I really appreciate how many of the employees at this store take the time to assist customers. I tend to be a little bit of a pain in the back side when Im in the produce department. Anyways seems that I cant find what Im looking for and I feel that I am constantly asking the produce staff for this item or that item and quite frequently this involves them needing to go in the back to look for something that Im requesting. They always have a smile on their face and do their best to find what Im looking for with the absolute most pleasant demeanor. Its very refreshing and nice to be treated so well when quite often its contrary. I have a small rabbit rescue and Im constantly in the produce department buying things so this extra effort from the stater Brothers produce department is greatly appreciated. I have gone to other stores and asked for assistance and just been dismissed with a simple we dont have any... Without the person even checking.

I absolutely love this store!!! Everyone that works there is awesome and happy and helpful. Rico is a great guy and always has a smile. I can see why everyone else does as well.Clean, organized and you can always count in good dates and fresh product.

This has got to be my favorite stater bros. Store. The setup with the deli is awesome and their food is always on point and fresh. The store is very clean and well stocked. The workers are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their section.

Stater Bros was always our go to grocery store when we lived in California. Once we moved to Arizona this was one of the places we really wished were out here. We also hed a delicious deli platter and cookie tray on our recent visit. The cookies were to good as I at way more than I should have.

Always have everything Im looking for.

While Im not a big Stater Bros shopper I do frequent the meat sales and am never disappointed. Top Sirloin at $6.99, a lb of shrimp for $8.99 and a mini cheesecake for $8.99 for our anniversary dinner. Great value.

I enjoy shopping starters. The store is always clean, the clerks are friendly and helpful, and they still have a meat counter.

Visiting the Apple Valley Road Stater Bros. was a clean and pleasant experience. The parking lot is clean and surrounded in what appears to be a safe environment. Other stores that share the parking look clean and presentable outside as well. The outside garbage cans were witnessed being attended to. The shopping carts were always brought in preventing car damage. There was great product availability accompanied by a clean and neat presentation. All employees were helpful and friendly. My only one complaint is my tomatoes previously purchased were bad. Its something that doesnt happen much. But, just to be honest. In either case, I travel over 10 miles passing at least 4-5 Stater Bros. to enjoy this great shopping experience.

I was shopping here today and had an interaction with cashier David C. that left me feeling off and uncomfortable. I have never left a review like this before and want to make it clear I have never had a bad experience in this store before, all the other employees have been pleasant in the past. I was in line behind a woman in David C.’s lane who was treated very politely and professionally, however when I was up, he didn’t speak a word to me. It felt extremely weird and off considering how I saw him reacting with other customers. I couldn’t even get a word out when I wished him a good day. I wasn’t sure why I received different, weak or lack of customer service entirely, however I hope it was not based off of my profile or how I present myself. I am only writing because I wouldn’t want someone else like me to feel the same way leaving this store. Maybe he had an off 5 minutes, with only me?

I love Stater Brothers it is a California favorite, however once again they only had 1 bottle of Naked Juice Kale Blazer in stock. So I had to go to Winco to get the rest of it.

I enjoy myself every time I go into Stater Bros. I always find shelves well stocked, of course this pandamic has not helped in all isles, and I find excellent product choices. If I cant find something I can always rely on the staff to help even show me where the item is stocked.The store is always so clean and if anything is accidentally spilled someone is right there cleaning up the mess.Ive yet to find any employee that doesnt have a friendly attitude.Please never change the music you have. I love the station or channel you use. Thank you to all Stater Bros. employees.

Had what I needed, staff is ALWAYS nice, except one checker who rudely asked me too put a mask on, not listening to the fact I CANNOT wear a mask!! Made me very uncomfortable. If I could wear a mask I would!!! Shame on him! I May Not go back because of him, and been shopping at this Staters since it opened!!

I have been shopping at this Stater Bros for 4 years and have never dealt with someone in the meat department who was helpful, courteous or even mildly polite. Every time I’ve asked a question i get a look like - why are you bothering me - and they never answer the question.

Oh my gosh!! The shelves of paper, canned goods were almost completely empty! I couldnt believe it! The store was decently busy but not too crowded. I met some nice people in line we had a good conversation. The checkout person, she was delightful and handled a difficult patron with ease and grace. I will definitely come back!

With all the madness going on, I was in and out in about a half hour. Some shelves were empty but I expected that, got what I needed, no hoarding needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Kudos to them for making it through this process and still keeping a sense of humor.

This was my first trip to the grocery store since this madness started. Everyone was very nice. Lots of people stalking the shelves. They had check out lines for seniors. Shoppers were calm. It turned out very nice.

Typical Stater Bros. Very Nicely maintained and organized. Folks who work there are always professional and helpful. Produce is not always highest quality but decent. Prices could be better.

We can always find what we need at Stater Brothers. They never over raised their prices either during this pandemic, that we have really appreciated.

I go here often and it is a well kept grocery store The prices range from fair to a little expensive but the inside is very clean and well stocked. Theres almost always employees out and about working but the downside is the narrow isles often lead to people getting in the way of each other.

I use this location of starter bros for the schools first atm. Although this starter bros is a much cleaner store than the one i usually go to but i did noticed they too do not have many checkstands open. I saw two open and the checkout lines were long. No social distancing in practice by customers. 😬

Ordered 20 packs of 12 cupcakes. Also, ordered 2 weeks in advance. Said in detail I wanted baby pink with gold sprayed on them. Showed up 1hr before my sisters shower and got bright pink with no gold on them! Asked to speak with a manger said all they could do was scrape the frosting off and re do them or give 40 dollars back. And we paid over 160 for these. Was super disappointed and they were rude as well. Will not ever return to this stater bros again

Personally, I believe that unless they build a trader joes or something of that nature here locally in the Victor Valley, Stater Bros is by far and hands down the best grocery store we have. Ive been shopping there for over 30 years and will continue this trend for many more.

Really like stater brothers grocery stores. They are clean and well stocked. However, please loose the masks! Its pretty much been proven covid its changing the world and life is going on. Stop and think, more regular flu deaths have more than doubled covid and noone has ever put on a mask. Think

Its a great store. Their soda sales are cheapest among most stores. Just wish their prices were as low as Winco.

I wish this Staters had a produce manager who cared about their department. Asparagus in horrible state and slimy and squash so old your fingers fall through it and then your told, this all we have. If its that decade then it shouldnt be on the shelf. Rule of thumb for produce, never display anything you yourself wouldnt eat. Other than that its not a bad store with good clerks.

The sandwiches they make fresh at the deli counter are delicious, I highly recommend. But you might want to call in the order to save some time.

Excellent stable staff! Meat department always goes the extra mile to get the right cut the customer asks for. Store is always clean, layout is not ever changing. Consistently predictably a good experience. Also the only source I choose for fresh produce. Seems anywhere else has seconds or not really fresh. That may be perception only.

Currently very busy but I guess thats typical during holidays. Not enough registers open.
