I have been doing business with this location for 3 years now. The team here is great to work with, especially our rep Courtney Hooper. They are friendly, helpful and have fast turnaround times. We had an emergency situation come up where one of our glass entry doors got shattered. They created the vinyl decals with our store logo and info that afternoon and installed it the next morning once the glass was replaced. Love them!

Kevin is Great! We, at times, have no idea what exactly we want and Kevin is so patient with us. The installer came out to install my pool sign and noticed there was a problem and promptly made arrangements to correct it without me having to bring it up. Always receive A+ customer service and satisfaction.

I called to get a quote for two signs, and explained what I wanted and was very specific, I was placed on hold for a few minutes and was provided a quote. No problems, and was proceeding with the purchase the lady was taking my information to set me up in the system, and to process my payment. Then my quote changed, even though my specific request of what I wanted did not the price doubled! I asked why and she said because I changed my request, which, I did not! I asked to speak with a manager and explained what happen. She said the lady must have made a data entry error, and since no currency exchanged they can not honor the price quoted. Im not want to take to the airwaves because I do believe it is poor form, however, in this case, I could not believe what was happening. Consumer beware, Id get something in writing before trusting a quote over the phone from this group! They both need a class in customer service and were very combative! I would not even give a one star, but then I would not be able to post the review., and I feel consumers need to be made aware of the situation.

I was commenting to a business associate that Dan (owner of this FASTSIGNS) is either very adept at hiring or is the luckiest guy on the planet insofar as employees. Each of them interacted with me as though this was their one and only project and I their one and only customer. They are the face of Fast Signs and treat it as if it was their own business. Although this is admirable, it has become virtually extinct customer service. For me to have experienced it across the board makes me very happy that I had the opportunity to provide this feedback. I came into FASTSIGNS with the hope they could help me create a banner for my upcoming family reunion. I had previously created a family tree utilizing a software program, and had it saved on a flash drive. A very courteous employee explained that I needed to save the file I had into another format. The employee explained that saving it to another file format would more easily allow them to create the banner I wanted. This employee also helped me to visualize the end product. What I was totally unprepared for was the amazing quality of the product. It was so professional looking and was the hit of my reunion. Make no mistake, FASTSIGNS is a quality company run by quality professionals! As I told them when I picked up my banner, It looks so nice!!

I have bought here before and had some graphics done for my vehicles. I have also ordered a banner with a stand here. I am satisfied with the service and price. You can expect quality and get it. There are cheaper places, some do a quality job too. If you look you can beat their prices but if you are not sure then go here. There is a risk going on-line or going to a local place. However there are some good local places too.You wont get ripped off here or be disappointed by going with Fast Signs. Fair price and quality work but they are not the only game in town. However, here you know what you are buying.

We are in the Property Management business and must order signs fairly frequently. Often we need them in a hurry, such as recently when a pool inspector would not let us open a pool until we replaced an old and worn sign. As usual Fastsigns on Bardin Road in Arlington came through for us. We had the signs in plenty of time for re-inspection and the entire process was seamlessly smooth.
