NOT EVER ANYONE (HUMAN) TO TALK WITH

They wear masks and require customers to do the same and social distance. I appreciate that. And they know what theyre doing and are helpful fixing my phone problems.

Dirty and unorganized. Store associates helped the newest person that walk in instead of customers waiting. An older lady has been in here for over an hour waiting and she is helping the person that just walked in instead of one of the other 3 customers.

Went in to pay my bill and i will never visit this location again. 2 workers, 5 people waiting & extremely slow customer service. Do not go here if you are in a hurry!

Did not have the phone I wanted but the employee was helpful. Less traffic in there now. Can be slow new employees.

Thire system is down constantly, it took them 3 days to tell me I cant get a phone

I have to come in at least once a week cause my data gets disconnected when I have the unlimited plan. I usually have to go in and have them update my device and then its fixed but I am back by next week. It gets very old. I will be changing my plan very soon due to these issues.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good priced promotions, newest phones, always a lot of people there buying phones.

The complete wrost place to go in Ardmore for a phone dont waste your time or effort on thia place go out of town to find another actual Boost store or But from walmart or online this store do not know what they are doing and have the worst snapping addutiud. and how ever runs there fb page is a real jerk customer service is ridiculous at this place and the worst thing is i was returning to boost as crickets coverage in ardmore has gotten very bad. Anyway i wanted the lg stylos 4 i know its a good phone as with cricket i had the 3 they had none all phones they has were the screen 5.0 and under my hubby got the phone he wanted But the ordeal of actually getting them was by far the wrost experience we have had swicting carriers and i am one that raved and raved until the hubby went with boost if i was boost i would not want my brand on this store at all sick to the government phones ya all

They always make sure that everything is taken care of

The woman working was rude af . Very inpatient! The place is trashy and filthy! Food is all over the floor. I waited for an hour and never got service.

Slow and steady

Poor customer service and liers.I placed an order to get the phone at the store, and i was told they were going to get it in 3 days.I waited 2 weeks and the phone never came.I call cust service, and they did not find any records of that request.
