The store has amazing frame collection, Dr. Bilyk is very knowledgeable and accurate in writing eye prescription. Customer service is very friendly and careful at choosing the right frame style that fits you the best. Always work out the best deal for you especially for people without insurance. This store is a real hidden gem. Varieties of expensive and some of exclusive frames can blow you away. Great choice and very well priced. Owner is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time to explain me what would be the best choice for my glasses. Eye opening. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend it. 5 plus star for this establishment.

I came in for a pair of reading glasses and found the best selection in the area. They helped with my prescription and had my glasses made quickly. They also have gorgeous sunglasses, it was hard to decide so I got a couple. Will go back for more. Am sending family and friends.

This is a great place to have your eye exam and get frames. Ive been coming for years now. However, they just hired this little dude who not only is rude in his mannerisms but also arrogant. On top of it, he doesnt wear a mask, despite continued Covid restrictions in the Commonwealth. He even encouraged a client to not wear one last time I was there, and the client complied. If I wasnt moving this summer, I would, unfortunately, look somewhere else to get my exam and frames. Too bad. This business is great otherwise. Hope they fire him!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this place is a gem! I have been hunting for stylish prescription sunglasses all over the mainline for 6 months. I have visited at least 15 eyeglass stores and they all have a terrible selection. At one store, I was told to try Optical Unique. I blew it off because I just gave up and resigned to the fact is that you can’t find anything cool around here. I dropped in to this place desperate before I left for the beach for the summer and it did not disappoint. It has very trendy gucci, dolce, choo, Tom Ford, Prada...but not the boring styles you see at the mall. He has more couture type glasses. The owner knows his stuff and is the type of guy I love to deal with. You can bring your sunglasses and he get an Rx in them and he can get all the different new mirror lenses colors. If you care about your eyewear and live in this area this is the place to.

The Russian lady has no customer service skills and is extremely rude. Trying to rip me off today! I asked to speak with the Manager and she refused! I wish I can give 0 stars!

Excellent selection, very upscale. Service was great as well. They had my prescription glasses ready very soon after my appointment. Clarity and quality was so high I went back for sunglasses too. Definitely the best place for glasses.

Over the years, I have tried all of the stores that have come and gone in the area (from Center City to Paoli) and the customer experience, wide selection, and affordability is the best at Optical Unique. The owner and other sales people will work with you directly and once you purchase the glasses they check in to make sure you are satisfied. An excellent group of people with an even better product offering!
