Never! Listen! Never work with this guys!After payment they refused to send me goods. I got mail from them that my shipping address is unreliable and thats it!I waste two weeks while communicating with their support.They also refused to return the money to me, saying that they were leaving for the weekend. I had to send statement to my bank to get the money back. scammers and non-professionals!

Products work okay but their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer their phones and direct you to email them. You email them and they respond with a generic email. When you still don’t receive your product/rebate/help you email them again and get the exact same response. I was pushed onto them by the retailer and now I wish I would’ve went with another company. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Pretty good place overall. Carlos García and Ivan Morales are very nice workers.

Weld quality used to be better, but they had everything and was on time.

I was a dedicated customer for years but since being bought by Pentair, this has become a terrible organization. After doing appx $10K/year in business here, I was disrespected by their quality assurance people, management, and their credit analyst. Needless to say, they have lost my business and I strongly discourage others from doing business here as well.

I have no idea if I like your products or not because I cant receive my delivery due to you requiring a signature for delivery. I really wish you guys had not required a signature or that you had told me that you were going to require a signature at check out. I will have to take a day off work to stay home and wait for the FedEx driver. Why would you just assume there would be someone around to sign for a package? I cant even change the delivery to my place of business because FedEx will only allow you guys to change the address. This is most inconvenient. Bad form!

Not what it once was, Pentair shouldnt have changed aquatic ecosystems business model. They dont seem to care about customer service these days. I guess theyre content with the business they have.
