Full disclosure: this review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups and deliveries to this location. The couple of individuals Ive dealt with are pleasant, professional and competent. (Thats really saying something these daysπŸ™„) Theyve always had a pretty nice variety of vehicles for no bigger than the location is and they all seem to be in good condition. Id give them a shot if I were in the market based on the treatment Ive received so far.

CAUTION – Zeller Ford: Mechanically Unsafe/Compromised Vehicle SalesZeller Ford in Arkansas City, KS provides they treat each customer as if they are family as the dealership claims they enjoy the challenge and of meeting and exceeding customer’s standards and their commitment to excellence. However, my experience and purchase at Zeller Ford was contrary to their alleged β€œmission” and β€œcommitments”. I recommend that each potential vehicle buyer considering purchasing from Zeller Ford avoids the dealership completely.I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser from Zeller Ford but before purchasing the vehicle, the dealer provided the vehicle’s history report, their own in-house service repair and order history which included a safety inspection and brake replacement and maintenance. The dealer explained why these services were conducted and why these repairs were made.After purchasing the vehicle and immediately after the vehicle made it home, I noticed an audible chirping/scoring noise when driving with the windows down at a slow speed. With my concerns, I had a local automotive center diagnose the issue and determine repairs for the deficiencies. The local automotive center determined the right rear brake hardware was never replaced and in extremely poor condition as it was corroded and loose. Additionally, the automotive center determined the right rear parking brake shoe assembly was deficient due to a broken spring which caused the parking brake to score the rotor while the vehicle was in operation. The vehicle’s deficient braking systems were easily repaired by the local automotive center and mechanically unsafe issues were fully resolved.My dissatisfaction lies with Zeller Ford as they have sold a mechanically unsafe and compromised vehicle. Their business operates contrary to their mission and commitments and they risk the safety of the potential buyer.Braden Hoch

Well Im on the fence I had a approved financing for the vechicle with a third party. They still ran my credit like 4 different times with all 3 major credit bureaus. I did not have insurance that day because I was unsure the details of the vechicle. It was not listed on their web site and the one I found it on said it was white with tan interior and the picture was of a blue car. So didnt drive it home that day. Next day I pick it up. I waite another 3 + hours there before I get the car. Soon as I pull out of the parking lot the service engine light comes on. My grandpa is a certified licenced mechanic I drove right to him. ( did not go back to dealer because if they sold me a lemon or lied they would just continue to do so.) We ran a diagnostic and in the middle the battery died. Told the dealership battery is shot they agreed to replace it on problem. Got it replaced and on way home the check engine light came back on. Its still on im trying to find the problem so I know when i take it back in to them I know they wont just reset the computer and clear the error and say they fixed it. So if they do fix it with no problem I will update my review and change it to 5 stars.

The service department manages to burn me every time. Took my SUV in for oil change and new tires. My car was suppose to be on a prepaid maintenance plan for routine oil changes, but the service department now tells me that the plans expires based upon mileage instead of the date and how many remaining oil changes that I have left. I was suppose to have 3 remaining oil changes. I bought all brand new tires at this time of service and was told that I was suppose to have a $70 rebate, that was another lie. The did however manage to convince me that I needed two new air filters, so they were able to get some more money out of me. Be very weary of the service department, we have had a poor experience with them in the past with out Ford F-250 and and now again.

These guys made me feel great about buying a used car. Mason Hegenbart & Tim Milby really did an excellent at job meeting all my needs and working the best price with the best warranty included. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Theyre are straight shooters and honest and thats difficult to find sometimes in the car sales industry. In my opinion one could not ask for a more professional and caring place to do business. It is a bit of a story as to why I went there to begin with, being Dodge is my vehicle of choice, but they worked very hard to get me into a vehicle of any kind, which turned out to be a very nice used Chevrolet, and have been treating me as if it was a Ford and I was a lifelong loyal Ford customer, every time I took it to them for PM or some repair!

I dont love places or things, but I do love some people and animals. I bought a great Ford Taurus SEL at Reedy (which I dont love but still greatly appreciate after several months). I did have one warranty repair which they took care of at minimal cost to me. Everyone I worked with at Reedy has been genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are great when it comes to getting you a vehicle in your price range BUT the service center sucks, I’ve been in twice once for an alignment and they said I need new parts so it ended up costing me $700 and the second time for the electronic throttle control and an alignment and they redid the alignment AGAIN for $650 and didn’t fix the electronic throttle control. So when I took it back in they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix the throttle control even though we had just paid $650 the day before to fix the throttle problem. Good place to buy the car but take the maintenance elsewhere

When they finally got my car fixed, which took 5 days longer than they said it would, there was a crack in my bumper that wasnt there when I brought my car in. Of course, no responsibility taken. Purchased a truck there and everything was great truck runs good but after we took it home and tried to turn on radio, it DIDNT WORK!!!. Dummy us for not testing it. I called to let them know and our sales person said Hu?,, I never even tried to turn on the radio. Took it in and told them the system does not work and they told me i had to pay to fix it! They offered me 15% off. To bad. Nice truck, but remember to check your radio systems.

Traded in a crappy old van that was giving me nothing but trouble, got a brand new hybrid that easily gets me from place to place, hands down the best vehicle ive had so far.There were a few issues with the battery the first week but they took care of it free of chargePros: great options, great payout om trade-ins, no bs and helpful peopleCons: prices can be a bit high, diagnosis alone for getting repairs can be pricey, but they definitely take care of you and help you out the best they can.
