Excellent staff!!! I walked in, asked for an item that has been discontinued for awhile. I was told probably not available but if I left my number they would let me know later. I immediately expected nothing form them, but within the hour I was informed the part has been found and would be shipped ASAP. I asked to pay over the phone and was told they were familiar with me from previous small purchases and just cash out when its picked up. Home town service at its best! The item was OEM NOS, not a generic or retrofit application as I had expected. Thanks you D&M!
