My husband and I just purchased a Cal King comforter set there and the black haired clerk that assisted us went above and beyond to help us order our bedding. The other 2 staff members at the checkout counter were extremely friendly and courteous! 2 thumbs up!

Very nice people, great service, BUT they stopped carrying our Wamsutta Bath Rugs and Sets in Brick color and that sucks! We used to buy our 14 pieces every year because they fit our decor perfectly! Now we cant get them No excuse.

This is the reason they received 4⭐ for the almost harassing text msgs, ). Besides that .it was an easy pickup ..notified store I was in parking lot to pick up and they sent someone out to my car pretty quickly to hand me my order...

This is a huge store with everything you need to make your house a home. They have linens, pillows,cookware, wall decor, candles, you name it and most likely its here. I had to order some drapes from here on special order and I got them in no time. They have a huge assortment of window coverings that you can customize for your needs and everything is quality. Plan on staying a while here because there is so much to see. This is a perfect place to buy gifts because of the variety of items they carry and they also have a lot of unique products. Everything is quality here and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Also parking is very easy here with lots of space.

I stayed in the Beyond side of the store, so I cant review the Bed and Bath side. I never shop this store, because Im an avid Amazon shopper. And what I dont get at Amazon, I go to Target. I rarely stray from my comfort zones. However, Ive been on the search for some new dinnerware and silverware. Ive been married 15 years. Weve been using hand-me-downs and I used to break a lot of things. I think its time. (Im thinking 35yo is a good age to stop breaking things 🙏)I chose Bed Bath and Beyond specifically so I could HANDLE AND FEEL what I was shopping for. Walmart and Target had very few choices and most reviews were bad.I found some silverware that got great reviews and happened to be on sale. 🙌The WALL OF KITCHEN UTENSILS was overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. I spent a long time just standing and staring. I didnt need anything there... But couldnt believe there was such a selection. I will say, prices at the store are definitely on the high side. (Be sure to visit the clearance section)I also found some beloved plates that got great reviews, felt strong and balanced in my hands, and looked beautiful (FF beaded dinnerware). But, of course, it was the most expensive.I waited 3 months for it to be on sale. No go. Finally I got a coupon for being on the mailing list (free) for $20 off. I was able to purchase the plates and a few other things. I liked that I could handle each plate, test for balance and rocking on the table, and pick the best ones(hey hey... At $8/plate.... Im gonna do whatever I want....I want these to be PERFECT).Selection was adequate, the app was easy to scan for reviews, you could reserve items ahead of time, and the store was clean and quiet.Upon checkout, the gal was super friendly and helpful. I was able to use 2 coupons that I had on the app. And the cashier individually wrapped each and every plate with thick paper and even taped them. They all made it home safe and sound.I did return some bowls later due to not wanting them anymore, and they were able to take the return without a rcpt as I had the same card I used to purchase them initially.All in all, an easy purchase. I will wait for another coupon or a sale, and go back for salad plates and bowls.

Bed Bath and Beyond is fantastic. This store here in Apple Valley is by far the best Ive been to. They have everything you need for the home. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The displays are pristine and the store is very clean.Bed Bath & Beyond are always on the cutting edge of what is current. For example their aromatherapy display is excellent in showing newbies and advance knowledgeable customers of diffusers that are available and how to use.

Salesperson and store manager were extremely helpful. All my Christmas purchases are now being sent to my son for free! I didnt know about this service but will defendantly have my purchases sent by BB&B next time.Very courteous employees.

Prices are very high. However the stores are clean, and have fun stuff. Just wish the prices were normal. If China can do it then why cant we?

She not only answered with courtesy, but she also told me there was only 1 of the item in stock. I asked her to put the item aside. Easy to access and completely professional

This is a really fun store. Be sure to check out the As seen on TV part. I have yet to not find something I went in for. The staff can be a little hard to find in the back of the store but once you do they are very helpful. Dont forget your coupons even if they are expired. Theyll take them anyway.

We always go to Bed Bath & Beyond for any of our kitchen or bath needs.This trip was to prep for our sons upcoming Fall semester as he will be attending San Diego State University.We got a great comforter/sheet set for his dorm room...some shower slippers and a shower caddy to hold his toiletries.They even had a 20% off event for those pre registered for the event.

I walked in before going to work to find a back brace and to get a new trash can. After being in there for only a minutes I had one of the employees following me. Not to long after that it seemed that all of the employees there had their eyes on me to the point one stood next to me to carefully watch me. They treated me with extreme amounts of disrespect and embarrassed me. I only experienced this in the Jess ranch one. The one in Victorville is the only one I will continue to shop at.

Just left bed Bath and beyond with a coupon book with a semi annual clearance event. It had just started last week and in small writing it says advertise savings may vary by store location and clearance items are available while supplies last. Well they still had the items in the store but would not honor the sale price. Three managers all agreed. I drive down from a mountain community so it takes me a long time to get here. Very disappointed with their customer service. It was five dollars on each item that I wanted to buy. It seems management just does not care about their customers
