I have mixed feelings about my recent experience w/iGeeks... They did a good job on fixing my cracked screen, screen on my ipad looks new. However, my finger id no longer works & even w/the crack screen that was still working before I droped it off. Had an issue w/the iPad charging when I got it back took it back to iGeeks not sure what they did but its charging again. He couldnt explain why my touch id wont work anymore and did nothing to repair that issue even though again that wasnt a issue prior to dropping it off. This is a 6th generation iPad that Ive had for some time now but also never had any issues with my tablet prior to dropping it and cracking the screen.Overall gentleman was nice, store is well kept they have good hours and provide pretty quick service, they did have to keep my iPad for a few days just because he had to order new screen, and it took a few days to come in the mail. Repair price wasnt bad but he did tell me $100 over the phone but it was a bit more than that when I got there no explanation of change in price other than the need to order screen. But my iPad works and I would probably use them again.

The owner found out the problem very quick and got my computer fixed and functioned well within a few hours. Im using a surface book 2 and its a pain into open it cuz theres no screws. He somehow opened it without causing any damage to the conputer 👍 very reccomend this place 👍👍

I went here today to get the charging port on my iPhone 7 replaced because it was not working. The charging port was fixed and my phone charges successfully. However, I received my phone back and my speaker are not working on it?? Now I can barely hear anything. I called back to tell them but they were closed. Did anyone else have this problem ?

I had a crack in my iPhone 8. Nothing major but enough to annoy me. When I arrived the technician showed me it was just the tempered glass cover that was broken. In 2 minutes he had replaced the cover and charged me only for the new cover. I was expecting to pay 75.00 for a new screen and left after 5 minutes with a new cover for 10.00. Quick and professional service

The technicians here are fantastic!!! And honest!!! I thought we were going to have to buy a whole new laptop, and all we needed was a new hard drive! Always take your devices here before you go to the Apple store or your phone store. You will save so much money.

So thankful for this excellent place! I think it is pretty new. Went today (first time) for a cracked iPhone screen and was extremely impressed with the fast, skilled, courteous service...at the most reasonable price in the area! Dropped it off and went on a few errands, returned some 30 minutes later...my phone was waiting for me, like new! I hope this place gets known because I definitely plan to come back with other computer repair jobs in future.

My Sony laptop which Ive had for 3 years would not reboot so I called and spoke to Johan. When I took it in later the same day - he solved the problem within 2 minutes of picking it up. Clearly it was something simple but he was kind enough to provide me with guidance as well. I spent the next few minutes thanking him profusely. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. They stand behind their work - fair prices and honest. Ive had a battery replaced and screens repaired. After the battery repair, something wasnt right with the accelerometer. They fixed it for free and fixed a home key button. I recommend them for basic repairs.

Although the man was very nice, he declined to attempt to fix my ipod 30 gig today. I was referred to him directly from Apple. I was disappointed. The right channel for the headphone jack stopped working. I will attempt to fix it myself.

Dont go here! I repeat, dont go here! We went here to fix a cracked iPhone. They fixed it all right, and it worked- for a week. Then, it stopped working, and they gave us a very hard time about giving us our money back. I hate to say it, but the only place you can get your iPhone repaired reliably is the Apple Store.

They seem to use a low end grade glass to repair but better than other very low end shops. When there is a problem with there install, they will take care of it one time. Beyond that they will not.They make you sign a form that waives your rights. If they screw up and refuse to fix the problem after the first time as in my case, they won the credit card dispute and your phone is not working. Thats what happened to me.They got the money but the pristine never touched iPhone 6 was messed up from a screen repairI then took to Apple that wont touch the phone, . Now that they see that a cheap aftermarket screen was put on.Since Apple wont fix its messed everything up.The color quality was terrible also after the screen replacement. When they put a new screen on it affected clarity and color again and not in a good way.So, Verizon Ardmore has recommended here but I think thats to keep customers T from Apple Ardmore which would be there competition and take customers awayI suggest dealing with a comparable by that warrants there product with more than 1 fix.Them trying to make sure you dont dispute and covering themselves no matter what is a sign to me to be skeptical of the business.When I was there they had a sign in the store that if you dispute Charge without a reason that prices valid they will pursue fraud charges with the police.Can you believe this?What kind of operation would do this???They got my money and my pristine iphone was no longer the same after this but thank God I can write a review of my experience.The phone destroyed and a $100 bill from them. What a terrible experience. If they had at least had the Decency to have given me my money back, this review would not be here because they wouldve tried to make it right

Not good. I repaired my iphone and ipad there. They basically destroyed my ipad. The home button doesnt work well, and it becomes so hard to touch where you want and impossible to type. They did a rough job to put the glass back in 10 minutes but there were gaps between the glass and the base. Eventually dusts gets inside and block the view.

I had my s7 battery replaced here in September and several months later it wouldnt hold a charge and had expanded so much the back casing had separated from the phone. The service was quick.
