While I had a great in-store experience, everything farther than that did not live up to expectations. Everything at the store went great, Jamie was very helpful and friendly, assisted us in finding what we wanted in our price range, and set the expectations for delivery. We scheduled our delivery a week in advance, as we were unable to take off time during the week. We were told to anticipate a phone call with the delivery time the evening prior, and when that call didn’t come we called the store first thing in the morning. When we spoke with them that morning, they stated that they had left early the day before and didn’t have the opportunity to complete their duties before the end of the day so our delivery would need to be delayed. While things happen, it shouldn’t have happened with our delivery being confirmed a week prior. They stated they would get us on the following day for delivery, and then threw in words like maybe, possibly, and hopefully for delivery and requested another day for availability just in case. Once we rescheduled, they thanked us for our understanding for something that was “out of their hands” when earlier he had said it was his error for leaving early. Not a great level of comfort. Our delivery time was confirmed to be 4:30-6:30, we were informed at 4:30 that they were running behind and were likely jot to arrive until 8PM. They finished the delivery at 9:30, a full five hours from the time they were supposed to arrive and did not remove the other mattress as was originally planned for. Mattress Firm did provide a credit for inconvenience, but this experience was less than ideal. The only reason they are getting three stars is because if the in store feedback, and because despite the late delivery the drivers were friendly and efficient.

Easy and quick buy for our guest rooms antique double bed. Great quality mattress and box springs at a reasonable price. It was also in stock so I had no issue with going to warehouse at my leisure and picking it up was easy.

If you are in need of a mattress and strapped for time, Jamie is your guy. We were able to get a mattress and frame in under 30 minutes and had it delivered and set up in less than a week. We even came back to Jamie to get an additional bed frame. He was great and very knowledgeable on mattresses and discounts as well. Great experience all around.

This is our second purchase at Mattress Firm Arvada South and Ive been impressed with the service both times. We came in looking for a king size memory foam mattress and Jamie was super knowledgable and helpful! He narrowed it down to a few choices for us and then was extremely patient as we laid on each mattress at least a dozen times. I highly recommend this store!

We went in late on a Saturday afternoon. There was no one in the store but us. The sales person, Parker, was great. He listened to the requests I had for our mattress purchase and showed us what we requested. He was knowledgeable and clever. Not a pushy sales person. The social distancing was followed by the store employees. He put paper pillow covers on the pillows so we could lay on the mattresses. We were in and out in 20 minutes. He made us feel like we received a good deal. “I’ll pay full price” said no girl ever!

Cody is great! He did a wonderful job helping me pick out a new bed, and was so patient as I took my time to make the right decision. I’d definitely go in to see Cody in the future.

I just bought a mattress here and Im very satisfied with the experience. I was helped by Jamie I think and I forgot the other mans name. Im Sorry! They worked with my budget and gave a lot of helpful discounts. I ended up with a mattress, box spring, sheet set, two pillows and a waterproof mattress protector for the same price as just the mattress and box spring. They even delivered it for free the next day! I slept like a baby last night and I have no complaints! Keep it up guys!

Jamie was great. Was able to get what I wanted and was very professional. I was a bit disappointed as i was told my payment for my mattress would be a certain amount and I get my stuff in the mail and my payment was doubled. So being on a fixed budget its going to be hard to pay the monthly payment but now I have no choice. Very disappointed. If your not sure what the monthly payment is going to be dont make a quote else I would have probably bought them.
