Great customer service and very friendly. I built the entire AR 15 using their parts. Mr. John Dowhy, helped me installing the barrel nut and fixed the bolt carrier without any hesitation. I recommend to everyone and good to support local businesses.

I dont usually go out of my way to review folks unless they are absolutely spectacular or absolutely horrible. In this case absolutely spectacular! Ive been putting together lowers for quite some time and Ive never had one go together this easy. So easy I ended up getting a couple more. Quality is top-notch and customer service is amazing afterwards. Somebody who can actually talk to you if you have questions. Im going to have a hard time buying a lower from anywhere else. These people are awesome! I recently called to ask for some help in locating some parts for a Spike’s project. Not sure why, buy I was kind of expecting to reach a switch board, press a bunch of numbers, and leave a message. Instead I got people, who transferred me to the correct people, who found exactly what I needed and had it in the mail hours after I paid the invoice. The project came out great and I’ll definitely use them again.

I have owned A spiker AR for about 8 years. This rifle has been dependable and reliable since it was new. The machining is precise ! I recently was having an issue getting a round chambered. Called spikes and was put in contact with a gentlemen named John D. CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY !!! He kept in contact with me via email until I eventually shipped the gun to him. 2 days later they had test fired and tuned the rifle to perfection even though we ended up figuring out that I was using A bad magazine and nothing was wrong with it to begin with.LOL. I would recommend their equipment to anyone interested and Ive always said EVERY REDBLOODED AMERICAN SHOULD OWN AN AR-15 Absolutely Great company to deal with and they stand behind their work.

I have purchased and used several products from Spikes and always been happy with them. I did recently have dealings with their customer service and wanted to leave a review.I have a 9mm AR pistol that was somewhat cobbled together but had a Spikes dedicated Colt pattern lower and Spikes 9mm bolt. The only issue I had with it was the the only way to remove the firing pin for cleaning would be to drive out a roll pin. Not optimal but doable. I kept putting off removing the roll pin and cleaning the firing pin because I wanted to get some new roll pins in case the old was damaged in the process.I emailed Spikes about that and they quickly responded and informed me that they had improved their 9mm bolts and changed from a roll pin to a normal firing pin retaining pin. I was told that If I would send them my old bolt they would replace it with the updated version free of charge. AND they paid shipping each way!You just cant beat customer service like that.Thank you!!

These guys are awesome, I was lucky enough to get one of the 125 Pipe Hitters Union Grey Jokers and it is absolutely top notch. Their customer service is amazing, anyone rating them one star hasnt really dealt with them. They make amazing rifles at fair prices, Id put my Spikes up against any other rifle maker.

Sticky triggers, constantly having to re-site and loose railing. The only good thing about this company is that they make a pretty rifle. Drove 2 hours to their actual location and everybody I spoke to looked at me like I didnt even speak English...and that was before they knew I was already (unfortunately) a customer.

I recommend their guns I dont recommend visiting. Nothing wrong with it but there was no reason to drive out there stick to the websites and local gunshops for the conversation o this company. I guess I expected something but it was just what you want here it is, bye.

Absolutely terrible customer service - if you can even call it that. Their gear looks good, and I guess they think thats an excuse to not care about the customer. Act as if you dont exist when in the store, and when you have a problem with an online purchase, youre basically on your own. Never again.

Visited spikes during a family disney trip last year.Im from Canada and they were very friendly and welcoming towards me, maybe next time Ill get a tour if I ask.I own two complete spikes mid length rifles (str5035 and crusader) and Im building two spikes lowers.These are quality Ars at a fair price plus they list all the specs and testing in detail, unlike many other manufacturers who list very vague specs and testing.

Ive wanted to visit the showroom for years. Finally visited today and was severy disappointed. Wasnt greeted, even after I had to awkwardly say hello first. I love the look of the gear and price of everything which is why I hate to be writing this mostly negative review. The only employee I really spoke to barely talked about the product and was not very helpful. I would have spent some money, but I guess customer service isnt a big deal. Literally the only redeeming part of the visit was the lovely sales associate who rung me up for a 5 dollar item. Plus the stickers and pen are neat. I wanted to join the Spikes family, but after driving an hour for basically no service...I dont know if I still feel the same.
