I live 10 hours away from my mother and I have been able to have beautiful flowers sent to her thanks to the wonderful staff here. Mom always tells me how lovely their bouquet is. They are easy and great to work with, also.

Amazing!! We had ordered flowers prior to arrival in town for a funeral service that started at 11:00am on Sat the 19th. Around 9:00am the floral service called and said they were sorry but couldnt deliver! Most places were closed but I called Country Living Florist who answered before they were even open. I explained our dilemma and the owner offered to help. I told her the wedding was starting very soon and in Eureka but she said she could do it and have the large spray delivered 15 minutes before the service. The spray was beautiful and delivered as promised. I still cant believe it! They have won our loyalty forever. Thank you, Thank you. From The Mullins, Grangers and Wrights.

We called Country Living Florists to inquire about our wedding boquets (1 bridal and 6 bridesmaids). We wanted some flowers we found online and Aurelia was able to identify them and order them in for us. We came out from Colorado so were able to do everything online and over the phone. When we finally made it out to Arcata & met at the shop everything was perfect. The bouquets were exactly what we wanted and turned out so beautiful! I would highly recommend them for any floral needs!!

I ordered two floral arrangements for a memorial service, paid $525.00 and they were horrible. Skimpy and blah. Most people there thought maybe I had paid $50.00 Will never order flowers through there again. Called and left a message afterward and complained. Got NO response.

Horrible experience, I paid $90+dollars for a bouquet arrangement. I specified in my order not in a vase more then twice!!! When my mom revived her arrangement what did she get? A skimpy sloppy arrangement in a vase! I could have, NO I should have gone to Safeway bought a bouquet and put it in a vase myself. When I called to let them know how disappointed I was I was told I order it wrong, being that I was a florist for 2 plus years. Then come to find out a few years back my older sister ordered from there to for her BIRTHDAY and had the sane exiperience as me! So i guess you get what the hell they what to give you? NEVER GOING BACK! BEWARE GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH.
