Some employees are very respectful and helpful but whats up with the few who have major attitude one kid was so rude about 6months ago I nearly called his manager but I dont have time for that. So here I am writing a review. I get reviews at one of my jobs its the way it is now. Respect and manners go a long way. Things are over priced in general but when you need something the same day its the only place to go so I suppose it is what it is.
So far so good... bought a pair of Bang&Olefson beoplay s3s on sale at 60% off with a two year warranty. To be replaced if anything happened to them. Well worst case scenario something did Happen, I dropped one of them. Called told them. I also told them i lost my receipt. They had to order another one from a different store came two days earlier then expected am going to pick them up when they open this morning.
Almost always empty, with employees nowhere to be found. Any employee that you do eventually come across doesnt seem to know much about their products. Theres a reason RadioShack went out of business. Buy online or other, more proper stores.
The absolute worst!!! Kristen helped me by not having any clue how to help me other than quote corporate policy. Ill take Chinese water torture before I go neck.
Closed early on Sunday even when called and asked for the hours they lied and said they were open till 6pm.
RADIO SHACK SUCKS!
