Last massage I got was not what I asked for. They gave me $20 towards next visit. Tried to book and the prices have skyrocketed! Says $140 on website then when booking online it turned into $155. No way. There are plenty of affordable options. They are not the only ones offering massage.

Decided to go in and get a facial after my poor face has been taking a beating and Ive been slacking on proper care. I was randomly paired up with Maria and Ill definitely be going back. Maria was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, non-judgmental, and took the time to talk with me about my skin quality and recommendations to help me with my skin confidence. Best of all at the end of it when most places try to force you into buying products, Maria provided me with a list of everything that was used during my session and gave me a no pressure run down of them. I cant wait to go back. Extremely impressed with the whole spa, but the customer service made me want to come back!

I absolutely love coming to Sunflower Spa! I have had several different types of massages here and can’t complain about any of them. The Sunshine massage is my favorite, as I always have tension in my shoulders, upper back, and neck, and this massage is ideal for these issues. The pregnancy massages are amazing as well; I had several of these during my first pregnancy. I recommend this place to everyone.

My appointment with Sunflower Spa was on a Monday but on Saturday afternoon I received a call from the county informing me I needed to quarantine for 2 weeks. I started moving appointments and making changes immediately, but Sunflower Spa was closed already. I called to change my appointment on Sunday but they were also closed. So Monday morning I called but was informed They are trying to run a business and I would be charged $100 to cancel or change my appointment. I told them what happened but they werent interested. So my choice was to possibly risk infecting their staff and customers or to get a $100 fee for doing the right thing. No good deed goes unpunished at Sunflower Spa and they seem happy to risk their staff and customers getting infected, as long as they get their $100. So now they lose out on my recurring monthly appointments and get to enjoy my honest but negative review. Congratulations Sunflower Spa on your short-sighted business policy and blatant disregard for safety. But hey, at least you got your 100 bucks.

Held up at work and in traffic just now due to Wisconsin weather. I was running late for my appointment when I contacted Sunflower Spa. I learned not only was my appointment canceled (totally understandable), but that they would not be willing to rebook at any time in future and that I will be charged for services not rendered.I was so looking forward to a little time to destress today and, as a would-be first time customer, I’m absolutely heartbroken because I wanted to love this place. Would not recommend. :(

Sunflower Spa was beautiful in its layout and prompt in its attention to me as I walked in.The only issue is that the descriptions for the massages are not listed on their website.My masseuse was Mel who I found to be both professional and intuitive. She explained what massage I had paid for and what I could expect.I went in because my lower back was hurting but what I got an all over body massage and exfoliating treatment. The problem I had was I paid for something I didn’t want because it wasn’t clear what I was getting. So just ask before your appointment.

I had my first prenatal massage and it was wonderful! I don’t know why I waited 29 weeks to get one. Highly recommend!

Its a nice place. Massage therapist treated her well. Felt rushed out the door by who ever was in the front desk. Was going to get lotion but was rushed out the door afterwards so that didnt happen. That what was told to me.

ABOVE what I ever expected! I got a swedish massage from Jeff and it was amazing! He made it very clear that he wanted this to be the best experience for me and made me feel very comfortable with directing him if there was a problem with pressure. I did an add-on and he did the treatment with CBD-oil and cream...HOLY HEAVEN!!!! as a mother of 3 this was exactly what I needed. I will absolutely be back and cant wait to try out each different massage.

Facial was so needed as it’s been years. My skin was so refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. Kaylee was attentive, very interested in doing what was needed to help me and address my skin issues. She did an adequate job and will hone her skills as she grows in her profession. Not too much pressure to buy products.

Reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Waiting area is created to help start the relaxation process immediately. Have had three main massage therapists, loved them all. They take the time to listen to what you want, even if it means a quick change from what you put down in the paper. I’m a regular there, and they know me and what’s going on, that will effect my appointments. Love them all!

I had a wonderful massage by Naomi who was friendly and very kind, and quiet while she performed her work. I left the Spa feeling so refreshed and peaceful.

Atmosphere is very calming, smells great, very welcoming.I get deep tissue massages with Hilary and shes amazing! I come for therapeutic reasons, not relaxation and pampering. Shes got great pressure, very personable, finds the problem areas and tackles them. Weve made a lot of progress and my muscles are far more receptive now compared to when I first started with her.

Overall good spa experience

The staff at Sunflower is always amazing. They are accomodating, caring and kind. Ive had several massages and services done here over the years and had multiple practitioners, and I have yet to find a complaint. My last massage was a 90 min stress-fix massage with Katt and it was the best massage Ive ever had. Katt applied deeper pressure where I carried my stress to work out some of my issue spots and then applied a lighter pressure else where giving the best blend of deep tissue and relaxation. I highly recommend this massage and to see Katt.

This place is so stunning! The decor is amazing, the private chef made delicious food and the drinks were tasty! The spa products are out of this world and I can not wait to go back. The two ladies who assisted the party I attended were very professional and on top of everything!

Was referred by my chiropractor after a recent car accident. I was 31 weeks pregnant and needed a massage to loosen up my lower back muscles to allow for movement in my next appointment. Although the prenatal massage was NOT relaxing, it was exactly what I needed to speed up the healing process. I have gone twice now and hoping to actually book a nice relaxing prenatal massage before baby! Nicole is amazing, I highly recommend her.

This was my first time at Sunflower and I will be back! From the receptionist to the massage therapist, everyone was super friendly. I had Kat for my massage and she was great. She made sure I was comfortable and asked throughout the massage if the pressure was ok, etc. The spa itself was clean, smelled wonderful, was quiet and peaceful, and was everything you would want to have a relaxing experience. This is my first time taking some time to acctually right a review. But this place does need one. I went there for my first massage ever, left with saying it’s the best massage even tho it was only my first. 3 massages later at different ones. This by far the best one I had. Amber did really understand what I needed. The only I think it would make it more perfect if they Have showers after you finish so can continue enjoying the rest of the day.

Had a couples massage late in the day. 7:45 pm. Idea was to get a late one so we could have the best sleep of our life. Naomi and Vanessa worked on us. (yawn..). Anyway, it was so relaxing...um...zzzzzzzzI would definitely recommend. Boy I hope we make it home ok...😴

I went there last year for my birthday and i was amazed! I was welcomed with a glass of water and very friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I did a 60 minute massage and a 30 minute facial; I was glowing!!! I wish I could remember the lady I had because I would honestly recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Very poor customer service from Amelia. Lady working answering the phone on January 29th at 12:40pm. I called to schedule a massage, the day I needed was not available so I asked what they had available and she refused to tell me and was insisting I tell her MY schedule and I kept telling her it all depends and wanted to know there availability needless to say she got snippy (tone of voice) and at this point I wasn’t going to schedule anything there. I will take my business else where.
