Love this place!! Most unique store in the Valley. I have visited this site many times...in person and on line. I enjoy looking around the store. I have many stones, bracelets and pendants from here. I would recommend anyone to stop by. They have books, statues and special readings as well. Nothing like it anywhere!!

Angels Forever/Windows of Light is such an amazing store. The owners Deb and Nate are so welcoming and friendly. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.If they dont have something in the shop, they will order it for you.If you spend enough time in the shop, you will smell like the incense they burn when you leave. I absolutely love this store! Ive been here several times with my mother and sister, and we have bought insence, candles, jewlery, and other things! The staff are super helpful and kind! The first time that I had been in the store I was just starting to learn about wicca and was just starting to dabble in witchcraft and I recently just did my first spell! There are all sorts of resources for baby witches, and there are a plethora of books, tarot decks, oracle cards, and much more! I very highly recommend this store!!

The staff here are top-notch! A lot of experience, culture, and knowledge on metaphysics and spirituality. If you havent visited, be sure to make it a point to stop in the next time youre in downtown Appleton.

My family and I have gone here for years and they have the best selection of Stones, Jewelry, Crystals, Oracle/Tarot Cards, Books ect. Everything is reasonably priced and The owners are super nice! So much to take in. You really need lots of time to see it all the stones are beautiful. The staff is super helpful.

Great selection and so many different items.I purchased a chime & mallet set [on display included a stone for each chakra]. When I got home unboxed my set, they had replaced the stones that were originally on display with alternative stones. The picture on the box and pamphlet inside explicitly state yellow jade, they replaced with cheap citrine [3rd stone from left]. The lapis lazuli is the most colorless piece Ive seen [2nd from right] . The picture shows 3 perfect circular stones whereas I received none.I understand due to the nature of stones and their uniqueness there will be some variation but this feels like blatant bait and switch. They never once said the stones Id receive would be different than displayed. Based on the store and their selection I wouldnt put it past them to have taken the quality stones and sold separate for an even greater profit. Not trying to be ungrateful but its frustrating to say the least after spending how much I did on the piece. Paying extra, supporting local ya know..cool

This crystal store is very nice. The vibes were good, and everyone was super friendly! There was a large selection of tarot cards, informational books, and everything you need to get started on your spiritual journey. I wish there was a bit more of a raw crystal collection, because most of the crystals were huge, or in jewelry. Either way, I love this store and I hope to come back!

I love Angels of Light. I stopped in today to pick up some incense.They have a sign on the door that masks are required, sanitizer at the door (no contact) with a sign that asks you to use it upon entering.The ladies at the counter were very helpful and polite. I found what I was looking for and was able to browse to look at more of their beautiful jewelry and other items. This store is a true gem in Downtown Appleton!

They were unbelievable rude over the phone and in person. This is not a good place to shop. This place used to be my go to until they told me to leave because of being inappropriate i was looking at all the things they got and i brought money for that place to. I was respectful and left. But over the phone i tired to defend myself but they said yeah oka whatever bot to mention the dirty looks i get evertime i go there. Btw am i person of color and bring a backpack to hold everything im not saying they are rasict but you never know. I would never steal from this place so i dont know why they told me to leave. When i told them to check the cameras they said that they dont need to check the cameras from you. All of the workers are rude abd stuck up people. I dont recommend going there if its your first time or not they always give u a dirty look.

Unique store, friendly, sociable but not overbearing owners, definitely worth a visit.I was expecting a mostly Buddhism related inventory, considering how the store is portrayed, but they seem to have something for every major religion, and a good lot of neutral spiritual things.Most of what they offer is expensive, but reasonable for what it is, such as wood carved statuettes, or jewelry made from semiprecious stones. (of which they have a WIDE variety, there were a lot of stones Id never heard of nor seen before)Another thing about the jewelry that I thought was neat was that by each different kind of gemstone, there were little notes explaining some beliefs and supposed benefits of the different varieties. Although I dont believe in gemstones having healing properties and things like that, they were still very interesting to read.On the cheaper end of things, they also offer incense, candles, and an interesting variety of books.I thought their candles in particular were neat, they had some unique scents, and a bunch of them had intentions on them. Such as a housewarming candle with an intention on the front that read along the lines of, Let peace and tranquility fill our loving home.I think things like that are cute, and a nice source of positivity.My one real complaint is a minor one regarding the books. They sell some books by Sylvia Browne, a known fraud psychic. Aside from that, they had a surprisingly wide variety of books, I enjoyed looking through them.If spiritualism and things like that bother you, I wouldnt recommend you visit Angels Forever.As someone who doesnt practice any form of spirituality but finds the idea of these things fascinating, this store was a treat for me.

Went there to buy essential oils. The door was locked. So, I turned to go and some guy, one of two, opened the door, asking what I wanted while he barred the doorway. I told him I wanted to come in and browse. So, he let me in and directed me to a bottle of sanitizer. I said no thank you. He insisted and I told him I was allergic to it.So, as Im walking in the two of them start following me asking what Im looking for. I said essential oils. He showed me where they were and I started to see what they had. What are you looking for?, sharply asked.Seeing that they wanted over 10 bucks for a half ounce bottle which I usually pay 3 bucks for, I tried to walk out. But, I was locked in! The door got unlocked and I left very upset I had been treated this way.Last year I went in and was treated royally by a lovely set of ladies and spent over a hundred dollars on jewelry.Going online and reading other reviews of this place, my experience was not an isolated one. This guy is the owner and has a history of being inhospitable. See for yourself. Lots of unhappy ex-customers out there. And, I, for one, wont be back.

Love browsing this gem! My go-to stop to stock up on altar candles, incense and more! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, by far one of my favorite stores on the whole Ave to spend my money! 😆 recently started purchasing books here as well, selection is fairly large considering the space and Ive picked up several hard-to-find titles here. Definitely put at least 45 minutes worth of change into the meter out front, because theres LOTS of beautiful gems and jewelry to look at!

Ive been shopping here for a long time. I was first introduced from a friend. Every time I shopped there Ive always purchased something. Deb and Nate are the nicest people I have ever met. They are helpful and if they dont have what I need they order it for me. Now that I live in Tennessee I will order my stuff through their website and if I cant find it there I will send an email. I have been here a few times. Each time worse than the previous. They have beautiful and rare items. I however am always treated with discontent. My husband and I were searching for items that this place would be the only place on the area. Ordering online is just not what I had in mind. I did not get the energy I had hoped for from the moment we walked in. Felt very unwelcomed.

Good and amazing place to find a bunch of variety of products but they dont know what theyre selling and they are a little disrespectful. I asked for a hindu goddess once and they showed me one that had nothing to do with the one I was asking. Also I was waiting on a hanuman decorative mask from Nepal and the guy I spoke to starting saying hanuman was a tricky monkey that was probably jumping his way to my house when that is completely disrespectful to my religion. Hopefully this doesnt happen again.

You have to ring a door bell to enter women was very rude to me immediately of ringing the bell and shut the door in my face because I had a full motorcycle helmet and no mask on my face under it didnt offer to sell me a mask when they do sell them no just took one look at me and decided she didnt care to have my business would not recommend to anyone to shop there completely disrespectful dont know if shes the owner or imployee

I had a great first experience with this shop and will definitely visit again! the staff was friendly and helpful (even though my friends and i were young and had pretty limited budgets)! in terms of a new age store (with lots of silver/gold jewelry too) the prices were mostly reasonable. i was very happy to find such a wide selection of different practices represented in the products here. in my past experience many new age stores (especially those that offer psychic readings) can be very pushy towards customers, but the employees here were not, which was a very pleasant surprise. the 30 minute drive was absolutely worth it for me and the shop fulfilled all my witchy needs )O(

Ive lived in Appleton a few years now and this store is always the best to go to downtown. The collection of jewelry is vast and the books they house are great. Easily my favorite place to go and wander. Working up the courage to try a reading soon!

One of the most beautiful stores in the area! Here youll find beautiful statues of mythical creatures and beings, some unique jewelry, and a large variety of gemstones, crystals, or any pretty rock to satisfy that geologist in your life!Also, if you have an interest in Wiccan arts, this is also the store to come to. Sure, youll be able to find books on such matters at Barnes & Noble, and Half Price Books, but here such a fascination will be catered to: books, jewelry, Tarot and Oracle decks, and maybe a crystal ball or a Ouija board. Not only that youll also be able to find THE tarot or oracle deck that speaks to you! So, my dear card reader, would you prefer the traditional Rider-Waite deck, the Ghosts & Spirits Tarot deck, the Thoth deck, or the Everyday Witch Deck? Those are just Tarot decks, they have plenty of Oracle decks to choose from as well. They also have a case with crystal wants on display, and Native American talismans... Theres more, but Im not about to write every last detail the store has to offer, itll take too long.They also provide psychic readings, if youre into that sort of thing as well.

My fiance and I went to this store two days in a row, never leaving without purchases, not huge purchases but maybe around ninety dollars both times. I was alright with the clerk with red hair, she was very sweet and accomodating. I had no problem with the two that were there helping other customers as I wasnt sure particularly what I was looking for. We bought several stones and while the mark up as compared to my usual stores back home and other vendors that I have frequented seemed higher than usual I didnt have a problem paying it for things that I liked.That being said I had the distinctive feeling that they didnt want us in the store. It didnt take my strong intuition to know where I wasnt welcome.At first (since we were in a new place and new customers) I thought that maybe theft was an issue so they were giving us a vibe thinking we were stealing or something, (which we have no desire or need to do).Im very particular about the stones that I bring into my home so (which has NEVER been an issue in any other crystal or gem shop I have been too) touching them is important to me if one stands out.I do not know if they lack the capability of cleansing their stones or they simply dislike people touching them but I had a difficult time with this store and being able to get a good feel.I was however, fortunate enough to find a store about a block down with wonderful service and employees who truly understood and listened to my concerns and have since frequented them.This store is fine if you know what you already want and want to get in and out quickly, but if you are looking for something more authentic and assistance in tune with more serious collections at more reasonable rates and guidance in your journey I thoroughly recommend walking the extra block down to the other store. It is more rock and stone based than this one and the owner that was there that day could tell me where they came from and more about the distribution methods.To sum this up, if you want new age type texts and audio, maybe some smaller stones and statues this store is great, if you are searching in the stone department and want to see some beautiful jewelry and have amazing discussion I would recommend the short walk further down.And before I get a response like the prior customer had, yes I spent extensive time in their store, yes I wanted to see a variety of items, and yes we made purchases, and if we inconvenienced this store with our presence then perhaps they have no worries as I found a place that embraced my questions and concerns rather than finding our business an inconvenience.

NO WINDOW SHOPPING ALLOWED HERE!!!Do not go here unless you are going to buy something, they do not like showing customers their products. I have been going to this store for years. Sometimes we purchase something, sometimes not. I guess I thought this was my right as a consumer.Today I was in the store and the owner was there along with several employees. When I walked in I got the distinct feeling I was being watched. I was looking at the CDs and he kept coming over by me and looking at what I had in my hands. I should of left then but I thought oh maybe they have had a lot of theft in store lately.As I moved over by the books, he asked to hold my CD upfront. I said sure, but I was not sure if that was the one I wanted yet. So he takes it to the front.I bought the CD and paid cash.As we were walking out, my son saw something that caught his eye and wanted to see how much it was.We waited until someone came out from the back. I asked the owner(the man in I dream of Jeanie pants on commercial) if I could see something. He said NO. I thought he was joking. He then says I am serious. You have been coming in here since your son was little and I have shown you 400 things. You do not buy them and then leave. My mouth probably dropped open as I was standing there with a purchase in my hand.He said he would not show me anything in his store.I left and came back in and told him I wanted to return the CD that I paid cash for. He refused.I think Mr. I dream of Jeanie pants needs some business lessons on customer service.Disgusted with ANGELS FOREVER!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I bought a ring @windows of light.A few months later, the stone fell out.To my surprise, they stood by there product .And a week later had a new stone place in the ring.Super nice people who I feel are trustworthy.I am definitely a return customer !Recommended! ! ! !

Not that I am criticizing the other feedback, but I left with a pleasant experience.I would have to say, I did not feel pressured or watched over as stated in the other reviews. I was traveling through town (from Denver). The staff was helpful, took items out of the case, engaged in discussions, even another guest was trying to help me out (thanks chef!).

Ive been to Appleton many times for business trips, and almost always stop in at this amazing store. It is worth your time just to walk in and browse, even if you dont want to buy anything! Seriously, this store has a cool, mystical vibe that you wont find anywhere else.

My husband, as well as other family members, love this store. My husband and I are in this store many times a year, usually on our special occasions. I called Windows of Light tonight because I had lost a stone today in a very recently purchased ring. I was pretty devastated when I realized my beautiful amethyst was gone. Not only was it new, but it was one of my favorite rings. I was told to bring the ring in and they would take a look at it. They didnt have a stone in stock that would match what I had, but Nate was quick to offer me other stones to replace my missing stone. Not only did they stand behind the ring they had sold me, with no questions asked, but also offered other options, all with a smile!We have never had a bad experience here, and I would challenge those that say they have. The staff have always been warm, welcoming, and personable. I look forward to our next visit!

Love love love this store! Im actually on my way there now, just popped on google to check the store hours. Anytime I come to Appleton I make sure to leave time to stop here. Even if I dont buy anything love stopping to browse. You get such a calming tranquil feeling just being there. (The only thing I feel is that some things may be overpriced. I dont have a item in mind, it just seems some stuff could be less inexpensive) I do understand youre running a business and would probably give the stuff away if you could. And you get what you pay for and you guys have quality merchandise :) light and love to you all.

Ive always loved this store, especially when I was younger I would walk/ride my bike some weekends with my little sister, but we never felt welcomed. Even today, the store may be in a different spot, but the owner is the same. We felt hassled by the owner & employees until we were in our teens! I bought a Jade ring & was treated poorly. I question why I supported a business that discriminates based on age.

Ive been there twice to see Jamie and loved it. I wanted to come back and see her, but shes gone. Is there any way to get in touch with her? Ive come to trust her insight and am hesitant to see someone else.I very much do understand and I wish her well in her journey

Rude crazy owners.I was shoved out of the store after they tripled the price on a ring and admitted it was their mistake.I called the next day and before I mentioned being pushed by one owner as i was exiting,the other owner said she didnt push you,the door hit youI know they difference between a hand and a door.The way she came around the counter said it all.
