No help, waited 30 mins to pay for products. Ended up just leaving everything on the counter and found another employee in the store to let me out to leave. Very unhappy with the tire department. The worker was in the bay talking with a friend an seen me, but would not get up and help me. I do not recommend them.

Your tire shop is, at best, a fiasco. Managers dont ever seem to be available, and when they are in the shop, they have no customer service skills and are borderline rude. The employees are talked down too, and are more worried about getting scolded by management, than customer satisfaction. I do not recommend coming here unless you have a few hours waiting. 4 1/2 hours of waiting for one mount and balance.

The last visit aracely did a horrible job! Had her dirty paws every where! Broke some engine compartment clips and spilt oil all over engine.

This place aint very good went to get all 4 tires here and bought them was getting them installed and manager said im sorry but the the lady in front of you bought the same tires and there only 2 left so i get to 2 different ones for the rear couldnt get the warranty because they werent a set of 4 or so he said got them installed the next day i ran over a peice of plastic in Walmart parking lot pulled around to tire shop there they would not fix it said the hole was to big i was mad because there was no coverage because i couldnt get tire repair warranty because it wasnt a set of 4 put on spair and took to forrest tire and they patched it right up noticed 2 of my other tires were getting low every week got some new rims had them installed forrest tires said that they didnt clean the rim edges that why they were leaking not good walmart hire people that know what they are doing

The employees at Artesia WalMart no nothing about the department they may work in. Rarely do I go in to this store and find everything Im looking for. Back when the store was first opened I thought, Hey great, everything in one place. Its gone downhill from there. Now I avoid going there all together.

Put Artesia on the map. It has everything. Very useful, and a new store {2011}

Store is not for service, no lanes open always long lines. Shelves empty. One day they carry a item the next they dont. It sucks I go to Roswell bigger store and carries items you are looking for.
