Just left and the cashier was RUDE ! She needs to be trained to have good customer service, only reason why I didn’t say anything rude back is cause it’s the holidays!

The place is good for more of Nigerian foodstuff there are other countries too but more of Nigerian product.

African stone it is, where you can buy a lot that are not found in the regular stores with affordable prices, they have good staff who treat you with great courtesy.

Money transfer has never been more convenient, just have a phone number with them and its as quick as lightning. I just think they need more hands on the money transfer department. But its still a good service rendered.

The lady didnt pay attention to me. No hello or thank you after the transaction. She just ignored me and was talking to the people behind me. Thiss not the first time. Im very disappointed about the customer service that I got twice.

Stopped by today and the staff was rudely unpleasant.Its a grocery store, you are in the service industry, you dont frown at customers for coming into the store to patronize you. Ill stick to the one close to where I live. To think I drove 4 miles, when I have one less than a mile from me. Yall need to do better.

Just rude ladies no customer service at allIt’s really sad to walk in the store where you spend money not to be greeted and say thank you when we pay. We are not in Africa anymore let’s say hi to people when they come in. Rude rude rude not even a 1 star 0 will do it

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff, they act like doing their job is a favor to you and a hassle, lacking in simple manners and common courtsey. I would absolutely not recommend this store if you have any other options at all.
