Went to return an Amazon order that stated NO BOX OR PACKAGING needed. Got there and the guy told me I had to go home package the return in a box and bring it back. So I stood in line for 13 minutes for absolutely nothing. Even when telling him it states NO BOX OR PACKAGING required he was still rude and short. Ill drive all the way to Khols in Altamonte before I go 5 minutes up the road to this horrible establishment
I asked a simple polite question and Andy, the Rep gave me a very rude answer with serious attitude. I will be reporting to UPS & Amazon District office. Won’t be using this UPS store anymore. It’s a shame because I’ve not had encounter like this before. However, after reading other reviews, I see this is a consistent issue even with Manager.
Needed a mailbox for my business, we deal in fish so we get shipments through ups frequently, I am starting a new location and need an address for everything. They refused to give me a mailbox because I ship fish even though we use ups for shipping and there would be no liability to the store if something wasn’t picked up and no way for fish to “escape” to bother anyone. It just seems petty and makes things that much more difficult.
They get it done. They do business fair. Employees keep your place in line. Great work.
Two customer service representatives at the counter and three customers. After taking the customer in front of me and finishing with him the lady behind the counter decided to continue to fill out forms on the counter, talk on the phone, and then promptly walked away from the counter texting on her phone . She didn’t look up or acknowledge me whatsoever. It is Customer Service 101 to acknowledge the person in front of you before talking on the phone, signing papers or walking away to text on your personal cell phone. A simple, “we will be right with you” would have sufficed. Not only that but when I complained she defended herself saying “I had to take a phone call”. Nobody’s trying to stop you from taking a phone call, it’s how you take phone calls and what else you do to acknowledge the people in your store that will define you level of customer service. I have no complaints with the gentleman who works here. He’s always friendly and helpful.
Very professional service environment. Lady in the morning is very kind and helping with my print work for the amazon drop offs . very clean and have safest place during this pandemic. placed sanitizer and disinfectant. every other customer they wipe the counter which is very good sign of helping community to protect spreading covid 19. Thank you staff.
Last time I was there the lady at the front had a really bad attitude. I cannot recommend this place with the awful customer service
The employee/owner Urol (may have spelled it wrong) has an extremely bad attitude. I went in to return some Amazon items and she apparently has no patience with customers because she was giving attitude the entire transaction as if I was moving to slow for her liking. I immediately checked her about her bad attitude and she then gets and even worse attitude because I asked her about her attitude. This is definitely not how you treat people. The. To top it off she is the owner and lies as if she is the employee because she thought I didn’t know who she was. UPS should definitely be mindful of who they give contracts to and get them because she definitely has a horrible attitude towards customers and I won’t be returning to this disgraceful store. She needs to take courses on customer service.

I was ony waY up to this location and I thought ut would be a goos idea to call first to clarify exactly what I needes bei f itwas the fieat time I have ever done a return to Amazon. I clearly explained. To the gentlemen everything and he said, Yes thats perfect, I can print the batcodw return label for you here ans since its a small item, I will put it in a bag for you and we will tape ot off and send it out and I will give you a receipt for yoir tracking. Needless to say when I arrived there he tried to charge me 3.99 for me to print the label then $3.19 for the smallest envelope. I replied I jyst spoke to you and you said I wouldnt need any of this he proceeded to tell ne no he didnt say that and I told him I had something else etc... Lied repeatedly over and over to my face I couldnt belueve this guy. I took my business elsewhere.Regards,Dissapointed and a waste of gas.

All the employees constantly have an attitude, they allow people to just skip turns in line, and they dont have any manners. I’ll start driving 15 mins away to another location than continue to give them my business...not worth it.
Would give 0 stars if I could.Stopped by to have a document notarized. Document has two signature fields in case two people are signing it.Notary refused to notarize a single signature alleging two people were obliged to sign the document. The person who was signing the document in his presence presented his ID and I was going to sign the document later and have it notarized by a different notary.Noatry refused to speak with me on the phone to clarify and was very impolite.Shame on UPS for offering such a poor service.
The store manager Hiral Panchal literally has the worst attitude and customer service.
The owner (male) is the most rude and disrespectful person. I came in and waited for 15 minutes while he took his sweet time with someone else. When I got to him I explained that I needed them to print the return label that I emailed to them to return my product. He told me to come back another day because he was about to close, I explained that I needed to send that today and asked to please print it while he called someone else to the counter over my shoulder. He told me that, that was my problem.Once again I asked him to please print it and he went to the computer and told me he didnt received it. I sent it again and ask him to check while he refused telling me that he wanted to close the store. Mind you you I got there at 2 and the store closed at 2:30. At the end he refused to sent my package and I left because I felt bad for the people that were waiting with me. Horrible store and customer service!

Just experienced an incredible job done by Pam. Store was very busy and this lady handled a number of people at one time with aSmile on her face. She assisted an older gentleman with his package retrieving it from his car, and help another gentleman who had dropped his credit card outside store! She made my trip a delight! The lady in the front is really nasty. She has an attitude as soon as go there and if you have questions she is very rude about helping you. They are suppose to be helpful not rude.
Wow completely new staff. very helpful for my amazon drop off packages. and printing service is so good. Ms.hirel did my sons birthday cadr so quick for which i went to staples and they give me 5 days period just to make 15 cards and highly expensive.

This is the only UPS Store that I will go to. Pan, The women working there in the afternoon, is super helpful and always accommodating to my shipping needs. She has a great attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She’s very quick and efficient as well. She handles multiple customers at once and is very knowledgeable about shipping prices times and always provides great customer service. I drive 20 min to this store when I have 1 right by my house and only go the times when she’s working. She even stayed late several times to help me get out large shipments for my boss. She is awesome!

The owner of this UPS Store charges $5 for oversized packages. No other UPS Store does this. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER UPS Store in Metro Orlando. He didn’t even tell me about this until the package was logged in and taken to the back! I will never go there again!!! Avoid this place at all cost.
I called first to see if they printed labels. They said yes. Stood in line while she waited on other customers. Including 2 behind me. She gave me an email address to send them to. I tried 6 times. Finally she asked if I had data because they didnt have Wi-Fi - Excuse me? No WiFi.....she told me to go next door and connect to theirs and send it. I left TERRIBLE!!
Had a amazon return with no box or label, which was a option on amazon return. The Ups rep clearly didnt understand this, was rude as hell, taped my 2 items together and placed label on it, said there thats how its going back.
I went to do some papers to print and lady she was very nice and handle my print job decently.very clear and nice work she did. i love this place for to print any thing. they are very nice to the customers. very helpful.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here are super rude and treat people like garbage. I get that you dont want to be there, but its your job. Dont take your frustration out on the consumer.

I always go to the hunts club store. i never new this store is located that close to my house and so continent. i went there today staff was awesome. Lady herol she helped me to return my package.
Watch out for some serious attitude here. Just dropped off few Amazon packages. I greeted the associate but she did not bother to answer. Pulled the boxes and scanned the labels. The 3rd box wasnt sealed. She smacked the kennel on the unsealed carton so I asked if the box can be sealed with tape. She said with an attitude, yes it will be sealed. Last time here. At the end of a long working day I dont need someones attitude. I should have scheduled a pick up instead.
Terrible customer service! Ive always come to drop off USPS returns from Amazon with no trouble. The two ladies working ignored me, then were extremely short and rude, telling me they wont accept my packages. I explained that I always drop them off at this location and I, once again, was ignored. They were too busy fixing the receipt printer paper. Im giving three stars since I usually have a pleasant experience.
Pam (PJ, as she affectionately known) is so helpful to me and my business. I have a shared office suite mailbox here because of her. I don’t know what I’d do without her and this office store.
Horrible customer service! Stood at the counter and two people just sat in the back watching me. Had to tell them I was here to drop off a package. Still never said anything as she came over to take the box. I asked her three different questions with no answer given. She was Indian decent I believe. If you dont like your job please find another.

The lady working the front pam little Indian woman with a horrible attitude. Brought by package in and she asked me if she was shipping it? Well yea lady its a UPS shipping label then charged me $1.50 for an extra piece of tape after I was charged extra for it I asked for the receipt and she acted like it was a chore for her to tear the paper off. Id suggest she seeks new employment
If I could give this place a -5 I would!!!!!! I brought in 2 boxes from amazon prime to send back and they both needed tape. I came in and she asked me to tape them and I said do you have some tape she said yes and pointed to the wall where she had all the tape, I didnt know I had to buy a whole tape for two small boxes I was returning. Everyone else provides tape, even the post office EVEN ALL THE OTHER UPS STORES!!!!!! It was only 2 small 1lb boxes!!!!!! How rude she was.

The woman that works here is Extremely Rude. She acts put out when you have questions and gives smart remarks. If there is multiple customers she just sits in the back watching everyone.
