Picked up the truck at 7am. The General Manager was very attentive and informative.Everything was explained and the service was quick.The employee who pulls up the truck was pleasant and helpful.The return was a smooth process.Ive rented with UHaul several times before and this was by far the fastest and most seamless transaction. I would recommend.

(Double the miles charges...) My girlfriend and I rented a 15 footer truck to move couple dressers and two beds that were too big to fit in our Honda CR-V....anyhow the total mileage to the apartment from the truck pick up location were 22 miles. Some how the final mileage for the truck claims we used the Truck twice because it says we use 88 miles. I know we didn’t use the truck. In principles I can’t accept and convince myself this really happened. I believe somehow this location manipulates the mileages digitally through a device that looks like a cell phone. Unfortunately I didn’t verify the mileage when pick up the truck, because I didn’t think mileage could be change manually with this device I truly believe that. Howe I did make sure he gas was correct because it is subjected to opinion if the. Needle is not where they haul claim to be. In honesty I know we didn’t use that truck in two trips. Therefore I am stating this reviews as it truly happened to us. Now to be fair I will re do the exact same. Trip with my car. To proof if truly somehow we use 88 miles. So please stay away from this location. And if. There others. ere that have experienced something like this with this location please say something write something so it validates this point. Perhaps helping other to avoid this type of. Situation with this particular place.By the the manager and owner as he claims has a very attitude and bad customer service in dealing with the. Issue. He acts like because he is the owner there is nothing a consumer can do... well here is my review...if when I proof the mileage distance with my car turns out the mileage is correct I take back the review and clarify he true.

Called about 20 minutes before closing Jun 28, 2021 and seems theyre not going to answer. Its 6:58 right now. What a joke

I rented uhaul truck today at noon, moved my stuff with it once and when I tried to make my second trip truck didnt start.. its pass 9 30p roadside assistance came once and couldnt jump start it so now im waiting for them to find someone who can fix the truck.. wth.. i left the light on for 10min cause it was dark and now im stuck with loaded truck that doesn’t start.. not cool.. f- on your truck maintenance and roadside assistance. I will never deal with uhaul in my life again.

I waited over two hours while they were installing my hitch only to tell me they couldn’t do it!!

Used them again today and must say in and out as usual. From calling to reserve to checkout everything quick and ez. I rent trucks often and I’ll make this my go to. Thanks y’all

Horrible service overall. I arrived to pickup my uhaul as you can see pictured in the photo section on Google photos there is a screenshot of a text confirmation from my reservation. However, general manager Neph Saint Paul advised I could leave with the uhaul without any proper documentation to protect myself from any possible damages, theft or anything thereof. I immediately rejected to just drive off with the uhaul without any proper documentation but Neph Neph Saint Paul was not only loud and obnoxious with me but very argumentative as well about how its legal for me to drive away with the uhaul and there be no documentation. As a result, I ended up leaving with no uhaul and my move day screwed because policy was not followed. I hope Neph Saint Paul is disciplined for his actions and terminated for not following company policies. Please note after I left the uhaul facility I looked up my information and like I thought discrimination exists in the 21st century. My reservation was not in the system. Thanks Uhaul

Worst Customer Service Experience ever! My boat was vandalized here. No empathy or willingness to help. They have cameras and are worthless. I would not recommend anyone to rent a storage unit here. Your property is not safe.

I enquired about a rental. Before anything Sergio needed my name and phone number. I get it secure the caller. I proceeded to give my information. Then I ask how long can I keep the rental, if only needed 1 day... is it a full day? Half ? How long?? He cut me off saying he needed my vehicle information before he could answer any more question. Why ?? Im comparing prices and what meets my needs. The other rental company was nice and answered all my questions, without even getting my name. I think u-haul probably looses more potential clients with this overbearing approach. Sorry Sergio, learn to smile and enjoy your day. Hope you guys there get it right.

I met Shane and Randy and another guy, didnt get his name but they all had extraordinarily excellent customer service skills. VERY friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and they were incredibly understanding when I had to change plans immediately after renting the truck.I would highly recommend this place over any where else (ESPECIALLY BUDGET TRUCK rental in Altamonte-- I learned the hard way from that horrible experience).Any time I need a truck, I will gladly travel to this location before any other, even if its further. Thank you to the staff for accommodating my needs and giving me a very happy rental experience. I will make sure everyone knows that these guys are the BEST!

I went to do a refill for propaine gas at 4:45 pm and they said that they cant help because they were closing. Seriously??? Thats not a good customer service!!! Thats the second time that they do that to me.

The service was excellent. - I had rented a trailer next door and found out that my hitch wiring was bad. Mike showed me the box that needed to be replaced and how to repair the wiring. I purchased the needed parts at this store. Because of the torrential down poor Mike allowed me to use his garage to make the repair Everybody at this location was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. If you are moving out of Apopka, I recommend this location.

This location has been a nightmare to schedule a hitch installation for a Saturday install. I have received conflicting emails and phone calls about the date and time it has been scheduled. I have had to make multiple phone calls to confirm my appointment and every time I call no one can get me an answer as you do not get to directly deal with the location. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! or try another U-Haul location.

Only 1 employee inside and one outside. First time I come to this Uhaul and the trailer they had was not working ugghh wasted 2 hours there waiting on that response. Only the outside guy was helpful and kind, but still. Not enough employees for this business

Dont buy propane here. It is very expensive. Would be cheaper to do an exchange somewhere else. The guy was nice though

Fastest Uhaul service in the Ocoee/ Apopka area! Always friendly staff, helpful, and knowledgeable. Trailer rentals are quick and easy. My last rental from there was under three hours and returned about 10 minutes before closing. I gave them a heads up when I picked it up, and they were there with a smile about 10 minutes before closing, joking with me about cutting it close when I returned.There is another Uhaul that is closer to my home, but I always come here over that one based on customer service alone, and as a bonus this location is generally staffed better to handle the customers they have in line.

Jennifer is one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered in customer service. I received an old, beat-up truck. They didnt inititiate the body inspection. I took a video of it, though. A few people who work here at this Apopka location seemed standoffish and secretive. Just had a terrible feeling in my gut through the whole process.
