Love the store, usually...I couldnt believe it yesterday when I walked up to the register with a fresh, very hot 8 piece BBQ chicken packaged in one of the long containers they used for hot slabs of ribs. The cashier took the container of chicken and dumped the entire thing into a plastic shopping bag, not flat but vertically, dumping the meat and juices in the bag, on the counter every where. I couldnt believe it. She said thats what we always do . Well, dont ever do it again!!! OMG

The produce is always excellent but I love shopping here in the mornings. The young man cashiering was personable and helpful. He was efficient yet treated my purchase with care as he bagged them. The lady at the seafood counter was also friendly and accommodating as I took my time choosing crab legs. All in all, I am thankful there is a fresh thyme close to.me.

Great produce at really good prices, wish Id heard about this a long time ago. Fresh peaches, plums etc. Lots of organics too. Lots of other stuff including fresh salads and vitamins. Checkout were a little slower than expected but still good. Ill be back often.

A little different experience when youre used to Cub. I like that they actually have cashiers to interact with. Would be nice if businesses actually brought back the idea of hiring players with personality that know how to interact with customers. Pretty much just another store though.

It is a nice store, clean and has wide variety of produce at a great price. We go there regularly for fruit. Like the meat counter as well. Often have good sales on shrimp. The rest of food is standard grocery store prices. Some are little higher, brand name products I have enjoyed. None have been bad from raw meats, cheeses, chips, olive oil, chocolate etc. Tried variety all was good quality and good tasting. They have a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, homeopathic, and also their bar soap is decent.

Karen’s the mask does not stop the spread of covid. This store has been better than the other stores as far as freshness goes

Excellent service, excellent selection, and excellent savings. If you are looking to get high end items at a not so high end price. Stop in to Fresh Thyme Market. The bakery goods are fantastic and meat selections are amazing. We stopped in prior to the super bowl and got in and out in no time at all.

Very good local produce and grocery store. Fresh produce and lot of options between organic and non-organic produce .. this store also carryall variety of cheese, fresh cut meats, fresh meat with different options, packaged meats and burgers, plenty of dairy options and good collection of ice creams. They carry plenty of soda, juices, energy drinks, kombucha s, flavored drinks and freshly squeezed juices.They have a fresh cut meat section.They have the options of unpackaged nuts, grains, chocolates, pastas, cereal, oats, snacks which you can fill and weigh as much as you want.you can also get your own containers and refill them. They remove the weight of the container and wont charge for that weight (tare off )They have good collection if indoor and outdoor plants.They also have a bakery section.The store has plenty of deals on a regular basis. The cost of the produce and other goods is not very pricey but at the same time not very economical but you have multiple options to choose from based on the pricing and quality.Very friendly and good customer service. Plenty of parking outside.Very good grocery store that you can stop by and explore your self.

I love this place for groceries. It has all of the fresh produce i need and more. Not to mention at pretty decent prices.The staff here is also pretty friendly, I always get compliments on the random sweatshirts and masks i wear (I hope my mustache mask makes people smile). Someone recommended some lighter energy drinks to me as well (i think their name was Bethany?).So you got good product and good customer service, and it is literally a few blocks away from me... Sounds like a slam dunk to me.

This would be a 2 and half if they gave half stars. This place is good for produce but little else. They have a small deli...and they never have all the products you need. I went here for things on multiple occasions and came up empty. No beets...brow. sugar...something as simple as mints. Be prepared to shop at multiple stores to complete your shopping list if you go here.

This place was very nice and clean everything was in its place really organized the staff was friendly.It was very empty but everything there was over priced.

I was shocked to see a woman let in Fresh Thyme Apple Valley, MN without a mask on, especially since our governor has a mask mandate for all grocery stores. I asked a person in charge why they let her in, they said she must have a medical problem. Did they get a Dr. order? Well my face breaks out from masks and I still wear one. Please check your Apple Valley store and inform the staff. Thank You!

I stopped into the store this week and when saw a woman in line for a register with her mask not all the way on, I politely asked her to put it on (the people behind her were visibly uncomfortable, as was I) and she instead took it off. I politely told a staff member and she said shed need to tell her manager, I said no problem and went to walk away until I saw her point to me and tell a man that I needed something. I politely once again, told what I saw. He said he would take care of it and I thanked him and walked away, not giving it another thought. Then a different staff member went and asked the young woman I told, what I wanted. Then something I have never seen happened. Ezme chased me throughout the health section calling me names that I will not use here, pointing in my face, being within a foot of me, not leaving me alone, even when I stayed calm and told her I had no reason to speak to her, she wouldnt give up screaming until I told her I would tell her manager. When I told him, he blew me off, telling me it didnt sound like her so I told him he could pull the tapes, it would be clear as day. This is the most abhorrent experience I have ever had in a store. The language she used isnt even allowed on social media because its so offensive, much less telling a guest in a store in the suburbs of Minnesota. Buyer beware. *Update since owner response: the supervisors are aware of what happened. As I stated in my review. Again, I feel this isnt being taken seriously, as its a very serious offence by your staff and management.

What a lovely store. We bothered staff with questions at least four times and each time they went out of their way to help us find what we wanted. The check-out staff was just as friendly too. And the best part: quality food at good prices.

I really like Fresh Thyme. Great prices and super sales. My problem is with the wellness personal. Not only are they rather on the short side of a fullbstack, they can stop pretending they know anything about supplements. Their knowledge is possibly Google 1st line. The store. 5 stars. I think I got ripped off! Bought something called top sirloin and what I got was something tough and tasteless, more like top round. I marinated and grilled it, and Ive been doing this for years, so I know what Im doing. I think you guys are trying to palm off less expensive cuts and mislabeling them. Thats called FALSE ADVERTISING in my book, shame on you!

I love the fresh food and prices, great variety and place to shop. I love coming here for the best price on my Dr.Pregers veggie burgers. Why I gave them four starts instead of five is for their EXTREMELY SLOW cashiers. I mean, there is no reason for just about every time I come here for there be a line because of the cashiers checking out customers so slowly. Also, they are not the friendliest either. Some speak, others dont which is kind if rude. I dont appreciate them putting my bag right behind the payment station EVERY TIME, then expecting me to reach over it to get my bags. Either put my bags further down in the bagging area or hand them to me. I think putting in self checkout would greatly benefit them at the Apple Valley location.

I like this store for sales on produce and meat the Tea selection is better then Target or Wall Mart. The bulk been is grate too. I like to get queenwa from here. The hand made soap is a little pricey but buying it keeps me from buying candy as a treat and it smells good I. The shower. Because the soap smells so good and is right by the check out I have convinced my five year old that soap is a better and longer lasting reward then candy.

I added Fresh Thyme to my list of stores because of my dietary needs. Its got great products. There are some great deals on organic produce and specialty foods. But some products are simply overpriced and you would be smart to get them elsewhere. Its a clean and airy store thats got a tight focus. No lawn furniture...

Good for a quick run or specialty item. I wouldnt buy all of my groceries here.

Staff:Some of the staff are super nice, and other staff either dont care about their jobs or sometimes are down right rude.Food:The deli is well stocked, the meat and sea food department have lots of options. The produce isnt always the freshest. Id say they need to improve on that part a little.Overall:Id like to see the store become more customer focused. It seems every time Im in there no one asks if Im finding what Im looking for. Everyone outside the deli and front office has their heads down.Disclaimer: I have a family member who works at this location.

I love this store. The lot is a little small for how busy they can be but overall a great place to shop. It has the best prices on produce and has some difficult to find items for those with diet limitations like gluten free or dairy free. I also appreciate that the store is well kept, the shelves are stocked, store is clean, and the staff is nice. I miss the Barnes and Noble that it replaced but love that there is a fair price health food place nearby now.

No masks. Wearing a mask shows respect for the people around you. In Minnesota every day 500+ get sick and 20+ die. I appreciate the risk grocery store workers are in. The company and government should require all patrons to wear masks. Will not be back, why add risk, i need to keep myself and my parents alive.

I dont get here often enough. Great place for fresh produce. During covid, they also have hours for the elderly and immunity compromised folks, 8-10 Monday and Wednesday.

Not somewhere I go to every week. I do like the produce. Its good. Just like getting most items at one stop. This would make me doing a couple. Bring a shopping bag for your groceries. Try to recycle

My favorite MN grocery store. Its easier to shop as its not huge yet it has lots of options. It has great prices on produce and meat! The staff is wonderful too. I drive from afar to shop here because it works well with my preferences. Love it! So glad they exist!

Horrible employees. One was very helpful one told me they did not know where to find a item and did not have time to help.

**COVID ALERT** I was at this location today and there were people in the store without face coverings. According to MN Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces, unless alone. The store does not monitor who enters the store to ensure people are masked up. When I asked the cashier why there are people in the store without masks, she said the store cannot enforce it. This says to me the Fresh Thyme corporate office does not care about taking the necessary precautions to protect public health and safety and does not care to protect the health and safety of their employees.

Overall I love fresh thyme... I just hate that half the time items I want are out of stock. Especially ad items, seems like they need to order more of certain ad items.

I love Fresh Tyme for produce. The best salmon and chicken sausages. My only complaint is they arent doing anything to sanitize. The last 3 times no sanitizing wipes, not cleaning the checkout belt......it was very dirty. Carts are not being cleaned at all. Employee told me that they just bring in the carts and nothing else. I think they are actually contributing to the spread of Covid 19. Oh, but they have one way aisles.......LOL....whats the point when nothing else is even being cleaned. No one adheres to the one way aisles anyway. The manager is a arrogant jackalthat meets every concern that customers have with a heavy sigh and eye roll.

Quick and cheap. I picked up strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and 5 tomatoes on the vine for less than $8. Its more fruit than I can eat based on quantity and its good stuff. Fresh.

High energy on Wednesdays when ads from the current and previous weeks are in effect. Parking can be a challenge and the store gets crowded. Lots of wonderful fresh produce. Extensive bulk food choices. Good prices with lots of special deals any day of the week. There is a nice bakery, deli, fresh sushi area plus soup and salad bar. They also have a decent meat department. You wont find your regular brands there, but youll find much to fill your grocery cart. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop.

I really like the selection of organic products, especially produce at this store. Ive also found the deli meats to be very good. My only complaint about this location is that the staff isnt as friendly as other locations and the store seems a little disorganized. I thought it was just an off day the first time I visited this store, but it was almost worse the second time.

The Twin Cities grocery scene is so competitive! Every time you turn around there is a new option. While Fresh Thyme is not our primary grocery stop, both times Ive visited the quality and diversity of what they offer is remarkable. We were making some Mediterranean food and found the hard-to-find items here. Since that time we came back looking for seafood and were very satisfied. Now it has become the place to look for great produce. So far each trip has been great. We will go back.

This store is amazing. The fruit and produce is my main reason for visiting and they have some great prices. We have 3 guinea pigs and this store makes it feasible for me to provide a wide variety of fresh produce for my girls. Bonus that they also carry Child life Liquid Vitamin C at an equal or lower price than Amazon my guinea pigs appreciate that as well!

I always have a great deal with all my veggies, fruits, meat, seafood, bread and other groceries here. I love going here all the time. Refill for water in our 5 gallons are very cheap and I love it coz its reverse osmosis

It use to be awesome. But everytime I go in there to get items that are in the ad they are all out depending on if I go the first day the ad is out middle or last. I have asked the clerks and the response I get is the same we just ran out!! It is a little upsetting!

They are NOT imposing mask wearing!!I have several people I work with that have compromised immune systems. NONE of us will EVER shop here again!!We will not support a business that doesnt care about their clients health!!
