Located inside the same parking lot with Studio Movie Grill, this Bath & Body Works store is small so you have to search for it. Leslie greeted me at the entrance, handed me a bag and and listened to me read off a list I came with. She fetched my bag and placed each product I came to buy into the bag for me that all I had to do was collect the bag and go to checkout. Paulette along with a 3rd female checked me out speedily. Both ladies at checkout counter were courteous. Visiting this Bath & Body Works store in Lincoln Square for the 1st time, I received excellent customer service from all employees.

Went here with my daughter to use a coupon and browse around. We were greeted with friendly staff at the door but when we moved over to the cashier, She was not the nicest. It put a damper on our experience and hope next time will get a friendlier cashier.

Was very impressed with Paulette. I called and was wanting candles as a gift. Paulette gave her recommendations and had each gift wrapped and ready when I arrived all I had to do is pay and go.

Nice staff!! Greeted with a warm and exciting welcome. Jenna and Deana were awesome! Recommended me a new fragrance and kept checking on me. They were awesome. Will definitely be back just because of them. Jenna even gift wrapped it for me! The small things matter.

I was the only shopper in this store the other day and it was fantastic! Everything was in stocked, neat, quite. I got to just go through the store and really look through what was available with nobody bothering me, or being pushy or loud, IT WAS SO GREAT!!

They have all the great sents at Bath & Body works their Fall pumpkin scented candles and all their wonderfully delic ious scented waffle candles that are out for the fall lineup are great and The wallflowers are awesome as well they have multiple scents anytime you get a chance to pop in and grab some you should do it and sign up for their email promotions as well you wont be disappointed.

They took care to social distance. They cleaned and sanitized everything. All while providing great customer service.

Nice little store. I always shop here when theres a one day sale event because they close later at 10pm( I want to avoid the crowd at the mall). The employees seem very nice too.

The store should consider having more inventory during this sale consider in is always sells fast. That was nice not to limit customers on the number of candles that you could purchase. Their mens scents and items collections have grown considerably in the past year. My wife usually gets a gift card there for Christmas and well go grab our favorite scents. My favorite stuff is the relaxing pillow spray. Lavender and vanilla is a great night time scent, and helps you feel peacefully asleep. With a friendly and helpful staff, men and women will find what theyre looking for.

How to choose which fragrances? I got a special on a double air fragrance plug with 2 scents for $10. Then 5 hand sanitizers for $6. I wanted a particular Fragrance and it must be discontinued so the awesome lady helped me find something similar. I left happy.

I really used to Enjoy Bath and Body Works. Unfortunately most of the new shower gel and lotions are made with Shea Butter now.* Some of US are allergic to Shea butter. ..So unless Bath n Body works changes back to the home grown formula : Alas I wont be able to come back. Sad The Staff is Excellent and very helpful.

I love this store! The ladies are always awesome! When I call to check on a fragrance, they will hold it for me and I can come pick it up after work!! They always have some type of sale, but the best are in June and December! I stock up!!

Went in during their awesome clearance sale this week. Picked up a dozen items for less than $50. Friendly cashier even stopped to help me enter in online coupon. I love shopping here.

I love this store because it’s not crazy busy and packed like the ones in the malls. The service is always good too. Shout out to Jenna for being super patient with me and showing where all the sprays where even though they were right in my face. She was still very kind and friendly. Paulette at the register was also very gracious and nice. I got to the front and questioned my options and decided to go back and get some more and she waited for me and wrapped my sister’s gift very nicely. I received awesome service from the whole team, but those 2 really stuck out. Also the deals are great! The semi-annual sale was just what I needed.
