Nobody answers the phone, is this normal?

Truck number 141 of Harvest Valley II was riding my ASS in traffic this morning on the way to church!!! I tried to call the number to notify their manager but it goes straight to voicemail every time! They are now in front of me speeding & weaving through traffic in a big box truck!!! What kind of company is this?!?! Doesnt seem legit to me. Reporting to the authorities might be in order

I arrived on a Sunday with a 0800 appointment and they did not unlock the gate until 0750. There is NO overnight parking and other than an eastbound turning lane a 1/2 mile down the road, there is nowhere to park close by; at least none that I found anyway. U also cannot park at the gate because there isnt enough room. You cannot ever get anyone here on the phone. Prolly shouldve went 2.5 stars on this one.

Their driver nearly ran us off the road on Gandy blvd today. Dont know much about your company but your driver put my family at risk so do something about it.

They were very friendly and quick to unload.

3am delivery called the day before no answer,arrive 45 mins early and the place is not even open,no place to park locked gates couldve all been avoided if they wouldve answered the phone granted there is a wall mart close by not sure if they allow truck parking but somethings gotta give
