I was offered a few discounts and financing option for a king mattress with adjustable base, and they ended up being super affordable. Can’t wait to enjoy them!

Salesman Jamie was very helpful explaining all of our options for twin beds. We were happy with the prices, availability and delivery plans.Since these beds will be receiving little use by company and grandkids we did not want to spend a fortune and this met our needs.

Went to the Apple Valley location with my girlfriend and had the Sleepy Curve mattress in mind, but was given many options to choose from with the help from Jamie Platow. After testing several options we knew the curve was the right option. Overall great first experience buying a new mattress and frame.

You’re better off shopping somewhere else. Went in just to look at a mattress and the lone salesman (not sure how these stores are even still in business with one person running them) I was the only person in the entire store other than the salesman and he acted skeptical that I was even a real customer! Ended up buying an AMAZING mattress from Ashley Furniture. The salespeople there were much better than the grump (named Joe) at Mattress Firm and I love the mattress!!

We got amazing discounts and while the sales man was extremely nice and knowledgeable he made me so uncomfortable with how much he managed to talk about about my fiance and I breaking in the bed. By the 5th mention of it I couldnt help but cringe and then it just started flowing out of his mouth naturally over the hour.We get it, were a couple, people fool around, its a new bed. Stop talking about our sex life, it got weird.

We are 100% satisfied with the outstanding customer service Jodi delivered when helping us buy a new mattress. We saved $300 on our purchase over a competitor’s quoted price. I went in just to test out some mattresses, really wasnt looking to buy at that point in time. But, thanks to Samuel, I ended up with an entire bed set PLUS a cover for my mattress. He was super helpful in finding what it is I want and what I would enjoy for a long time. I would 100% recommend going to this location, and my best friend who is moving across the country with me actually went and purchased a mattress a few days after I did after she heard the experience that I had. You really wont be disappointed!

I really felt that Sam did a great job welcoming us to the store along with giving us a quick tour of which mattresses were soft, medium and firm. He gave us space to look around while also giving us information when we asked. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something we couldn’t afford. It is a good feeling to leave a store and get more than you hoped for.

First time buying a mattress and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kris helped us and was personable and attentive. Even though he had a couple clients ahead of us, he checked in periodically to make sure we knew that we would be taken care of shortly. When all was said and done he had a solution for us that was well within our budget, including delivery and a box spring. He made me glad I chose to buy from a store, rather than order one online. Definitely worth filling out a review for. If there was a survey Id take that too. Im very excited for the mattress to arrive!

We walked in and were greeted warmly by the manager, Melanie. She knows her stuff! She helped us pick out a comfortable mattress and we loved it so much we got an adjustable base as well. We have had our bed for a couple months now and couldnt be happier!

We had a great experience working with Justin Flesner. We frequently stay at my wifes parents house, and wanted to get a euro pillow-top mattress set for the guest bed on which we sleep when we visit. Justin helped us find the right mattress at a price that worked for our situation. We will sleep much better during our visits for now on.

Had an amazing experience with Nate the assistant manager, and Jodi the manager at the Apple Valley location, off 150th, near Menards. We were given fantastic service. Advice was honest and they didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress.Nate walked us through some comparable options that would work well for what we both wanted. He found a great deal on the mattress we decided on. He even found us a clearance model, at a different store, which was great for our budget! They had a free pillow deal going on and they were out of the pillows. He went out of his way, and got us some even better free pillows since they were out of the free ones!I cant say enough about Nate. He was a great help. Gave us great service and advice. So did Jodi! My fiancé and I went mattress shopping on Sunday, we got there like 30 minutes before the store was closing. We were welcomed right away by John he was super friendly and very helpful. I went into the Apple Valley Mattress Firm knowing what type of bed I wanted and how much I wanted to spend but not what brand would be the best fit for my needs. Justin introduced himself right away and asked me what I was looking for. He then directed me right to the perfect bed which after the sale was a bit more than I had planned on spending but definitely worth the bit extra as this mattress will hopefully last me quite a few years. He explained their sale very clearly (which was a great floor model sale) and what I could expect from each mattress and its warranty. He was very knowledgable on the differences between coil, memory foam, and Tempur-pedics foam blend and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. He never pressured me to look at more expensive models and mostly stuck within my price range which made an important and expensive decision hassle and stress free. I have a very bad back that needs a lot of support and with Justins help I was able to find what I think will be a great bed for many years.
