Very helpful. I got there 15 minutes before closing, but I had a list already of what I needed, and they girls were very patient with me because the products I was looking for were all sold out, but they helped me find a great alternative!

This is a great place and the staff are very nice and go out of their way to help. They have a lot of fun items and everything else you need for your beauty regimen. Very good prices as well.

Employees dont seem to want to speak to much even though they ask if you need help? I got more help from customers then the Employees.

I went in there to purchase a product, it was not on the shelf, so I did what a normal person would do,ASK. The girl said yes she knew it was off shelf, but, they had some in the back and it just wasnt out there yet. Instead of saying let me find what you are used to purchasing, knowing they had it. She swayed me to another product, saying it was comparable. I was willing to wait for her, no she had no intention of getting what I use from the back. My hair is now a different color, not happy!!. The girls have always been helpful and nice in the past, It feels as though now your putting them out to ask anything now. They also need more knowledge. Otherwise, in the past I have been very pleased.

The employees seems as though they dont want to work there. There was no customers, I asked about a product, the girl said, thats probably all we have. She was at the front of the store, I was in the back. She didnt take a closer look at the product nor did she make any effort to see if they actually had more of the product. Horrible service!! So annoying!!

This particular store is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Clerk was friendly, but all of them need more knowledge about what they are trying to sell. When asked, the girl said that the product I wanted was on the shelf or they didnt have it. She made no attempt to find out if it could be ordered. Sale flyers were not by the door. I had to ask for one.

I have to say, the ladies who work here are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I wish all places of business had this level of customer service. I dont shop here too often, maybe every few months or so, but I do get the same level of service every time I do shop. It was the same when they were in the older store, next to CVS.

Called to check in on an online application I put in, associate told me that they’re not hiring in the rudest way possible.

Not very helpful, the lady also kept my hair piece that I took to get a sample color to match hair.

Poor customer service, workers dont seem to care.

This Sallys is in a bad area, however the employees are always friendly and so nice.There is one girl who is usually there, she is so friendly and professional. The store is always clean and well organized.Five stars.

This Sally has a new address. its 20258 US Highway 18 #470 Apple Valley, Ca. I was there asking the receptionist if there is something I can do to blend in my halo hair extension with my natural hair. She showed me a COMB that blend hair very nice with extension. so I bought it since she seemed she knew what she was talking about. Went home and tried it, ran it through my hair and extension and realized what the women sold me was a precision cut texturing comb!!! and watch all my hair fall to the floor!!! I called her and was upset and told her I didnt want my hair cut, thats not what I was looking for!! She was rude and said that is what she told me. I will never go to another Sally Beauty Company again!! Needless to say I should have read it before I purchased it, My fault my error.

Selection is nice but some of the associates have no clue. Just go in and look for what you need youll be better off

The girls who work here are amazingly sweet i was helped today by Monique and Victoria. They were both helpful. I am a regular customer now thanks to Victoria.

They have a great selection of products, must of the people working there are very helpful and skilled at what they are doing and polite

I love my local Sally Beauty :) the girls all remember us and can answer all my questions. I only dye my hair with ion and they have every color.

The two representatives at the store was very helpful in assuring I received the best assistance selecting my merchandise. I will revisit again.
