I agree with most of the positive reviews when it comes to professionalism. However, the actual fix was not exactly the best. I came in 2 years ago (Yes, I know its been a while, but Ive only now gotten to writing a review) for a broken screen protector. When I got my tablet back, there was a new screen protector, but there was so much dust under it. Maybe it was a honest mistake, but as you can probably guess, having dust under the screen protector can be infuriating, since I keep trying to clean the screen, only to remember that I cant, because the dust would be under the glass. I didnt realize that there was dust until after I left, and was already an hour long drive away. If you take your device to this repair place, please remember to THOROUGHLY check over everything before you leave.

Came here based on a recommendation from the US Cellular store. I had some issues with the ear piece on the phone. They looked at it, took it in back, came out with it fixed. No charge. Was very happy they knew what was wrong and how to quickly fix it. They didnt even charge me.

Never broke a phone before, and mine was only 2 months old. Dropped it off around 11:30, picked it up a few hours later, good as new! I hope I wont need to fix anything again, but I know where to go if needed.

The technicians did a good job repairing my Apple iPad tablet. The service was very expensive. I didn’t expect it cost as much as it did.

I was directed by AT&T when my phone display went dark. My Galaxy S7 is an older version and I feared they wouldnt have the part. Not only did they have the part but they repaired and returned my phone to me in about 3 hours. I couldnt have been more pleased with their service. Their repair costs were very competitive if not better than their competition. If you are having issues with your phone or tablet, I definitely recommend their services.

I brought in our PS5, as it needed a nee HDMI port. They put a new one in after a couple days (they needed a part). Have it home now and it’s working great.

Went in to have my screen replaced, the staff there was helpful gave me options and fixed it in a timely manner. I want to say thank you as you saved several pictures that Id thought I lost forever.

Was quoted $110 for a front display repair before service, went in and was told it would really be $130, then after service was $140. Not to mention I got the phone back without an aux port. Sweet, now I have a built in mini flashlight where I would plug my headphones in smh. Been here 2 times and both times have been negative. First time they installed my charger port incorrectly and had to wait weeks before they could attempt again. I was never discounted. Going back for the 2nd time to ask them to fix their mistakes.District manager called to apologize and made up for mistake. Changed review from 2 stars to 4.

I tried to take my Mac book air here for a broken letter n key probably about a month or so ago. First they told me theyd have to order the part and then when I asked how long it would take they said itd be 6 hours. I come back a week later and when I drop off the laptop turns out the part is defective and I have to wait for a new part. Okay no big deal these things happen. I come back probably about a month later because I work in another city and finally have time to drop it off. I drop it off Friday evening around 5pm and then call them Saturday around 2pm to see where theyre at. First they tell me that they dont know when it will be done. Okay? What kind of answer is that. This is my work and school computer. I leave on Monday to head back to Milwaukee and I need it. The only reason I dropped it off Friday evening was because I was told previously that itd only take 6 hours. If it was gonna take longer I wouldnt have dropped it off at all. Then I ask if it will be done by Sunday and they say they dont know again and that the technician that will be fixing it is gone Sunday. Great. Then they say theyll call me when its finished. Well I arrive Sunday as soon as they open to check the status and they bring it out to me still unfixed. Saying that the keyboard part they ordered is too small. Like how pathetic. How did you not realize the part was too small immediately when you had it next to my computer. They obviously tried to take it apart and put it in because now my touch pad is sitting in there slightly crooked and makes a loud clicking noise. Which is awesome. I had a slightly broken $1200 computer and instead of fixing it they made it more junky. Wont be coming back.

They do a good job on everything but charge too much for a simple usb safe more transaction on PlayStation they charged me $30 and to clean my PlayStation boom $80 and to switch a hard drive it was $150 they do a good job but charge to much i would recommend them if it’s a emergency you need instantly if not I would suggest trying it yourself

They were zero for three of my tablets that I brought in, given they were rather technical fixes one tablet they didnt even want to look at. But for minor fixes it will probably be a great place.

Got my Samsung tab 12.2 replaced charger port and battery, doesnt feel like they replaced the battery because only after 1 year. It didnt hold the charge anymore. They also said it is a Samsung battery they replaced with too.

Good customer service, unfortunately cannot recommend for PC hardware issues.Waited a week for a free diagnosis after I mentioned I believed my CPU was overheating, was happy to hear they had actually not only found but fixed the issue at no cost. Me and my friends had come to the conclusion that it must be an issue with the thermal paste and/or heatsink, so I was rather sketpical when they told me they disabled several startup processes. The problem was not fixed in the slightest. I admit it was a multi-faceted problem but if two to three hobbyists can figure it out youd hope a profressional could. At least I didnt have to go and get a refund.

I left my tablet and new cell phone with them to tether. They assured me it was working and ready to go. I believed them and paid them in cash. Once I activated my new phone I discovered that not only was the tablet missing the SIM Card holder & SIM Card that they did not have the devices tethered at ALL!! When I went back and demanded my money back they said it was a tip for their service and they would not be returning the money.Dont believe this team . . no outstanding business is going to keep your money if in fact they know they didnt do the work.I wonder if the company owner knows that this happens?

My phone charging port would not stay connected, I cleaned some lint out but it still wouldnt hold the cord. I took it in and the guys took it back right away, and 3 minutes later handed it back to me all fixed. I missed some lint. No charge! Yes, it was only a quick fix, but I was ready to buy a new phone. So thankful for their prompt, professional service. Made my day!

I WOULD NOT Recommend UBreakIFix Appleton, not only was the customer service I received poor, but also the replacement was faulty. I have an IPhone X screen that needed to be replaced, so I went to UBreakIFix. I got it fixed and for the first month the repair was fine, although the screen was loose. Then, a little more than 3 months in parts of the screen became unresponsive such as the home swipe up feature, and the middle of the screen. I got the warranty extended to 6 months with help from Corporate, but the employees at UBreakIFix Appleton treated it as if it was a problem to have a 6 month warranty. When my phone became unresponsive I called and asked for help, and the employee I talked to told me to take my screen protector off, so I did. This didn’t fix it, but now I was out a screen protector and of course I dropped it a couple days later causing a tiny crack. Now, the employees say this voided the warranty and I’m out a 200$, with a broken phone. Please save your money and don’t waste your time at this location. I

Great honest service! Got my computer fixed for FREE! Brought it in after dropping it and not being able to turn it on, 15 mins later it was brought back in perfect working order. Turns out all what needed to be done was to reconnect some internal parts, was not charged at all.

I wouldve given them five stars but it took two days. They told me it would only take two hours. I thought I could drop it off and come right back.

Noah was incredible! My screen went black last night as I was in the middle of a work email and I was able to get in right away this morning to get it fixed. Noah diagnosed the 1 of 2 potential problems and told me where he would start and how long it would take. He was very thorough with the process as this stuff just goes CLEAR over my head. He calmed my fears of losing all my information and went to work right away. I got a call at work less than an hour later with the EXCELLENT news that the problem had been fixed! NOAH IS MY FAVORITE PERSON TODAY! I was able to get back to work immediately and everything works great :) I am one very happy and satisfied customer. Not my first time there, and definitely will not be my last!

Excelent! I couldnt hear and my microphone was going in and out. The tech examined my phone, cleaned it which determined that no other work needed to be done. They didnt charge me, they could have easily told me I needed work done but did not, demonstrating their integrity.

First experience I had I took a late 2009 IMac to have a 2tb SSD drive installed. Mistakes happen and they accidentally installed a 2 TB regular drive. Bummer but they gave me a full credit back and I didn’t pay a thing. I think they are seriously inundated with projects, repairs etc. Quite possible they just don’t have enough people to do the work. My second experience was to reinstall a OS on a MacBook Pro. They called twice over the course of 5 days needing permission to wipe the drive. Yet it was made well clear that’s what I wanted when I dropped it off. Then around day 7 it turned out they couldn’t fix it. I feel that was lack of experience on the kids that work there and possibly a lack of coordination and management. Someone their needs to run the ship and not have random People take over on the change of shifts. They seem to come through in the end. More often than not the random person at the counter is definitely knowledgeable and dedicated.

I think this store is out of line in the time it takes them to fix things and with what they are charging for their services. I brought in an iPhone SE 1st Gen that needed a new battery, I was told it would take a couple days to fix and cost $164. So, I shopped around and discovered Mobile Xpress Cell Phone Repair, located inside the Fox River Mall. They had my phone fixed in twenty minuets, and, they only charged me $50. Enough said.

We had a problem with our PS4. Did an internet search and found this business. Took it in and explained what it was doing and they said what it could be. Turned out to be an easy fix was done in an hour. Will go back to this place again if we have problems with that or any other electronics we have. Highly recommend.

I had a few issues with my Note 10 and these guys were amazing to work with. Things were still under warranty with Samsung so it didnt cost me a dime and they handled all of that. The guys were easy to work with and did a nice job handling the new COVID guidelines. This place is 5 star in my book.For the owner though - please change the song in the store. I didnt mind it for my few minutes there but it has to drive your employees crazy. Mix it up a bit for their sanity!

My attempt to change my cellphone battery went awry! A friend recommended uBreakiFix and I did have them check it out. Although they were unable to repair my phone there was no charge. Very friendly techs. Rated high for their friendliness, professional manner and speed of service.

They are amazing! I had my phone screen fixed by the fix in fox river mall and they made my phone worse than it was to start with. The top of the screen was flashing non stop on the bottom of my screen and it didn’t work when I would touch the screen most of the time. Their customer service was horrible too. They refused to fix my phone. The manager of u break I fix was so helpful and kind. I was very impressed. They fixed my phone screen and not once has it flickered!!! Even bigger plus was they were cheaper than the other company. I highly recommend them and will go back to them if I ever need help again!!! Thank you for the help!
