We just purchase a couple of mattresses, King and Queen V9s,Sam is terrific and extremely product smart, we had Mark and Dalton do the delivery and set up, both terrific and thoughtful in how they moved around the house to get the new in and the old out, always come back to Verlo !

I have had back issues my entire life that has gotten worse the last few years.I have tried different types of beds and chiropractors, but I would still wake up a few times every night with severe hip cramps and backache in the morning. I am now on day/night 2 with sleeping thru the night with NO cramps and only a slight amount of back pain in the morning thanks to my new V9 mattress from Verlo. Bought mattress from them in 1999, when we moved two years ago we got a metal frame and foam mattress which has caused us much pain. Returned to Verlo and got mattress, box spring and rolling frame for $380. Hope this one last as long.

JJ was a very helpful salesman. He did not try to pressure me on the top of the line, expensive mattress but instead suggested the most popular one which was mid grade. After visiting 4 stores I still loved the first one he suggested and ended up purchasing it.

Truly fantastic service! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had never been to Verlo and were blown away with their customer service, on site designing of the mattresses, and prompt delivery. Andy (our sales person-who also is one of the staff that makes the beds) educated us in a non sales person way! He was helpful and put our concerns at rest. Literally :) We ordered a bed and it was delivered on time as promised. We love that we know the exact face of who made our bed and that it was made to order. Highly recommend going to Verlo next time you have bed needs. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back! :)

Bought a custom mattress for our RV and it is amazing. The level of quality and customer service was second to none. Such high quality at a VERY reasonable price too. We were here for work from out of state and would make a trip back to wisconsin just to purchase another one if needed. Would highly recommend the Verlo in Appleton,WI.

My experience with Verlo has been quite an amazing journey, Jeremy the general manager of the store was fantastic on our process of purchasing a mattress. Not only did we find everything we needed but he personally took care of any questions and issues we had. Props to the guys at verlo for their good work.

Amazing quality and amazing service. Theyre serious about their warranties as well. After three years, my mattress protector wore out. I brought it in and they gave me a brand new one, no questions asked.

We have been purchasing all of our custom made mattresses and box springs since Jake opened his first store/factory on North Lynndale Dr., Appleton, WI. Verlos customer service is by far the best in the area. Prices are excellent compared to other home furnishing stores. We saved more than $3000.00 on our last mattress and box spring which is the same quality as Temper Pedic. Verlo was kind enough to deliver our old (2 yr old) excellent condition mattress and box spring to our daughters home. We highly recommend and send our family and friends to Verlo

Verlo Over sold and under delivered!!! Way over priced for the Poor quality Verlo provided. Very unsatisfied!!!!! They say one thing to your face to get the order but they dont back up their products. Custom made is not an advantage or benefit with Verlo Mattresses. The mattress was not at all what I expected and seemed like a cheap mattress youd find in a cheap motel. Not at all worth what I paid for it!!!!

I experienced mattress purchasing heaven here. The moment we stepped in the door I knew we were in the right place. I know what you’re thinking...it’s just purchasing a mattress...whats the big deal? Your wrong. Dead wrong. Even though we were the only ones there Jeremy (now known as mattress king to my wife and I) let us do the ol lay on every mattress and comment on them for a least a half hour while our children also tested. Did he get upset when they started doing wind sprints across the showroom floor? No. How about when they started talking to him about caterpillars did he shrug them off? Heck no. He made the sale thats what he did AND threw in a discount. Top that WGNR.

Nice store, great staff, and the beds are made right there by hand.

After the sale and there is a problem, good luck trying to get the problem taken care of. I had problems with the air mattress pump or hand control. I can not get a call back. They just want to make a sale and then your on your own. Will never buy from Verlo Appleton again!

Apparently the shipping Dispatcher has the authority to override the Managers directions regarding delivery times. I was promised a delivery time of first morning delivery (approximately 9:30 am). I needed that timeframe to meet other appointments and spoke directly to the Manager to obtain that delivery. At 10:58 am I contacted the Manager by phone and he discovered that the dispatcher had my delivery set up for between 3 pm and 5 pm. Our day was shot, we canceled appointments and rearranged our schecule because the dispatcher chose to ignore orders. I think well purchase elsewhere in the future. Just wanted to support our local store, guess that customer focus is not on the mind of the dispatcher like it is with the folks in the store when selling the product and services. No more shopping at Verlo for us! Wow!!! They just delivered amd set up. The foot board and head board do not touch the floor. Unbeleivable! Called the store....they cant come back today to fix it. WE ARE DONE WITH VERLO! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE cannot be rewarded with future business.

Great customer service. The two men at the Appleton store are very friendly and helpful. Everything is made in store and can be customized to your liking. My parents got me one for a graduation present 2005 and to this day its still a good matress. Just got a new one for my gf and me to sleep on and plan on this one lasting a long time. First adjustment is free. How many other places will adjust matress for free? Buy a verlo matress!
