Karina has been beyond professional and helpful. She goes on and beyond to help me. I have not been understanding certain phone items and she sweetly helps me. I recently got a different I phone and she’s helping me understand. I will drive a distance to see her because she’s the best. Please give her kudos as she deserves them.

Thank you Karina! She was the sales rep that helped me with my phone issue. She was very friendly and very helpful! Before going there, I had dealt with Boost customer service line at least seven or eight different times trying to figure out the issue with my new phone and why it would not make or receive phone calls. She worked on my phone while I went and took my kids out to lunch. When I returned to the store she had figured out the issue and found a solution to my problem. If I have any issues after this, Ill be going back to her before I even think about calling customer support! 5 stars for sure!

Incredibly rude. First told me I couldnt restart my service to get more hotspot data. Didnt tell me he was looking anything up up, just went silent. So I asked hello, pleasantly and he rudely said Im looking on the computer. He asked for my details then went silent. A couple minutes later he rudely said its restarted and hung up on me.

Had me go into CVS to buy a tracfone card in order to port. suddenly that method no longer works and Ive wasted $15. Another 30 minutes later Ive decided okay..lets just pretend I dont need a transfer. Forces a screen protector and Insurance without asking and now Im expected to fork out $650 for an xr. when I was told $500 plus a plan of $50. no thanks

It smelled like Pot in the store I normally wouldnt care about this but it was almost like the female worker was smoking inside the shop from how strong the smell was. The worker was very nice and pointed me in the right direction but she also seemed very incoherent.

So funny thing as of Today 8/16/18, Spanish lady with A semetrical haircut says she reserves the right too reserve payment . Lol not let me pay my bill . Sad when your Job is customer service an your not only rude but I cant pay my bill? First thought maybe cause I have tattoos, no she has just as many as I do. Well You lost a few Faithful customers cause not only I am buggin out of your plan .But Fam n friends dont appreciate it either. We are all switching too US Cellular, Same plan better service faster * and no service fees . Come on over by Dollar Tree in Appleton if your tired of low speeds and Pos employees from Boost Wisconsin st location . They take good care of you and free phones that Bossy would charge $$$ for. Dont go this store buy stuff the man said anything is lie. If you go this store buyany thing and get any problem they wont do anything help even you return something when you buy it they tell you can return and you go return it. They wont return you stuff

Terrible place, lady was extremely rude and abrasive, and she did something very childish because our son was rude changed his account information after he left the store and made his boost account inoperable. She needs to grow up and find a job NOT in customer service!!!!
