I love my slumber cloud products! Just like sleeping on a cloud. The performance sheets are my personal favorite. I sleep next to the hottest sleeper and we both sleep so comfortably. The silk pillow case feels so luxurious!! Not to mention the amazing slumber cloud team. I reached out with a question regarding shipping. They were so kind and professional and it ended up being a ups problem!! I felt so silly and embarrassed but they were kind enough to offer me 10% off my next purchase. Definitely a repeat customer!!!!

I was waiting on my package to arrive all day on Wednesday March 31, 2021 because that is when I was told by Slumber Cloud I would receive it via UPS. UPS also notified me that it would be delivered on that day by the close of business. They never updated their shipping info so a waited until after the close of business to call them only to find out they could not make the delivery as promised. After which I contacted Slumber Cloud and explained the situation to them and that I would like a viable explanation and perhaps a 10% discount. And of course the response I received was the usual excuse of blaming the pandemic. I’m so sick of companies using the pandemic as an excuse for their inadequacies. This includes both UPS and Slumber Cloud. Ultimately it falls on the shipper to insure they are providing adequate and accurate information which they failed to do. It’s the first and the last time I will ever shop with Slumber Cloud. Their product was very expensive (comforter $223.00) and was not worth the cardboard box it was sent in. So if you’re out there shopping for quality bedding stick with what you know, like Bed Bath and Beyond. DO NOT BUY FROM SLUMBER CLOUD. Everything contained within my review was honest and truthful. I cannot not fix something that is so broken. That’s probably why you have no reviews, hmmmm must mean your company is booming with business. Don’t worry Beth Bath and Beyond is a quality company. Unlike your company they can handle constructive criticism without acting like a child 😅
