I ordered a battery online with store pickup. There was a $22 core charge for the old battery which couldnt be factored into the online price if you were bringing your old battery in when you came to pickup the new battery. So the sales clerk had to redo everything. Then, I find out this battery had no carrying strap. What battery manufacturer would sell batteries without carrying straps built in? Unbelievable!!!
