In my opinion, the perfect stop for a snack… the edible cookie dough is so good, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the space is inviting open and a delight to be in. Very sad to hear they are struggling to find good staff to allow expanding open hours. Should you find yourself in downtown Appleton craving something sweet, this is the place for you!

Doughlicious is a scrumptious taste of the many locations that Appleton has to offer. Premium ice cream products loaded with freshly prepared toppings with an open seating area that promotes safe social distancing and modern design. Their blended iced coffee is a milkshake mixed with marvelous flavors that bolden the taste buds to their individual limits. I couldnt recommend this more for folks who want a sweet treat to tide themselves as they explore all the sights and sounds of downtown.

Prices were astounding.... Cashiers were lifeless and rude.

For starters, most of the menu is posted next to the door. I really like being able to see what the offerings are without making the commitment of walking inside and talking to someone. They have about two dozen types of cookie dough and another two dozen ice cream flavors. Some are normal, but most are a specialty mix, and some show some real creativity. Prices are surprisingly affordable for specialty fare and individual customer service. My son and I each had a scoop of cookie dough combined with a scoop of icecream (4 scoops total) for $7 total. If you walk more than a block to get here you dont even have to count the calories! :)

I ordered the sampler through doordash, and ended up getting someone elses order. I called the store to let them know and asked if I would be able to get my order and asked for the manager. They told me Id have to come pick it up which I was fine with but they also told me to return the other order or just keep it. The order I got was icecream, and would have melted by the time Id have gotten back, so itd just go in the trash. Even if it was cookie dough, Id had contact with the order and is still not servable. Or I just keep that order. Though the items I got were not what I wanted. I argued that its their fault they messed it up, and that keeping this order wasnt going to wash, especially since Id have to go back to the store in person to get what I ordered. Furthermore when they answered the phone they elected to not say anything so I had to say hello. Completely unacceptable customer service by the employees and the manager.

The owner went out of her way to give my husband one of their delicious Valentine gift boxes and it did not disappoint. We are so grateful for the kind gesture and even moreso for the special treat! Our whole family loved it. Thank you!

The woman who helped my friend and I was so helpful and nice. The amount of choices when it comes to cookie dough and ice cream is amazing, and the flavors that we had were great. Stopping in this place is a must.

My favorite place. I love raw cookie dough but hate getting yelled at for poisoning myself and eating raw egg but now I can eat raw cookie dough (which they have many flavors of) without getting salmonella poisoning. They also have lots of icecream, smoothies, and other treats. Staff is also very friendly and a nice indoor atmosphere.

Besides their amazing, mouth watering products, their customer service is impeccable. My first time there I was greeted immediately and was given the download on their unique flavors and suggestions based off my liking. I ordered the peanut butter cookie dough and puppy chow ice cream. INCREDIBLE. Most recently, I was flying in again for work and I had the pleasure of communicating with Brooke; she was so helpful and accommodating that I needed to leave a 5 star review because of her. You rock!!

I love that this place has everything I could dream of under one roof. Cookie dough, ice cream, princess and birthday parties! My little girl got to meet Anna, Elsa, and Olaf at one of their princess parties. Elsa sang to her and Olaf gave her a warm hug. She still talks about it! Their cookie dough melts in your mouth, my favorite flavor is the basic chocolate chip but my husband loves the cookies and cream. Go try it for yourself!

I have been a regular of Doughlicious from the day they first opened and am addicted to their oreo cookie dough! The staff is friendly and amazing and they all know my order when I come in. Edible cookie dough is a great idea, we have been intrigued and wanted to try it since last summer. I have to say I was delighted in the product. Nice internal atmosphere feels like a good old fashion ice cream parlor but still is contemporary. Cant wait to try the ice cream and dough combo after a morning walk to next summers farmers markets.

Cookie dough tastes great! Atmosphere is nice, but nothing unique. I wish there was smoothies or something to buy along with the dough/ice cream, but still a very good place overall!Edit: My mistake on the smoothies! I will try them and update the review as needed!

I can not describe how amazing this place is. Im a HUGE dessert fan and I almost died when I got my cookie dough ice cream. I also had to get my own boba smoothie after trying my husbands :)

The variety is amazing and I love the opportunity to taste test before I buy. Always have a great experience at the fox valley mall one with the staff and their willingness to help you right away. I absolutely love this place! The cookie dough is delicious.The texture is just so smooth, soft, and fluffy. I come here with my kids every Sunday night and they love it. We play checkers and eat our scrumptious dessert! One problem I see with this place is the misspelling of delicious... a little confused on that. All in all, the cookie dough slaps. My kids love it so much and can’t wait to come again soon!

This place is amazing!! The dough expert is incredibly helpful! We stopped here at the beginning of a Mothers Day Bakery Tour and it couldnt have been more perfect! The dough and ice cream are phenomenal! We all left sugared up and happy!

Great service and quality recipes. We were served immediately and the staff was very personable. There is a place for kids to play, a TV and DVD player so you can watch a small selection of movies during your visit, and very comfortable couches to lounge in!

Best dough I’ve had! The Oreo was exceptionally creamy and the chocolate chip was indistinguishable from what I’ve made at home. Would highly recommend! They have two scoop sizes which is a great way to enjoy the flavors without dessert overload.

I absolutely love this place, the cookie dough is amazing and so many choices to choose from. Also absolutely love the ice cream, so many choices and it’s so hard to pick which one every time. Each time I make a visit I like to try new things, last time I got the boba smoothie and loved it, will be for sure returning for that. Highly recommend this place for birthday parties also, there Facebook page always has cute pictures of the little boy and girl parties. The new location is awesome. Their staff is always so welcoming and friendly, the whole business is just awesome. Love supporting local Business.

The girl helping me gave me tons of samples and greated me with a huge smile. She helped me find a flavor that I really enjoyed. It was the Oreo she said it was her favorite too prices were good. She even talked me into getting a coffee which was good but the price for it was a little but mire than I would normally have paid. Overall I mostly enjoyed how the girl helping me actually seemed to love her job. She help make my experience great.

I went into doughlious and got a peanut butter pig out shake. Omg it tasted like a peanut butter explosion in my mouth. I never realized a shake could taste so good. Come on cookie dough in a milkshake these people are geniuses. You must try the cookie dough milk shakes you will not regret it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would give it 10 stars but it only allows 5.

We were really excited to go, two parents and three kids. We bought two samplers for $3 each. No one liked any of the flavors. It would have been better tasting and economical for us to just buy edible cookie dough from Pick n Save down the street.

My cousin and I really enjoyed the flavors of the dough and the staff here! The staff were very knowledgeable of their products, and patient while we fought with ourselves over what we wanted to get. Its a shame that its slightly off of the main road, this place really deserves more traffic than it gets. The Oreo cookie dough was my favorite! You can sample the flavors before deciding, which I would highly recommend doing before making your decisions. There is a party area, and plenty of things to keep your kids entertained. The owners are also really open to feedback and genuinely care about their customers. Support local businesses!

First time stopping in and will definitely come back! We got the shaved Ice which was very good but the kids dishes were a little small to hold all the ice. The lady behind the counter gave us a cookie dough dish to put it in which was much appreciated. She also gave me a few samples of the cookie dough and Ill definitely be back for some!

We have been to Doughlicious several times. I keep coming back because I really enjoy their products. I have been able to try several flavors and have yet to be disappointed. There are flavors I like more than others, but havent had anything that was horrible. Its a nice alternative to ice cream...dont get me wrong I love that stuff too...but like to change things up every once in a while.

The cookie dough was ridiculous in the best way. Just like the cookie dough you make at home its very rich so you can have a scoop and feel satisfied for a while. The first bite I had of this deliciousness stopped me dead in my tracks. It was that good.

Went here tonight to get a snow biz as they call it and it was good. Nice and big had to sit and eat it there. While I was eating it, I noticed one of the girls behind the counter that was serving the dough to customers was eating behind the counter where the dough is kept. The fact that she was eating where the food was being served was a turn off. It’s just not very sanitary and doesn’t set off the best impression when you walk in the door. Also the same girl wasn’t always making the most appropriate comments about certain things about the business and other things which again as a customer was a turn off. I think the place has a lot of potential it just needs to be a bit more professional when it comes to the people working behind the counter. I’ll be back because I love snow cones and they are close.

I felt like the whole setup was very confusing. I didnt really understand the menu. My boyfriend and I both bought 2 scoops and he was only given 1, then when we told the girl about it she blamed it on the other employee. I feel like there would be a much better atmosphere here if the employees tried to smile and if they had music playing. The cookie dough was also warm which I found weird, but it was still good cookie dough.

Friendly employee, several dough ice cream and Ashbys ice cream choices to pick from. Only thing we didnt care for was the 2 sample limit. . If you have kids and have ever been to an ice cream parlor with them, you know that 2 tiny samples usually isnt enough.

I recommend taking the dough home and freezing it. So much more delicious.

When my husband went the dough was not chilled, and it was very grainy and had a floury flavor. I agree with a previous review that it tasted like it wasnt well mixed some bites were sugary and some salty. I didnt have the chance to sample at the store as my husband brought mine home, but I did sample his and my sons and they were both gross as well. The cookies and cream was the least grainy but had a stronger flour taste. My husband had the peanut butter and it was the grainiest, it was like chewing sand. I was going to give 2 stars until I read the review responses from the owner on here, being short, rude, and passive aggressive when you own a business with mediocre (at best) product is not OK.
