Wow what an awesome makeover! This store looks so much different and cleaner. It genuinely is fantastic it looked so beaten down before but the new layout is great! Employees are super helpful and very fun. Great attitudes and great prices. I wish they had more character wrapping papers.
New design for purchasing balloons is waaay better! Pick your balloons, pay for them and bring to center of store where they inflate. Much easier..less wait! Good job. Staff was great too.
The store was missing a lot of basic items such as table covers and plasticware. Plenty of boxes scattered about that needed to be opened and stocked. I started to open them myself.
They have lots of products. I came for a plus size flapper costume and I left with nothing. They had no fitting rooms and when I asked for a costume in a certain size, they didnt have that size so I left. Clean store. Looks like theyve renovated it recently. Would come here for party supplies but not too costume shop. Ill have to order online and hope it fits.
I got there an hour before they closed, and got turned away saying they were already closed. When asked why they were closing an hour before the official hours, he said “well I had to get up early and Im tired.” Im not unsympathetic to his situation, but I expect more from a Halloween store, two nights before Halloween. Gonna go try that line on my boss and see if it works.
Looked up a specific balloon I wanted with characters. It said they had four left. Got there they said they dont carry that animated balloon at all?¿ Huh but the website said.....nevermind. Ok I grabbed something else that cost more than what it said on the sign. The girl at the checkout seemed like she didnt want to be there. I had to pay extra for the silver weight tied to the balloon, when normally when I go somewhere whatever The Price is for everything is in that price...not two separate ones. I asked the young lady questions about a displayed price and she didnt know the answer I guess cause all she did what repeat back to me what I asked in the first place....I felt I paid to much. The lady behind me got bigger balloons and more and paid less than I did. Customer Service wasnt good and Just feel disappointed for a special day.👎

Loved the new store set up, seems like more options. Putting numbers on registers and arrows on the floor directing traffic to registers would be helpful cause one staff member seemed to be frustrated none of the customers knew where to go during a rush hour. 🤷♀️
Very nice staff when under pressure…Even though they are going through a remodel they kept the customers moving. I didn’t add bags to my order to carry my balloons out, I didn’t know they cost extra, the lady that was blowing balloons told me to just pay and then they were ready so I waited and waited she finally said don’t worry about it. I tried to give her cash so they could just ring up when it died down but she it was ok. I was there for a good hour, but I was also a walk in so I was fine, I knew it was gonna be a while because it was on a Saturday. The lady behind the counter was very nice and patient with a customer that was being rude. Kudos to the cashier for keeping a smile and dealing with extra people with attitude. Your store is gonna look amazing when finished!
They have had one heck of a remodel. So much room definitely went bigger on the balloon sales! They are still stocking the costumes but these masks were cool

They had exactly what I needed. Ask for help from more than one employee if the first doesnt help you find it. The first employee approached me but what I was looking at was not on the shelf and he said the stocker only works a few hours. Wouldve been nice if he had offered to check if they had it in stock instead of saying I can come back to the store at a later date BUT he was young, maybe new, and it didnt precisely serve the purpose I needed. I then changed my plan on what item to look for and looked but couldnt find it. I asked a different employee in passing to be sure I wasnt crazy and THEY DID HAVE IT.In total, I think I was approached/asked in passing by 3 separate employees if I needed help or found everything I needed. I approached 1 in a last resort and my needs were met. Since theres so many different but similar products the store customer support high levels prevented me from walking away to go to a different store (missing the product on the shelf).I can use these boxes to protect my Etsy crafts from being damaged in transit. I also bought fancy Thank you stickers. tissue paper, and note cards to include in my boxes for buyers. It was all right here at a very reasonable price. Because of you guys, I was able to ship my customers package same-day.
The ladies working were pretty friendly, and the place was clean. The other customers werent really acknowledging the social distance stickers on the ground. People were kind if bunching up. I didnt feel very comfortable here. I felt the workers could have controlled the crowd better. But, overall pretty good.
We were in Arlington and stopped into party city to get 3 balloons. The store was disorganized, messy, unstocked with large gaps in between product especially in the front. The front shelves looked like it had been ravaged by desperate shoppers with a time limit to empty the shelves on Black Friday. It was unpleasant.The isles were in disarray and not well organized. The few employees that I did see looked flustered and haggard. The line of people was long and the store appeared to be short staffed.Honestly, I just felt sorry for everyone since the store looked like the day after a party rather than able to supply you with decorations for the party.We left without purchase if our balloons and drove to the Mansfield Party City.
My wife and I visited party city today our experience in the store was what it is normally up until we got in line and we had a person behind us asking about balloons and Oliva/the cashier informed him he would have to get in line to get balloons, he then got upset and started cussing. She continued to be professional with him letting him know he had to pay for the balloons before getting them filled, but he continued cussing. As he was ranting on to himself Oliva/the cashier was still being really nice to us. She honestly did awesome dealing with one of the rudest customers I’ve ever heard. She even gave us a smile and wished us a good day! Thank you Oliva and I hope you have a great day as well!

Came in for some last minute ballons for my sons 1st birthday. A young worker named Bryanna was very helpful and getting the things that I needed. My son loved his first ballons and then are still floating and firm.
3 or 4 employees, lots of customers standing around looking towards the balloon area. There was no line lol it was more of a huddle. We all stood united and confused..as we watched this one ballon fill up with air by not 1 employee. Not 2 but 3. Very unorganized. This location needed 3 ppl to inflate ONE balloon and Im guessing the register was self checkout?
The employees sort of made me feel as if customers are inconveniencing them, it was busy so I don’t take it personally. When I went to pick up my order I had a much better experience.

I always go here for my party balloons. They had it ready for me on time and even went out of their way to be have the balloons ready the day before due to a schedule conflict.

Failure to fly. Nice store, nice people. For extra life span on helium balloons, you spend an extra 15 cents per balloon..Normal flight time, the extra 15 cents gives them enough oomph to last 24 hours.Purchased at 4pm on Sat., they were on the floor at 7am Sun.busy day. No time to exchange at the store. Oh well, .who wants a bunch of balloons floating around looking festive anyway
I didnt find what I needed for my 3 year old birthday party i had to go to Dollar Tree and yes I found all that i needed in Dollar tree so disappointed 😞😞
Seasonal party items were sparse and did not match with online inventory stating the store had. I drove over 40 miles for something and wasn’t able to buy it.

Over priced and didnt have a friendly staff. 12 pencils for $2.99. Bulk packs of 6 to 12 items $5.00. I was very disappointed.
I think I completely understand why and how Party City has closed stores. I was shopping, entered the store. Clean. I chose that place because I was looking for goodbye. Godd Luck or something to say Congratulations. Nothing like that. No help. I asked for help and got the I dont care attitude answer back to ask any Good Luck or Congrats. Answer was head shake no. Walking out the store a couple walked in asking about birthday decorations. Employee said no they didnt have anything like that and that couple without even looking down the aisles, just walked out.
Party City is simple. You view your options of balloons on the wall, view your options through the aisles and then go to the check out line. Once youve communicated what balloons you may want on the wall and you have presented your items for purchase go to the same side but far left of the register, present your receipt and wait for your balloons to be blown up. Its that easy!! Every visit there is someone who is easily frustrated with the process so they huff, puff, and complain (and may even end up leaving) while I laugh to myself because its a easy stress-free process.

I asked an employee, a lady with red hair if they had any other items I needed in stock. She barely even had the decency to turn and look at me. She stated they did not have any more in stock when I could clearly see some on the top shelf. I asked her what about the top shelf. She said she was busy with other customers at the moment that I had to wait. I proceed to wait about 15 minutes and she instead decided to help other customers that had asked for help after I asked her for help. Very poor customer service.
Horrible customer service! The cashier Anissa was super rude the moment I walked up. I was exchanging some things & handed her my receipt, she then looks at me & rudely said “do you have an email receipt?” I said I wasn’t sure & she told me to look & see if I did. I then said, “well I just handed you my receipt, why do you need an email receipt?” She then rolled her eyes & said “forget it.” Then 1 of the items I was purchasing didn’t have a barcode. She then tells me to go get another one with a barcode. So I walk over to get it & come back letting her know none of them have barcodes. She then calls an employee & they bring her a stand alone barcode. Why she didn’t do that in the first place, I’m not sure. An employee shouldn’t make the customer have to hunt for things, it’s not their job. Anissa was rude the entire time. Will no longer purchase from Party Ciry anymore, Amazon it is. Anissa has lost a Party City customer.

Online I saw that the Bardin Rd. Store had several of what I needed for my ladies dress up party. Sure enough, they had it in store. Looks like Halloween just about knocked the store out, but the girls working there were really nice.😃
This location is the worst party city I’ve been to. The customer service there is horrible. The staff is rude and clueless. As I was leaving one of the other cash register lady was yelling at a customer to get his attention and I think that is so rude to be yelling at customers especially yelling over customers.

Party city is my favorite place to go in even if it’s just for candy. I worked here as a seasonal associate and loved it. The Gm is very nice and always tries to do her best even for the rudest customers. I’ve met lots of people here and learned a lot of things. If you were to go to a party city I would recommend this one in particular as the staff will go out of their way to help you. Lots of great items, select Disney themes for birthday parties. Wish there were more selections for a few items but overall it’s a great place.
Great selections of items at this party city and the staff is friendly and nice. They were knowledgeable in the products that they had on the shelves and made our shopping experience go very fast. The head exactly what we went for which was some Peppa pig plates. And we did not have to spend a lot of time in the store

Blew through in a big hurry to pick up champagne glasses for 140 people for my nieces wedding. Ariani was awesome and even left her register to help me gather them up in a flash. All while the store was packed with Halloween shoppers! Thank you so much Ariani for being amazing!

This location is iffy. Ive been here multiple times and seen employees all doing balloons and neglecting the registers and I have also experienced an employee answering phones instead of checking people out. Sometimes its quick and simple but a lot of times I go to target instead because I can literally wait 15 minutes to get someone to the register.

Looking for gender reveal decorations. It was hard to get things to match: different shades of blue and pink. And not much to choose from. We ended up getting silver plates and napkins to go with the few decorations we found. Very disappointed.

My husband was needing decorations for a co-workers 6th birthday. Of course, Party City had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Such a wide range of items and themes. This place is a must for party planning! It is also very well organized so you wont have to spend all day looking for what you need.
