I have purchased my last 5+ glasses from this location. Different optometrists each time, but their service was consistently exceptional. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. I often come back for frame adjustments or new nose pads. I like the frame selection and always find a pair thats just right for me.

Friendly, professional doctor and staff. State of the art exam equipment. Fast, convenient appointment. Overall a great experience and Id recommend to everyone!

Just horrible customer service. The optometrist was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. However, his staff is a whole different thing. The Hispanic lady and Asian lady just look at each to figure out who is going to help their customers. I needed help choosing the right frames for my face and I received no help even when turning directly to the Asian and asking what she thought she turned around and looked at the Hispanic lady and asked her to help me. The Hispanic lady of course was “too busy” to help, I was overwhelmed and left. Never again will my family or I step foot inside. It’s a shame that this awesome optometrist has such unprofessional people working there.Please go elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. It was such a great environment and the staff was fantastic and knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very patient with me. I would HIGHLY recommend because they were very welcoming and friendly from the start of my appointment

Service is always fast and simple, I drive from Northfield to be seen here. I was able to make an appointment and be seen within a day. Dr. Jayson was very kind and answered all my questions. Highly reccomend this location!

Had a fantastic experience at this Pearle Vision location. The eye doctor was very patient with my grandfather who has Parkinsons and still managed to complete the exam thoroughly and explain what he was doing.Linh had already selected a few frames for us as she knew we wanted something with flexible hinges and lightweight. She got the order together quickly and was sure to label the glasses (reading/distance) for him when they came back from the lab. Linh also took the time to screw together the broken glasses we brought in that we thought were beyond repair.Overall great experience here!

I drive all the way to Apple Valley from Lonsdale just so I can come to this location! Everyone is friendly and will answer any and all questions you have!! I love the experience I have every time I’m in!

Rosa was wonderful. Very polite, friendly, and warm welcoming from the moment I walked in for my appointment!!!!But there was a pregnant Asian women working as well and was very rude. and the way she was speaking to Rosa was very uncalled for, not professional especially in front of customers.I can’t imagine working with people like this.I really hope Rosa stands up for herself and reporters the Pregnant women to HR or make a complaint to Minnesota workforce center (employee have rights and deserve to be treated nicely)I will not be back to this location due to the fact that I don’t tolerate this kind of treatment

Very rude Asian lady, who is manager i found out today, is rude and seems to incite arguments... but the problem i was having was fixed quickly and in a polite manner on my next arrival but a different employee.

We had a great experience at the Apple Valley location. Linh remedied a special order that had an unavoidable snafu and even shipped my sons glasses to his college when they didnt come before his winter break ended. Wonderful, friendly service with special attention to detail gives this Pearle location 5 starts in my book! Ask for Linh when you stop in - she wont disappoint!

I wish I could give a good review as I was considering coming here for my glasses when I need to get new ones. My husband has a complicated prescription due to a car accident. We have had a bad experience due to the lab not getting his prescription right. We have had to go in 3 times for them to correct this. It has prolonged his therapy and recovery because of this!

Dr. Anderson and his staff were awesome. Highly recommend checking this place out. Thanks Linh for helping me with my glasses. Can’t wait to pick them up and wear them

I had the smoothest possible experience at this place. Called to make an appointment, they worked to make it happen on the same day so that was great. I had the vision test and frames picked out and paid for within an hour. Everyone was really nice and explained what I should expect and how long things would be, etc.Very positive impression from this location - will visit again next year.

I am a new patient at this clinic and just wanted to say how much I appreciated their help! I had PRK a few years ago, but my eye sight got worse after a pregnancy. I came to Pearle Vision to get contacts. Linh was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Unfortunately, the contacts I was given to try did not work. I reached out to Linh and she got me a 2nd appointment right away. The dr. was very patient and worked hard to figure out the issue with me. I walked out with new trials that feel great and I can see perfect out of. These guys are great!!

Asian lady at the front desk is rude talk to fast. Like she is under so much pressure. Don’t understand it her mood.

The people here are extremely helpful and interested in finding you the best solution. I had a wonderful experience and am convinced that the only reason this store has such bad reviews is because people only write them when something happens they dont like. 5/5!

I really appreciate the service that Dr. Jaysen Marcusen and the entire staff provides at Pearle Vision! The staff are all very friendly, and I always leave satisfied with the care I received.

My prescription glasses came back completely with a fuzzy look if I look straight ahead yet fine when looking down. They are not bifocalsand am not happy with my glasses. I am going in to see if there is something they can do to change the end result of how I see through.

Dr. Andersen is very unprofessional that I asked him questions about contacts and he didnt give me any answers. I was supposed to have a comprehensive eye exam, and they provided me a 5 min service in a rush way while there was nobody in the store.

No problems at this location. Staff seems knowledgeable and helpful. Have a family of five with 3 people with glasses or contacts.

After scheduling an eye exam at the Apple Valley location, I called to make sure my exam was covered under my new insurance. They looked it up and said it was. A week or two after the exam, I got a bill in the mail and said non covered service. After calling them about my bill they admitted they made a mistake when telling me my exam was covered but they denied any responsibility for there mistake and said I still had to pay the bill. They have officially lost my trust in them!

Scheduled an eye exam for a Saturday(11/29/14), they had to reschedule it due to a conflict and only called and left a message on my cell beginning of the week (left message on 11/21/14)..The voicemail said for next Saturday(12/6/14), but when I went there on the schedule Saturday cause i didnt get the voice mail in time, the lady who worked there said Im scheduled for two week out (12/13/14)..conflicting info between voice mail and in-person.. plus they shouldve called again prior to my scheduled appt (11/29/14) to make sure I got their message about canceling it from their end..Called the store and complained - apparently the one who made a mistake was the store manager.. oh well.. nothing gets changed now.. Dont go there.. they will mess up your appts and said to come in; when you walk in then they say theres no doctors available for eye examsI think they have enough business that they can not handle any more new business.thats why the eye exam appt. scheduling is so screwed up!Go elsewhere, this Pearle Vision - Apple Valley sucks!

Very professional, was in and out quickly.

Hours are a bit wonky but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
