchasing anything at this dealership please be advised they are only interested in the sale and not upholding any form of integrity. So I am currently paying for a home that I cannot live in. I also have plenty of pictures of all the damage and how it has progressed over time.Frustrated and Aggravated,Caroline Price

We purchased a Lulabelle Farmhouse in Dec 2019 from worldwide homes. The service and experience was amazing. On August 27, we were hit by Hurricane Laura. Our home is located in Dequincy so we were in the direct path of the storm. We were so scared that our home would be destroyed. We returned right after the winds died down and was so excited to see our Lulabelle Farmhouse by Bucaneer still standing and received no damage but the skirting which we expected. THIS home is a beast. We love it even more. You cannot beat the quality of these homes. Jme and Brett checked in us because they knew we were in the path of the Hurricane and genuinely cared. This company is amazing!!!

Beware!!!! Do not buy from them. I bought a home in 2016. Im still waiting for refund for work not done. I upgraded to sheetrock walls at a cost of $ 1500.00. The walls were to be tapped and textured. The walls were not textured. I complained to Jme Blanchard. He didnt know the company that built the home no longer textured walls. He would not give me a refund for the work not done. I left a message to let him know that I would be taking legal steps. He did not return my call.

Dont even waste your time here. They seem nice at first but take FOREVER to get anything done. Its just excuse after excuse.

Worldwide is all help until they get their money and then that goes away. The service after the sale is terrible as in mobile home setup. Its been 4 months and we still do not have our skirting. They come up with all kinds of excuses and they came up short calling me a liar when they are the ones that lie. We were warned not to use them but they had a mobile home we really liked. Now we are suffering the consequences. My advice is dont use them. The only two good reviews are from people that did not buy from them.

I have no idea who they are getting to review them as 5 star because once you sign on the line, they are finished with you. You can forget customer service, but instead look forward to attitude and excuses. We told them we had never owned a RV, they assured us someone would deliver and show us how to hook up and work everything. Instead, we got a delivery by a guy who said he wasnt told anything about showing us the RV and how it worked, he was just a delivery guy. 3 months later we are still waiting. The Manager straight up told me, we were shown with a 45 minute walk thru, I reminded him we got about a 10 minute walk thru, the unit was not hooked up to water, elec or propane so how did you figure we were shown anything. I also was reminded that since it was my daughter who purchased the RV and not me, that I didnt really have a place calling with a complaint. So, basically, you can hang all the Christian wall plaques, burn lovely candles and put on a good show but when it comes down to customer service, and truly wanting the sale to be a memorable one and customers to return, this place just does not care. I will never return. Too many dealerships out there for this to happen and shame on you for making a young adult, on a new purchase, who chose your dealership to feel as if they were not worth the time. They sure didnt mind the quick sale from a girl with perfect credit and instant pre-approved credit.

Purchased a home from this company after hurricane Harvey, we have had the worst experience from the very beginning. Worst people to deal with, and you will not get any help from them or the manufacturer. We paid for our home in full and the best warranty you could purchase. Our back door frame was messed up from the moment they delivered the home, the wall sockets pull out of the walls the carpet had spilt paint in the master bedroom. They replaced the carpet and left it with a hole in the center of the floor. This trailer was poorly built and I would not EVER recommend dealing with WOLD WIDE HOMES. They were glad to take our 33 thousand dollars . We call weekly looking for our new back door, and never get a return phone call. To this day we still havent got our door . PLZ SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE . Ill defenently take my business to somone who actually takes pride in peoples hard earned money .

Tried to sell me a mobile home that was very much up priced for a profit margin that was ridiculous and had my 32000 dollar camper and wanted 5000 down They also did business with my mother 110,000 dollar trailer mind you and she cant even use her shower a year later because the roof leaks into the light socket in it.... talk to Clayton you can get the same thing for much less

Just dont do it! They got us the home we wanted for the price we were looking for but any help after that you can forget about it. Service after the sale is horrible and they dont have enough people on thier service crew to handle thier work load. The one trim out guy that finally showed up after waiting a week after we called then no showed for 2 days then worked for 3 days just on the inside which STILL isnt completely finished, then removed plastic from the end of our mobile home leaving wood exposed and then hasnt shown up for the last TWO days to finish it with no communication from anyone . The Sales Manager is argumentative and gives excuse after excuse, and you can forget getting any communciation out of him either.

They would get 5 stars but their service after the sale needs a lot of improvement. First off our backup camera that we purchased from them only worked for the trip home from the rv lot in lumberton. They refused to warranty it or even look at it. Hello!! Left the lot for 20 minutes and something we bought extra and had installed is already broken. Ive been on the phone with the manufacturer of the camera and have gone through the pairing procedure many times with no success. The manufacturer stated that the camera is likely to be bad as It does have 12volts of power. So I implore you as a buyer, to purchase and install your own backup camera. They charged almost 500 bucks for our camera. Looked online and they are 225 bucks. Next, there is a leak coming from behind the shower. Had to bring it in for that. Guess what....the technician said its no big deal, and didnt do anything about it. So yeah its still leaking. Bought the first 2018 model off their lot, gave them our money and then they run when it needs service or warranty work. The one thing they did do is fix the entry exit door. I cant express it anymore... do their job and take care of the most important thing.....the customers. Oh and since I mentioned we bought the first 2018 off the lot, the sales person or manager knows who me and my fiancée are. Still, I expect no call. They will simply respond defending themselves. I expect nothing different from them.Sincerely-A paying customer.

It’s has been an absolute nightmare dealing with WORLD WIDE HOMES! They only care about making the sale, and once they’ve delivered your home, it’s a hassle to get them to do anything. If you’re thinking of buying anything from them, think twice about it! The manufacturers associated with them should also reconsider it, Clayton Homes seemed legit, but I’ve been dealing with a leaking roof/ceiling for months now.

Super friendly sales, but after that the nightmare began. In the end, the service manager yelled at my mother...and when my dad heard, she had on speaker phone, he took the phone and told him he had no right to speak to a woman that way...then he cussed at my father. Had home here for, going on two months, and still cant get in. Paying bills at two homes, and that is very hard for me. People READ the reviews...their service department is horrible!! I am going above them and trying to see what I can do...they are NOT a good business. You can buy the homes from another dealer AND get good service after you buy. I know we all get excited in the moment, but read the reviews.....its all bad about after you buy! I really wish I could just send this back and go somewhere else.

Bought a brand new rv from them 2 years ago. Shane was our sales guy he was awesome listened to everything I wanted from a island kitchen to a serta bed. Our RV was not cheap at 60,000$ but I got everything I wanted island kitchen, stainless hardware, serta bed. But when we got it from day 1 it had issues, the service dept ordered parts to repair the problems we have a ten year warranty but are still under manufacturer warranty. It took then close to a year to get the parts in then when they did they were not the right parts. Its mostly because they change service managers like people change underwear. There is no communication at all with this people. When they finally got the correct parts we brought it in to be fixed and our window still leaks. We have had our RV for a little over 2 years. We are now ready to buy a home. I would bit recommend anyone to go here for anything from a RV to a mobile home.

I stopped by to look around and figure I will have to go back a few more times to see everything! Jme and David are great to talk with about the homes.
