Carlsbad location needs new staff. My husband and I tried to shop there and would have made it well worth their time, but all 3 workers were too busy playing on their phones to even welcome us into the store and when asked for help with something, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience for tearing them off of social media. I absolutely love the Artesia location, but will not be returning to the Carlsbad location until they hire better, friendlier associates. As someone who also works in customer service, I would have gotten fired for treating guests half as badly.

The people who work at Bennys are amazing, they will help you find whatever it is your looking for. They have a very large selection, of boots for men, women and kids, shirts, jeans, belts, sunglasses, jewelry, wallets, purses, and leather cell phone cases and much much more. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really care. They are just waiting to help you have a pleasant experience or browse on your own. it all works.

Excellent store the only bad thing is the staff that they have attending in the box well despots the cashiers and mockers

As a little bit of everything and guns too

The employees at the Carlsbad location are insanely rude. I prefer to be left alone when I’m shopping, but dang. At least give me more than a passing glance when I ask you a question. The first time we came here there was an older gentleman behind the counter, and boy he must be important. All the employees that day were on their best behavior. I say that because the few times we’ve come in after, he hasn’t been here, and they are like a bunch of high school girls standing in a circle by the register on their phones. Every. Time. My husband and son both wear pearl snaps 98% of the time, so we’ve given them a fair bit of business, but we’re over it. The other western wear store in town has a smaller selection, but we’ll be taking our business there.

We searched all over the country for a particular vest and we found it at Bennie’s. They were super helpful and shipped it to us in Florida stat. Thank you for your great customer service!!!

Very neat place, definitely a cool spot to stop by. Most employees are very helpful and their products are pretty unique. I purchased a pair of Justin ropper boots and their prices are reasonable.

This place has been here for as long as I can remember. The store clerks greet you when you walk in the door. The merchandise is current and high quality.

Western wear only can be found here. Prices a bit on the high side of normal but they are the only western wear place around.

These people helped me so much with getting the Wrangler shirts my husband has always worn in his exact size and not a S M L XL XLT size. Those sizes do not fit my tall husband. I was able to get size 17 1/2 X 37 shirts that fit him perfect. He has worn these shirts for 30 years and theyre getting harder to find. Thank you all so much!!!!
