Wow, wow, wow! Stopped here by chance while waiting for our to-go order at Japhys and got the non-dairy vanilla. It is the best fro-yo with an incredible waffle cone and we were shocked it tastes the same (if not better) than regular yogurt.

Quick service and very good ice-cream nothing more nothing less.

The owner wouldnt tell us the ingredients and said he didnt have a way to know. I wanted to know what was in his yogurt for my allergies.

Decided to support local business instead of a big corporation during covid. He let my girlfriend and myself try salted Carmel and pomegranate flavors, and we bought 32 oz of each!! We will be going by again, and again and again!

The best yogurt place in, hands down. Feels nice and calm, not bright and oppressive, but still uplifting. The yogurt is amazing, and isnt drowned out by how many exotic options there are. There is always a Dairy-free option, and customer service is excellent.

Owner was kind enough to go through the Vegan Yogurt ingredients. Grain free, and amazingly tasty.

Cozy place to hang out and really enjoy your fro yo. And they have coffee as well! Yummy and always a dairy free option. Lots of toppings. Come play the piano and entertain the group or just kick back on a sofa and watch the colorful inhabitants of Arcata saunter by. A true community experience.

Love it. Come bring the kids sit and eat fresh yogurt and talk about the art on the walls. The local business is so much better than any chain yogurt shop. Come here first.

This a dun place to go for an inexpensive and very delicious treat. There is an amazing community with a piano that the children can play. Everyone knows the owner and it has become a town staple.

Hours are variable to whats listed, but when it is open, you will not be disappointed. Great tasting yogurt. Love how they never have the same flavors

Great place! Im traveling and was craving frozen yogurt. I chose this little shop and definitely wasnt disappointed.Nice atmosphere, with a piano that people can play.I asked the person (who I am assuming is the shop owner) if they had anything vegan. He said their vanilla was vegan, as were the cones - so thats what I got. I admit I wasnt overly excited about getting plain vanilla - but it had to be the best vanilla Ive ever had!Fantastic place - Ill probably have to stop in again next time Im in this area.

Cute, little shop. The gentleman working there (not sure if hes the owner) is so nice and friendly. Very simple menu and so affordable. My daughter loves stopping here for a treat!

Had strawberries, vanilla yogurt, pomegranate yogurt and a cone turned upside down in a cup for $3.50. Wow! Tasty too and a piano right there in the lounge. A+ service. Scott is cool. Thanks Redwood Yogurt.

Scotts always friendly, comfortable, quiet atmosphere to chill on cozy clean couches to good music, best refreshing treat around, local and healthy. A Humboldt staple. Best ice cream in the county.

Scot’s yogurt is amazing! The smooth texture and the subtle flavors are generously served in his homemade waffle cones or in cups if you so desire. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. It’s a great after dinner dessert or a healthy lunch serving. This is one of Arcata‘ best products and healthy if you care about that, which I do❤️

The yogurt itself is good and the environment is very cozy, but the cones are sometimes stale. Its also not the most sanitary place (I went in once and the employee was talking on the phone, handling money and food without wearing gloves or washing his hands).

The yogurt is amazing! Not a huge selection, but well worth your time. Most of the staff is also great with kids

We came here often when we lived in the area. In the 10 years since, weve made 2 road trips through arcata since, and redwood yogurt has been on our bucket list each time. Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic yogurt - and always a dairy-free option!

I read many reviews that the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately that was not our experience. The man working could not be bothered to greet us as he was on the phone. We waited awkwardly to see if he would even wait on us, as he avoided eye contact and continued his phone conversation while we waited to place our order. He eventually took our order, never saying a word to is except how much we owed. He stayed on the phone the entire time. The yogurt was fine, but the cone was very stale and chewy. I would suggest the yogurt place down the street.

Independent business that has a nice atmosphere and yummy frozen yogurt. They have a community piano for anyone to play which can result in some nice performances.
