I dont know exactly what they have going on with the roof at this establishment but the bins that catch the water dripping from the broken, missing, and stained tiles are disgusting.. I understand that things happen but maybe those things could be changed out, cleaned or maybe even lined with a plastic bag ..Ive just never seen anything like that in a store.

I can always find some good things here but it is dirty and could use a deep clean. Its nice to go into a place that looks clean and neat.

Picked up on some good summer clearence

I went there to buy a cool sense memory foam mattress on credit and an associate named Orlando was extremely helpful with the application process. Success now Ive had the best sleep Ive had in years. This was the Apopka big lots.

Big lots is another one of my favorites they are so much better than Walmart as well and their furniture is the bomb. So worth going there. I got one of their glass bird baths and it is fantastic the birds love it. And they have a better selection of the dr teals stuff and because I have eczema I so take advantage of it the body wash the lotion the shampoo all of it is fantastic. then Big lots has wonderful bedding drapes throw rugs candles oh my goodness those candles are to die for you would love the place if you went there and spent just an hour walking around and looking at everything they have fantastic.

Horrible customer service!! I had just received my stimulus check so I had a big list I was planning to buy. Stocking up in my home in every area I could, which I hadnt done in months at that point so I wasnt making a quick in and out trip. I wasnt dressed up business casual but I was dressed in Id say a sunday evening comfortable outfit, a romper with over shirt. The employees never said a thing to me but called the cops and had me trespassed for taking too long as I shopped! Ive never been more insulted or embarrassed in my life! I didnt realize I was being timed or perhaps I would have chose another establishment to NOT waste my time in!

Good place for a bargain if youre not too concerned about the brand names

I stopped going because my last 2 experiences were not the best so after the last year I stopped by to check it out and I was very pleasantly surprised, it was super nice and the staff was very friendly

Chris was the cashier and he was sooo friendly. I was a little annoying with my coupon and account login from the app and he assured me it was ok to take my time. Total sweetheart. And I love using the app and all the savings. I bought the CUTEST blue clear bag! Love it! Im obsessed for $5 on clearance. I wanted to buy a few for my friends. Always has cute stuff. Furniture is SO nice. Broyhill. Great look and prices and quality. Wish I had more money because Id spend it there!

I like big lots. Its my goto store. To pick up a little of this, a little of that. In and out when you need to.

Go to by an expensive item and they dont have it in stock. Then they tell you if you pay up front you could get it in the next 4 weeks. They should have better inventory. Would not recommend anyone to shop for big ticket items here at all. Oh and if other stores have it you still might have to wait till online orders are filled. Crazy

Good product but you have to watch the prices. I got 2 curtain rod that was dispose to be 7 dollars each but I was charged 22 dollars instead of 14

The line was long of course due to it being Christmas Eve. The cashier was very nice.

Our cashier Michelle was so helpful, and she noticed the hospital logo on our shirts and asked if we were healthcare workers. We both said that we are Critical Care and Emergency Veterinary Nurses, so she scanned a coupon for essential employees that gave us an additional 15% off of our purchase! Most of the shelves are almost empty. The holiday shelves are fully stocked. No Tp or paper towels still.

Grandson bought a game. Next day when opened it half the pieces were missing. Of course, the receipt went out with the trash the night before.(were not expecting to need it). Took it back to exchange with one with all the pieces and they would not exchange evenly. My grandson had to pay 20% more just to exchange.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help with a couple of mattress purchases.... no one. So we went to the front counter and asked for help, “I’ll send someone right over”. 10 minutes later... no one. So I said screw it but with the “F” word and went to Badcocks furniture next door and got help right away $4800. later we got our mattresses. Sux 2 b y’all.

This store has great deals. The staff is always helpful and smiling. I love to go somewhere to shop that has a knowledgeable staff and cares about customer service. Great experience even at the holidays. Thats hard to find in retail stores. Their deals are amazing. They are patient and will research the questions you have.

This location has been recently updated.. brighter and more pleasant.. better organized than before.

They dont honor their shelf price, I guess thats why almost everything doesnt have a price on them. Plus the cashier makes it seems like its the customer fault and mgr doesnt knows how to take care of the customer and fix the problem after.

It was very clean and completely reorganized! I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was great! I was so shocked about how things have changed for the better.

The staff can not be nicer. Great prices on name brand items including food. I never thought they had so much food! Easy in and out...furniture is really nice too....comes from Ashley and Seeley. Dont over look it as an option!
