Finally went after years of hearing hype and was disappointed. Ice cream was okay, but it doesnt seem to justify the price for me. The mix-ins are customizable to suit your liking. The cold stone seems rather gimmicky and does nothing special besides being a place to set your Ice cream on. I got the mint mint chocolate chip and thought to get a pint because I enjoy mint ice cream a lot. I ended up throwing most away after relising that it wasnt for me.

Very friendly staff and very tasty ice cream! Highly recommend! It is the perfect way to cool down on hot summer days. I would recommend the cheesecake fantasy, add caramel, pecans and cookie dough... you can thank me later!

I am just over the moon thankful for Cold Stone. I purchased an custom ice cream cake for my sons 10th birthday! It was a big crazy day, friends and family arriving, kids running everywhere me setting up and cooking dinner. Well Cold Stone took one huge worry off my plate. I ordered online and THEY DELIVERED the cake to my house!!! It was beautiful and oh so delicious. It arrived in perfect condition within the exact time frame, and still frozen. It was the gem of the party and cold Stone literally delivered! Oh... Also the price... Same as the two other large chains in the area... Even with the delivery price which was minimal!

The handicap entrance on the sidewalk needs to be fixed. Its really hard walking with a cane when the red portion of the ramp has a big crack/ hole in it

Ice cream here was just okay however I have it five stars because the worker Robert does a great job and is very entertaining. He really deserves a raise and would go back just for him!

One of the best Cold Stone Creameries I’ve been to! Phenomenal ice cream. The mix-Ins are what really make this an experience. Plus, it’s one of the few places I’ve found cheesecake ice cream, which for me, is as good as it gets (well, other than...). Try a combination of cheesecake ice cream and coffee ice cream (mmmmm...). The service and friendliness are impeccable.

No complaints about the ice cream, its always delicious and hits the spot every single time. I dont know if it is all or just this location but the variety of choice doesnt change very often. You may go a few months without ever seeing a new flavor appear. Same thing everytime, with so many delicious flavors you would think they would be rotated more frequently. Prices are also slightly high for what you get.

Excellent quality ice cream. The only place I know where you can actually get a strawberry ice cream con in a sugar cone. They dont have turtle sundaes on the menu for some reason, but they made one for me anyway. Great customer service.

The ice cream was great! I liked the choice options. They did, however, get the cones mixed up. But that didnt really matter. The good thing about the location is that they have the patio outside, so its perfect for making a little stop at the place and have an ice cream on a hot day.

Fancy stuff! I came here with a friend and enjoyed it. I cant wait to taste how delicious the ice cream is without the embarrassment of being late.

I am a little bias considering I worked for Cold Stone back in high school. When I walk in, the smell takes me back! So happy my child loves the ice cream so we can enjoy it together.

One of my go to ice cream places, seems as tho the workers there need to lighten up a bit but service is good and the creams are good.

If you must indulge, not here, its unpleasantly sweet. Its like sugar on roids! Its too sweet for even me and I am known to love my sweets.

CSC is always great ice cream. Of course this location I saw a piece of hair in the ice cream once while looking thru the display case. Other than that its a great place. Of course when I chatted CSC about the hair with a picture, they provided a gift.

Ice cream is good but I think a little overpriced! Its not any better than Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins. Its ice cream plain and simple. If you feel that you need to pay more because its cold stone the ingredients all come from the same place. Ice Cream cakes are more expensive than Dairy Queen. Save your money and go there because in the end it is going to be consumed not hung on a wall like a decoration. Customer service ok. Store clean.

The ice cream was good. The service was okay, but we ended up getting the wrong change. We ask if they could break $100 because thats all we had, and they said yes. We were suppose to get $80 back and only got $60. To bad I didnt count it while we were there.

Went at 8pm tonight (they close at 9pm) and they had the light on the side of the building out, the open sign off AND the logo light hanging in the window turned off. A few customers inside so they were clearly open. I called to see why all three lights were off, and the kid that answered the phone said “ummm sometimes we have electric issues”. Sounds bogus to me. No wonder everyone complains to me about the Appleton locations. Can’t even follow simple corporate rules.

Ice Cream beats everyone, only drawback shares parking lot with Jimmy Johns, Verizon, and Starbucks. A lot of traffic for the stores. Not their fault.

The woman that was working at approximately 12:30pm today (May 23,2017) was extremely rude. She had added an ingredient that I had specifically asked not to have, and when it was brought to her attention she was offended and mad because according to her I had not voiced it loudly enough. After this event the rest of my visit she was cranky and slamming the spoons and ice cream back on the counter top. Lastly, when the ice cream was given back she used that SAME ice cream that I had already taken a spoonful out of to give it to a different customer.
